On street parking, nice staff all working diligently as they just opened (11am) and clean (I watched a young worker clean every window.) Chicken sandwich with liquid cheese for dipping (i love that they offer this!)- My 13 year old raved over the sandwich. Order of bone-in wings, lemon pepper and classic hot- my husband said it was good. He liked the classic hot better. I ordered some boneless bites (for $3.99!) Great price and the bites were enough to hold me over for a lite lunch. I went with Hawaiian flavor. It was a little too pineappley for me. Next time I would try another flavor. Finally had a chance to try this Wingstop location while out with the family this past weekend. We found some easy on-street parking and arrived right as they opened. The shop was spotless--you could tell the staff takes pride in keeping the place clean, which is always a good sign for a wing joint. We decided to go with the 30 pc Crew Pack (around $48), which was more than enough to feed 4-5 of us. For the flavors, we picked Lemon Pepper and Classic Hot. My husband is a huge fan of the classic hot--it had that perfect vinegary kick and the wings were cooked just right, not too dry. We also tried a newer flavor, but it was a bit too bold for my taste. I'll probably stick to the traditional ones next time. The veggie sticks were a nice touch to break up the grease, and the large fries that came with the pack were seasoned perfectly. Placed an order in advanced as my friend had a strong craving for wings after a long day of delayed and cancelled flights. It was convenient and easy to place and pay for the order. Being as it was for a party of 5, we opted for their 40 wing combo that came with 4 sauce options, two veggie sticks, an option to upgrade your fries (which we did to voodoo fries), and 4 dips. We tried their hickory smoke BBQ, spicy Korean BBQ, original hot (Buffalo), and garlic Parmesan. There was also an option to opt for all flats or drumsticks, we choose the flats. We also got a large Cajun corn. I liked the Parmesan and couldn't tell the difference between the BBQs. Chickens were a little dry but that's probably because my friends wanted them extra fried. Voodoo fries had cheese and ranch drizzled over. Celery and carrots tasted fresh with their bleu cheese and ranch sides. The corn was cold and a little bland compared to prior experiences, from what my friends said. Overall, we had a good experience with decent chicken. I've gotten delivery from Wingstop a few times and gotten takeout once. This place is definitely not 'fast' food. The delivery took about a half hour despite me living a 5 minute drive away. They've generally gotten my order right except for a few times they forgot to include condiments like blue cheese and ranch dressing. The one time I went there in person and place an order to go, it took close to 15 minutes for me to get my order. The woman at the counter was nice enough to let me know ahead of time what the wait would be. I know for a fact it doesn't take that long to fry some chicken tenders. If I could give this place a zero, I would. I ordered delivery through the wingstop app and got a completely incorrect order. When I called the store, they put me on hold for 5 mins (without telling me they were putting me on hold, and not even on mute- could hear them yelling in the background.) eventually they told me I had to bring the order back to the store to have the manager "review it for a refund." They also told me you can't order delivery through the wingstop app, which you clearly can- and that I would have to call DoorDash to get my order refunded. I eventually got the manager on the phone, who essentially accused me of lying. So I called DoorDash, who said they couldn't help me- I needed to be forwarded to WingStops customer service for a refund. I was transferred and the person representing wingstop told me they would have to send my refund request to corporate. So...this store doesn't know how their own app works. They are rude AF, accuse their customers of lying to cover their own mistakes, and refuse to give refunds for their error. Also, since the store wanted proof of my incorrect order...here it is in my photos (I've included a screenshot of my Wingstop app order, my paper receipt that came with my delivery order, and a picture of my food that doesn't match what I ordered.) I've ordered Wingstop many times before during my college days but always opted for wings (w/bone) instead of boneless but now I am always going to go for their boneless chicken!!! I really like their boneless chicken because the meat is so juicy and meaty. So many places where I've had boneless chicken literally just make it all batter with barely any meat inside but Wingstop gives you the perfect amount of batter and chicken. For flavors I ordered Spicy Korean, Lemon Pepper, & Mango Habanero. My favorite will definitely be mango habanero because it's just so spicy but so so good. I'm literally addicted to it. It's sweet but extra spicy! If you haven't gotten to try Wing Stop's boneless chicken, I'd tell you to go do it now! You will not regret it one bit. read more

I uber during my free time and I always end up dropping someone off at the airport. I just can't stop myself from stopping at the Wingstop in East Boston next to the airport. It's usually pretty clean in the and the bathroom is kept tidy enough, I know sometimes I see a lot of students in there on certain occasions, like vacations, half-days, etc. The employees are very helpful and they try to sell you all the bells and whistles of chicken. They have different sizes to order from and you can't get deals with their French fries (which they also have flavors for those too) and a soda/juice. I typically order the Lemon Pepper wings because they are the best flavor in my opinion. I've tried the Garlic Parmesan and the Teriyaki flavors and I wasn't a fan of either one... You can mix and match your flavors as well, I believe up to 2 flavors for each order. I think next time I go I will try the Louisiana Rub or the Cajun for a little spice in my life!! read more

We got lemon pepper (my fave perfectly cooked), garlic Parmesan, and hawaiian. If i were to order again I would skip the garlic Parmesan- it was the saltiest out of the three and driest.
