The atmosphere was comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Good value for what I got. They've revamped the menu and the other items coming out of the kitchen looked wonderful. I'm not a huge chicken wing fan but I do quite enjoy their burgers. I like getting the all American cheeseburger with added grilled onions and bacon. It is cooked very well and has great flavor, its shockingly good. I also like their regular French fries. My wife ordered the "Ultimate Nachos" w/chicken and I ordered 10 wings. While my wings were great her "Ultimate Nachos w chicken" were pathetic! They weren't even warm, let alone hot, soggy, very little for toppings and we had to pick through the nachos to find the chicken! There was MAYBE one tiny little chicken tender that was on the entire thing. I've seen/had better nachos from Taco Bell! Then my wife asked for some more salas to choke down the 50 or so remaining chips that had virtually nothing on them and we were charged .60 cents for it! I asked 2 times for some more water for my wife and might as well have been talking to myself. Pathetic! I'm so happy that they are still open even with COVID-19 , they are following all the guidelines. The server was amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure we understood what we were getting (drink and food wise) I had a blue Hawaiian, 10/10 would recommend! The food came out quickly, it was hot and fresh, the beers they have on draft are great my husband gets blue moon with a orange slice! They also have TV everywhere, they have a bar side for if you would just like to drink or dine-in side with booths that are great for family fun! Ordered to go orders here several times and every time the food is incorrectly made or a totally different burger than ordered. The fries appear to always have been sitting out for 30 minutes and are chewy and cold. I get there way before my order is ready so it wont sit. I've eaten at more than ten BWW's around the country. I've probably eaten at this restaurant chain 25 times total if I was to add up all the meals (and dollars) that I've spent at this chain.... and I have NEVER had such a disgusting, horrible dining experience as I did at the new BWW on I-49. Let me give you an overview of this place, and you will understand why I will never go back to eat at this chain again. Let me start with the decor. Apparently BWW has lowered their budget on how they build these places. For a medium priced sports bar, I've never seen such cheap tables and chairs, ugly carpet, and a minimum of dollars spent on the rest of the decor in the place. It looks ugly and cheap, and combined with the fact that the carpet was dirty, and various tables were covered in dirty dishes, it gave the place a totally unappetizing and unappealing quality. We almost left right after we sat down, as the whole atmosphere of the place was dirty and disorganized. Now, lets move on to the waitress. I think she may have been speaking English, but I am not sure. I (and my date) couldn;'t understand a word she was saying. This made it extremely difficult to communicate what I wanted.... Can't this place hire servers that can at least speak the language and communicate with a customer? Next, the food... We ordered chicken nachos and they were gross. Some sort of frozen chicken on some velveeta goo ladled over a bunch of chips.... gross.. And when we asked for plates, they brought us those little paper baskets... really? They don't have real plates any more at BWW? There was not one redeeming quality of this restaurant. Bottom line... this chain has gone downhill, and the new location in Lafayette is at the bottom of the heap of this chain, in all aspects. read more

We've learned to order waters for everyone when the first group sits down. We also order within the first 10 minutes we are seated. Makes the process faster. We go to B-Dubs on a regular, but tried this location recently. Let me say waaaaaay different than the other location in Lafayette! Hostess was rude and bothered by us walking in. Never smiled, and would rather be on her phone. Our server was ok, nothing great or horrible and that was ok. Our order was messed up but it was corrected quickly. But the food! Cold wings, the "dry rub" flavor had no seasoning on it hardly at all, the popcorn shrimp were cold, fries were soft not crispy. We literally did not get full and my family of 5 spent well over $80. And what a shame because it should be the same exact experience at both locations. Buffalo Wild wings has gone downhill in Carencro. Our server Sara was rude, slow and missed ourorder, we waited 15minutes for our drinks, had to ask multiple times for straws ( which I ended up getting from the bartender myself) napkins, or plates for the eaten wings. She rolled her eyes when asked for a refill for my 7 year old. I am sad to see this because we used to love buffalo wild wings!
