Wingstop got back with me and is doing everything they can to make up for the mistakes and lack of attention to the problem. In the end, great customer service and I feel fairly compensated for the mistake. Will be eating Wingstop on Boomvile again soon! read more

If you order from this wingstop you had better clear your schedule. There is absolutely no sense of urgency to do anything here. I ordered online, showed up about the time food was scheduled to be ready and now have been waiting long enough to get irritated enough to leave a review. I come to this location a lot, I usually get wings every Friday. Tonight my friend and I placed an order for a 24pc family meal. We got home and they left out 16 of the 24 wings. Tried to call and was put on eternal hold so decided to drive back to the store. Explained the situation to the person at the register and she came back and told me the manager said they don't offer refunds. When I explained that I didn't want a refund I just wanted the rest of my order she went back to talk with the manager. She again returned and said that unless we brought the food back (3rd round trip of the night) there was nothing they could do for us. When I asked to speak with a manager they were not available and when I asked for contact information for a manager to speak with or their hours so I could know when to call at a different time I was told they are not allowed give out that information. Honestly would have been an entirely different situation if the person working the register was nice or cared at all. read more

I had order a chicken sandwich with no pickles and then when I revived the sandwich it had pickles i am very allergic to pickles I had called the manager to ask for a refound and he told me 3-5 days and then when I waited 2 weeks I had not received anything at all for my refound and horrible experience I will never order from here ever again read more

I'm so happy this location opened. So much better than wings n more. Actually one of the few places I prefer the dry wings to the sauced ones. The lemon pepper wings are shockingly good. Me and my family order a couple of combo meals and where do I start! The wings were under cooked and raw! So we called back and talked to the manager and let me tell you what! This place made up for the whole order fries and all. And even gave us brownies on the house. The new fully cooked wings were delicious! I called and they said they would remake my order and I could pick it up the next day and I thought all would be good. The wings are definitely bigger than Wings N More, but they had no flavor either. The skin was gummy. 2 stars because the Staff was very friendly and the fries were good.
