We waited quite a while for our boneless chicken wings. When they finally came they were the tiniest boneless chicken wings I'd ever seen. First of all - they accommodated my incredibly specific order, and when they read it back to me, it was right! Second - they went out of their way to DELIVER A THOUSAND WINGS (Make that 1,360). Third - their food is really freakin' good. A young couple came in shortly after us, probably high school age and placed their order. The young girl at the counter proceeded to argue with the young man as he ordered complaining about how he should have said he "wanted 15 wings." Not "I would like 10 of this flavor and 5 of another flavor." The only good thing that came of it was the gentleman who handed us our food and apologized for the wait. We then got home and realized the food was not what we ordered. My boyfriend ordered 6 boneless wings to find no sauce what so ever on any of his. We paid $17 to split an order of 6 wings between us. The wings here are like the wings you get at any other wingstop - nothing special but decent wings. Where is place falls way short is their employee to employee interactions in front of customers!! It was pretty apparent that the person helping us out was fairly new and was having some issues with the equipment because the computers weren't working properly. He apologized for the delay but no issues on that end - being new is hard and there is a learning curve. What bothered me was when he asked, who i'm assuming was his supervisor, for help, he got an earful and was scolded before he was helped. So we stood there awkwardly, waiting to complete our order, while the supervisor decided to give the employee a hard time. I'm sure there was a lot to tell him/teach him that could have waited until after. The entire time we waited for our order we could hear the moaning and groaning in the back from the other workers - i could almost feel the eye rolls. I've been to Wing Stop twice now. The first time was great. The wings were a little over sauced for me, but I'm kind of picky. They were cooked perfectly. The fries were great and I'm not a huge fan of fries. The second time was completely different. They were in the process of cleaning the fryers when the ones they were cleaning over boiled. The 4 fryers they were cleaning boiled over ,along with the cleaning solution, into one of the 2 that were working. This is at 20 minutes after I ordered. There was food cooking in the fryer that was contaminated, luckily it wasn't my food. It took another 8 minutes for my fries to cook while my wings got cold and soggy sitting on the table. The fries were fresh and probably the best part of the meal. Garlic Parmesan wings were full of flavor and almost overpoweringly buttery. The hot and lemon pepper required some imagination to taste any flavor, but were decent with low enough expectations. Hot had only a slight vinegar taste with spicy aftertaste.
