Gave this place another try and was pleasantly surprised! They've improved tremendously since I went here years ago. I think Covid really did a lot of corporate restaurants a disservice for 3-5 years but they're back! The food was amazing and quick, the bartenders are on the ball. The pungent odor of a homeless person hits you upon entering. Upon further inspection I noticed what appeared to be employee lockers in this same area. My guess is that one of the lockers is for the chef, since the waitresses did not look homeless. That God awful odor repels you from the moment you enter. We maintained our course out of complete desperation & hunger, and sat at a table. Other patrons followed and were served before us. We were eventually waited on and after an hour...still no food...as we watched the others customers who arrived after us eat their meals. I hadn't been in this establishment for some time. First let me say the young lady at the take out counter was extremely polite and friendly. Her energy was vey welcomed. I placed an order for all flat wings only to find out it was buy one get one free. I ordered the chipotle and lemon pepper. After so many years, I finally had the chance to try Buffalo Wild Wings. Stopped in for lunch, and I wasn't impressed. The tater tots were good, out of a bag, but I liked them. The portion was small, considering the price. The wings were a disaster, largely in part to an inexperienced server who didn't answer my questions correctly in regards to the flavor profiles of the copious amounts of wing sauces. I ordered all flats, but that didn't happen. I would have kept them, but one of my sauces were wrong, too. I sent them back to be remade. It was a fairly simple order; all flats with two different sauces. New orders of wings were indeed all flats! However, they were prepared in the wrong sauce again. At this point, I was just going to keep them and call it a day. I did mention the error to my server, and she just went ahead and shrugged her shoulders with no offer to replace them again. There was no apology from the server either. Very disappointing. She brought me the check and noticed most of the wings were left untouched. She offered me a box to take them home, and I very nicely asked her why she thinks that I would even want to take something home that I didn't order and didn't like. If I could rate it lower I would. Lady at the bar was very rude, Never order pickup here, the pickup counter was closed so I had to wander around to figure out who could help me. Don't offer pickup services if you don't have an employee working the counter. I was sent to the bar and they asked my name, I said it twice and the woman working the bar said "make an effort to say it louder", I said it again, the bartender disappeared and I sat there waiting for 5 more minutes with no communication on how my order is coming along. When my food was brought out by the bartender she did not say thank you or anything at all just left it there and ran away. Next time teach your employees to "make an effort" to listen and "make an effort" to schedule employees at the pickup counter. I would have gladly paid more for more of that but wasn't told. Bee-Dubs Call it 2.5 stars Buffalo Wild Wings - the place for wings - and more. Every now and then I get a craving for wings and it's off to BWW to get my fix. This location on Congress is conveniently located, large sized and has plenty of tv's around to catch a variety of games. Furnishings are geared toward the functional: heavily polyurethaned wood tables make clean up easier. This is not a fine dining experience. The menu has exactly what you would expect: appetizers / wings / sandwiches and a few salads (to give you the illusion you are doing something healthy.) For the apps, I normally prefer the nachos, but you need some help with that as it is large. Beyond that though, the chips are the bulk of the meal - toppings are just not what they used to be in terms of quantity. Same thing with the Tater Tots: The dirty dubs tots were all tots and a paltry scattering of smoked brisket. It would have been nice to have some more meat and cheese on there is all I'm saying. This place is known for the wings, which you can get in a variety of styles such as Traditional (you know, like it looks on the chickie), boneless (should never be ordered by dudes) and Cauliflower (heaven help us). The process is simple: pick the style, find a sauce or sauces that float your boat, and shove them into your face. Wash it all down with your beverage of choice, and repeat until wings are gone. You can have up to 4 sauces with the 20-wing order - not sure if that number varies by number of wings or not. The good: wings were crispy, hot, and good sized. Traditional / original buffalo sauce was what you would expect. Mango Habanero was lip curling hot. The meh: Thai curry was ok and Caribbean jerk was heavy on nutmeg / cloves and just not that great. You might want to consider getting the sauces on the side as they drown the wings in them... Drinks were fine enough both mixed adult beverages, and beers. Service itself was fine - the waitress was there when needed however, the time it took to get drinks and food seemed long considering it was a weeknight and not at all busy. Been here a few times son my review is based on the average of my experiences there. Food bad, service slow, dirty tables. It's a reason they have deals 5 nights a week. It's the only way they can stay open. They dump the rub on the wings and boneless wings. The sauces are nasty. Their lemon pepper wing sauce looked like gravy on the meat. I wish I took pics. Called in an order tonight for 30 boneless wings with celery & carrots, an order of potato wedges and a kids chicken finger meal. Ordered it at 6:06 wasn't even ready until 7:19 after they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Get the order home and realize there are 3 mini carrots and 2 small pieces of celery and no potato Wedges. Wings were cold and you can tell they had been sitting there for quite some time and weren't very fresh. We recently went to a BWW in Wesley Chapel, FL for our son's hockey tournament. Stood at the front for at least 6 minutes with no one at the front desk. Service was even more terrible. Server didn't bring silverware when asked, didn't bring ketchup, asked for refill from another server when our kid was MIA for 15 minutes+ and took equally as long to ring us up. I was about to just walk out, and some of these people want $20/hr!!! Had this issue at this location before last year and just chocked it up to the location. The waitress who split our checked mixed up the orders (I ended up paying for a friend's item on my receipt. This is fine as he is my friend and I don't mind paying for his food, but don't mix up the orders!) Somehow a shot of vodka made its way on my receipt. The waitress pointed it out, said she crossed it out (physically crossed it out on my receipt... which didn't change the subtotal...). However the experience was nothing to write home about. It was a solid 3 Star and since it was a 30 second walk I was OK with it being OK. The Tv's were mostly on the Thursday night football game and it is a bit loud. I sat at the bar and since there were several TV's there asked if one could be changed to the Bruins game. Nice enough bartender said no problem. Ordered a large Sierra Nevada Hazy IPA which checks off that box. Had to try the wings of course and got a small order with decisions to make on sauces I asked for and received 2 side sauces a Nashville hot and a garlic parm. Unfortunately didn't care for them but was hungry and didnt ask for any others. The perfectly crisp and golden fried wings were fine by themselves with some Ranch.
