I didn't eat the pizza, full disclosure, I came for the frozen yogurt. They have a huge mix in list which is awesome and if you're in this area and wanting something like that after dinner this is a decent option. They're pretty quick in trying your frozen yogurt made, I liked how the Oreos were crushed finely and well mixed throughout. Kind of reminded me of a mcflurry from childhood. I ordered through Uber eats, so I can't comment on the service or ambience. I ordered a small olive and mushroom pizza for myself, when it arrived I could tell the cheese wasn't completely melted but I proceeded to eat because I was starving. It didn't taste good. I don't know how you can mess up something so simple. I also ordered a chicken ziti Alfredo for my daughter that came with garlic bread. She took one bite and said it was disgusting. The pizza was delicious and the crust was a good size- not too thick and not too chewy. The breading for the calzone was PERFECT!! It is nice and soft unlike some places that have burnt or too chewy breading. I wish I had added green peppers and onions in my steak and cheese calzone to add a little more flavor. My chicken was over cooked, dry, hard, and overall inedible. When I called to let you know, you didn't care to make up for it, you simply said "we'll do better next time". I usually enjoy the food that I get from Broadway's Best. Tonight, I received a sandwich that was missing ingredients and had highly overcooked chicken. I called BB and asked if it would be possible to send another sandwich, this time made properly. They refused and said they could instead send out the missing ingredients for me to apply to the sandwich myself. No offer of a refund or any effort to rectify the issue. With so much competition in the immediate area, I am surprised that BB would not have exhibited better customer service. Delicious! Being from Texas we honestly didn't really know what to expect but we were very satisfied! My husband had chicken bacon ranch pizza slice, it had a good bit of meat on it with perfect thickness crispy crust. He had Buffalo wings bone in that were great as well. Order was completely wrong! Tried to eat the food anyway but the chicken tenders had no flavor. Not great for pricey food.

The customer service was awful. We went last Saturday night, and had a mediocre experience with the service and ok food- waiting 20 minutes for our takeout pizza. We tried again this last Saturday, only to have waited 25 minutes for takeout while every customer after us received their order before us. When asking the cashier about it, she was rude and aggressive. We ordered two slices of cheese pizza and 1 chicken wrap. She handed full pies of pizza to customers walking in behind us, and then argued with how long we had been waiting - only to have been proven wrong. This has long been a favorite of mine but today something extraordinary happened. I dropped my keys into a deep drain next to my car while putting my kid in her car seat. I tried to fit me arm in. No go. I was scared I was stranded so I went back into broadways best and ask if they had anything that might help me. I believe the woman who helped me is the owner. We were on our way to the beach and wanted to grab something to eat, and was pleasantly surprised by Broadway's Best Pizza. Great portions for the price!! I was expecting a small burrito but got something that's similar to a good sized sub. Neatly wrapped with two plates too. Besides the portion, food was delicious! They have hand sanitizer on every table, and the cashier is behind the screen- so very COVID cautious, which is a plus. We will happily go back and try the pizza next time. :) read more

They would get a zero rating if possible for customer service. Had their pizza at a friend's house a few weeks ago--was good--and so decided to give them a try. Signed up online and ordered by Internet. Waited. Waited. Waited. Saw online my order had been canceled. Called and I was told that I had entered wrong phone number during the online registration and they'd tried to call me about my delivery address being out of their delivery area. #1: They called me at my correct number after my call ended with them expressing my disappointment. #2: Why wouldn't their online ordering system alert me that I'm out of the delivery area? Absolutely horrible. EDIT: #3 They definitely had my email address. Had to confirm sign up via email. Even if my phone number had been wrong, why not send an email? I love their thin crust pizza. The crust is baked so that it is firm but not burnt. The sauce is a touch sweet, which I love. Reminds me of my favorite pizza maker in Chicago. Their delivery people are great. Very friendly and accommodating. One recently gave me a desert, at no cost, just for a treat. I usually order a Caesar's Salad which is nothing out of the ordinary. But, again, it is just a Caesar's salad. I have never visited the actual restaurant other than driving by, so I cannot comment on the inside. I will definitely continue ordering from Broadway's Best.
