Today, I placed an order at Wingstop in Bryant, AR. Got the order home and found feathers on the cooked wings. I called to speak with the manager. Athena said, I am the shift manager. I explained the situation then asked whether or not they wash their chicken before cooking it. Athena stated that she would have her manager call me and that he is walking the floor to see what is going on. I did not receive a call back from Athena or the manager. So, I called back later in the day. The young lady who answered the phone said that Athena had left for the day. The young lady started laughing. Please do not purchase food from this location. Do not take a chance on you or your family members getting sick from the mishandling of the food you order. read more

Poor food quality and customer service. Online order received at night. chicken was rubbery and undercooked. so much so, that I took it back the next day, spoke with the shift manager who asked "did you order well done"? I left my information and never received a return call. I replied to the survey and the immediate response was "fries"? The fries are always undercooked so I never order them. I'll go to BWW before I ever order from Wing Stop ever again. read more

Hands down...best wings around!! Sooo many flavors to choose from!! Staff is helpful and friendly and pricing is very reasonable.

none of the cooks, or workers handling the food we're wearing gloves putting their bare fingers on everyone's food. there were people sitting in the lobby waiting for their food for almost 45 minutes because they kept putting doordash and uber eats first. i'm more concerned about the no gloves and touching food with their bare hands. not good. read more

Customer service at the Bryant Arkansas location lacks in all areas. The acting manager who said his name was Tex on 01/26/2025 at 7PM could not even articulate how to resolve a simple issue of the front counter help leaving food out of my order that I had prepaid for online. Then didn't seem very concerned that my wife was still at the time on the phone still trying to talk to someone about our misplaced items in our order. Which she was on hold for 45 minutes and still did not get to communicate with anyone from Wingstop. I wish someone who speaks clear English would be available for customer service. Let me start by saying everyone was very nice and it sounds like they were only trying to do their jobs as there was no manager there to manage the issue. Long story as short as I can make it. Ordered wings, waited 15 mins for them. Order was wrong. They said they would remake them. Waited another 10 mins only to be told that I needed to pay for them again for a remake. I asked for a refund. There was no one there that could do that. So I left with no food and no money. Although I paid them right away, I wasn't able to get a refund for 5 days. Was able to order online and get there before anyone picked up the phone to take my order. Lesson here is to only order by the app and skip calling anything in.!!! Went to said location to pick up online order. Order was read off correct. Once arriving home realized entire order was incorrect. I was missing a total of 16 wings. I called location to inform of error. I brought the whole order back. Was only given 15 wings and location refused to recook order for freshness due driving over 35 minutes to and from location. Asked for a refund and location also refused to give a refund, as I was dissatisfied with service and rudeness of management and team leader at this point. I have previously used this location several times. Manager told me he didn't care that I was upset and he didn't believe his team missed 16 wings. My order was very made right. I am highly disappointed with how I was treated by this location. read more
