Had a party coming up and was stressed about feeding 10-12 people, but then I remembered that Qdoba does a really decent job at catering. And on top of that, one of guests has Celiacs so everything had to be gluten free. Qdoba really deliciously delivered, and they made sure to prepare everything separate because of the gluten allergy I had specified. The only things they can't 100% guarantee GF according to their nutrition facts are the corn taco shells and tortilla chips ( the flour tortillas obviously are not gluten free). I just bought separate gluten free certified chips for that guest. I had issues using my freshly made reward account to order the food, so I suggest you make your rewards account first, and then wait a couple days before ordering catering. Since I was out of time I had to order as a guest and probably missed out on a ton of points. I got the steak and chicken hot bar for 10 people, plus 2x flour tortillas, and 1x corn tortillas, and the +$15 queso tray. With tip and tax spent about $175. I did not get delivery, I picked it up myself, but still tipped in cash when I got there. The food was really good, although the rice a little dry and they did set me up with the Sternos and trays but they only gave me 2 fuel cans when i needed two per tray so would have benefitted from 4 but that's ok. I did not buy the veggie tray for $15 and just made my own instead. I don't think my party missed the veggies. They gave me all the things I needed to serve including serving utensils for all parts and spoons for the salsas and guac. Enough bowls and forks too with napkins. Although it was a bit of money, it was so worth it to me. Didn't have to stress about cooking and cleaning for a dinner party murder mystery and all of my guests were happy. And on top of that, it was a crowd pleasing gluten free meal that didn't make you miss the gluten. The staff were very very helpful in loading up my cart with the catering order and triple checked I had everything I needed and all the components I ordered. I came 20 minutes prior to when the order would be ready and it was just getting finished and ready to go. I had my hot food fresh and a little early. People need to stop sleeping on Qdoba, it's really good and everyone was so happy - including me as a host. Ordered delivery for a group. Used Qdoba's own app. Paid ridiculous delivery fee and tipped well, which, whatever, it's fine. They left out a kid's meal completely. Called the store. They wouldn't bring it to us, trying to say it's the driver's fault and they have no control over the third-party delivery service. Eventually did acknowledge that it's them who puts the food in the (sealed) bag and who didn't include one of the ordered items. Would only refund and not provide a new one. Said we would have to reorder, paying fees again and waiting another hour. Didn't seem to understand that people order food in order to feed people. read more

Lunch today at QDOBA and that was a burrito prepared along their assembly line. Quick and efficient service, they seem to have it well under control here for the lunch rush and even if there is a bit of a queue, it will move quickly. My grilled chicken burrito had a good scoop of brown rice, black beans, spicy queso, spicy salsa, corn salsa and chicken. Tasty and filling and zzzzz in the afternoon. This store has a Coke Freestyle machine and it worked very well. The condiments bar was in good shape. Tables were clear and the trash was not filled. Floor was clean as well. Most of the restaurant is "indoors" but they have a small area in the front that has a separate glass window that can be opened on nicer days. This is review for Qdoba Grubhub order. We stayed in Boston with kids and ordered on Grubhub from this restaurant. First of all the driver delivered food 20 mins late and then it was missing 5 out of 8 orders. When I checked the deliver guy asked me to check with the restaurant. I called. First they denied that they were missing any orders. Then they requested to talk to the delivery guy and yelled at him for not checking the order thoroughly. WHAT!! The driver's job is to deliver. He should never be checking what's on the order! I reported to Grubhub and they refunded me the money for the food that wasn't delivered. I ordered a chicken burrito - I found the food to be good, but my chicken tasted burnt on more than one bite. The salsas were fresh and so were the veggies & guac. Me and my Girlfriend literally were screamed at in Spanish from the workers. My girlfriend ordered a simple cheese quesadilla, and then started to mock her in Spanish. I am a fan of the chips and queso. Thanks for giving them to me for free every time I check in. That being said. I went two Saturdays in a row and on my second Saturday the manager asked to see the date on my code. Please note. I checked in in front of him and showed him that I was selecting the option to use rhe code now. Then once I select use now he questions me about the date. Like hello, I just checked in and got the code. And why ask me of I know thay I can only use it once rather than just pushing the mark as used button? Well we ordered a large order from Chipotle, to be delivered by DoorDash for a holiday team lunch. We never received our order, they would not re-deliver the order. Fast forward through disappointment, and a hungry team, I called Qdoba which is across the street from our office. THEY ARE AMAZING!!! It is a welcome addition to the number of vegetarian lunchtime options available in the area around North Station. One staff person in particular, Leonaira, has been frequently excellent in her customer service and gentle reminders to bring my Qdoba card whenever I forget it. I've also experienced above average customer service with other employees there and the lunchtime manager." Then in the bit where they asked what I'd change, I requested further vegetarian options. I mean, they get stars for giving me four or five things to choose from and the lovely staff, but I'm greedy. I want more. Especially tamales. Please give me tamales. I live way too close to Qdoba for my own good. Therefore, I will keep going back. I've been once when it was slow and asked how spicy their queso diablo is and the man behind the register offered me a small sample to try with a couple of chips. This was super nice and I appreciated it. I opted for the diablo over the regular queso and it was delicious. Just a heads up though, the spice does build on itself after a few bites in a row. Their steak is kind of dry, but their shredded beef (barbacoa) hasn't let me down since I switched. The combination of high calories, high convenience, and low price make my waistline really sad. A weekly lunch spot for my boyfriend and I. We've came here a million times within the last couple months. After being at a few other Qdobas, this one is the most inviting. The food tastes fresher, the chips are (usually) salted perfectly, as well as having enough lime sprayed. The guys making our food where both fun and great at answering any questions you had about the food! Very friendly and they don't just rush you a long. The menu is a good size! They have everything from tacos to burritos and Mexican salads! each meal came with a BUNCH of food. Be sure to be hungry and be ready to eat! we had some soft tacos and one burrito.
