The food was excessively grease-saturated, poorly packaged, and disgusting why was there so much grease when the order only called for hot honey rub and lemon pepper make me understand why there was so much grease. I was beyond belief on how much grease was in this bag and the presentation of the food was beyond jaw dropping what type of standards are guidelines for food safety do you all follow if at all any do y'all even train your crew members? What managers are y'all hiring if at all any this was so sloppy I can't put into words to describe how mortified I am behind this horrible quality of food that was so distasteful and unappetizing, and went straight in the garbage this type of service is not something that just took place one time from the looks of it. This is practices that frequently go on at this location unresolved overlooked and unaddressed no accountability for actions because they're not new to the sloppiness. They are true to it. This is not the first time this is taken place. I am beyond angry, more like disrespected beyond belief that you would even have enough nerve to even put that type of stuff in a bag and give that to someone I have leather seats in my E300 and my car smells grease with leakage through the bag--staining my vehicle Saturated my brand new iPhone 17 still in the box The presentation was sloppy and completely unappetizing. The condition in which the food was given to me felt outright disrespectful as a paying customer and showed a lack of basic care and professionalism. After eating, I experienced stomach issues consistent with possible foodborne illness, which raises serious concerns about food handling and sanitation practices. I have included video and photo evidence showing the condition of the food and packaging at the time it was received. This experience fell well below acceptable standards and needs immediate attention. SAD AND ATROCIOUS Downright disrespectful just nasty!!
