If I could give a 0 star review I would- the customer service is atrocious! I ordered through their app - mind you a $100 food order and wanted it delivered. Waited 2 hours for our order and when we finally received it we did not receive any chicken with our order. Called the store to issue a complaint and was hung up on several times. Was told it was a door dash problem but did not order through door dash to file a complaint with them. After several attempts the manager finally spoke with us and then proceeded to hand us over to the assistant manager!
