They act weird up here. You'll go in and they'll be talking right in front of you and once you've been standing there for them to take your order for a while they actually try and make it seem like you needed to greet them or something to get them take your order. This place seems like they try and play psychological games here or be passive aggressive. Would say to be aware for any minorities. read more

To make the long story short, I ordered a 30 piece chicken buffalo/mild. We sat down to eat our dinner and noticed our chicken was in a bed of oil. I've never seen this before so I'm not sure what that comes from but what I do know is this is a stomach ache waiting to happen. My husband calls to let them know and was told it's nothing they can do about it because we aren't willing to drive 25 min away again to bring the food back. I know good and well we couldn't be the only people who experienced this. The inconsiderateness is what's bugging me the most &&&& this is actually the second time I've had to call them about food but the first time I did take the food back but was refused a refund and was offered for them to remake my food which I agreed but didn't want it that day. I will never order from Wingstop again It has been two weeks since I have requested a refund for a stolen order. TWO WEEKS. I have called up there several times and even gone there in person. The owner, Sahil Contractor, is the only one authorized to give a refund (an inefficient business model) yet he is dragging his feet to return less than $50. Why do I need a refund? Because I placed an order on their website and never received the food. I called and the person answering was very dismissive and said "well you'll get a refund because we use GrubHub for our deliveries and have no way of knowing who the delivery person was." GrubHub was of no help either. Nobody seems to know who this mystery driver was who stole our order. I suspect that it was because it was never made. Yet my bank account reflected the charge!! It's has been two weeks and I'm still waiting for my money. Because it's too late to give me my food. No I don't want a store credit. No I don't want a replacement meal. I should have been offered that the night of the missed order when I actually wanted it. Now I just want my money back! read more

Garbage establishment. Bone in wings take 15 minutes to cook so a wait is expected but it usually takes them at least 40 minutes to get stuff out. Then when you finally receive the food the wings are TINY with hardly any meat on them. Not worth getting especially with how pricey it is, wings aside a small cup of ranch is a dollar fifty. I am a Wingstop fan! As it is a national chain, I have had it in various cities. I did read the reviews for this Champaign location and was a little bit worried about my order after I ordered it.... Turns out I had nothing to fear! My delivery driver was very quick, and the packaging was very well done from the store. All the food arrived hot, and the store provided extra ketchup, napkins, utensils, and even wet wipes in the bag. Will definitely order from this location again. read more

I placed an order on the app like I always do and went to pick up the food 20-25 minutes later (the estimated time). I ended up waiting an additional hour inside the store. After having multiple walk-ins place their orders and receive their food before me, I asked the employee what the wait was and their response was that "walk-ins are a priority". About an hour ago I ordered $35 worth of wings. When I realize I didn't have all of the cash I called to see if I can pay by card but they said it would take longer for the delivery if I did that. So I told them that we would keep our order and made provision to have cash. They told us it would take 45 minutes for the wings to come and hour plus and we are still waiting for our wings! When we called the store to ask for an estimate of arrival we were told that the order was canceled by us. We told the manager that we did not cancel the order we told them to send the order. Long story short they cancel the order based upon a phone call that never took place and conversation that was never had. We order from this restaurant a lot and expect better service! 1-16-2020 I called to place an order and was asked to wait several minutes and put on hold. Almost 10 minutes later they answered the phone to take my order. There was someone else in my car who called five minutes after me and within two minutes they had gotten back online and was taking their order. Asking a customer to wait a couple of minutes and then not getting back on for 10 minutes is unacceptable! read more

They had nothing in regards to social distancing so this just shows they don't really care about anyone's health or well being. This place was aggressively disappointing. The french fries are sprinkled with table sugar. So nasty. The wings are tiny. The Original Hot flavor could be sold to Gerber for consumption by infants. Tastes good, but absolutely mild. The Atomic flavor has the opposite problem - spicy, but doesn't taste good. And unlike a buffalo chicken wing, the Atomic sauce is the consistency of tomato paste. This is not a buffalo wing. The carry-out packaging is nice, but the fries were thrown in there loose. And all the food I received was just above room temperature. Bad form. I usually post my order online because every time I call the store they ALWAYS put me on hold for over 10min they have no customer service what's so over they don't even try to help you even if they fuck up your order. They are affiliated with door dash and they suck too when it comes to delivering the food, they can never find the right address or just plainly never deliver the food and you still get charged for it read more

I've never had my order delivered but read the other reviews, it seems to be a nightmare. I would never choose wingstop over any other stop for wings in town. Your personal tastes may very but based on my repeated poor experiences here and everyone else's delivery reviews, I give this place two stars. I'd give them one but to earn a one star from me you have to have really gone out of your way to be terrible, at least wingstop is attempting to deliver a unique food experience. I do not recommend. A while back I placed an order for my fraternity and never received my food. I called when the site said the food was delivered, but I hadn't received it and was told it can take up to a few minutes from when the app says delivered to when I receive it. A while passed and I called again. Wingstop said the driver called me but I did not answer. I did not receive a call or email. When I called back, Wingstop said they could not help me because Doordash is responsible and they provided me their number. Doordash said they never received my order from Wingstop so they could not help me. I called Wingstop and they said that was incorrect and that they they would handle it and call me back, which they did not. They acted like it was my fault it happened. Decided to carry out one Friday night after my trip to the liquor store next door. I ordered 10 boneless wings, half with the lemon pepper and half with the original hot sauces. The "sauces" are more like seasonings. These wings are not dripping in sauce like Buffalo Wild Wings, but they actually aren't too dry either, which was my main concern. The wings themselves seemed to be of decent quality. Both of the sauces were tasty, though I did think both the lemon pepper and the original hot were very salty. The wings themselves are quite small. I ordered 10 for myself and was still very hungry after that. At about $1/wing, I thought them to be overpriced for the amount of food I got. Knowing that Buffalo Wild Wings has a comparable wing for literally half the price on Thursdays, I think I would be more inclined to go there. I was between the 'experienced better' and 'a-okay' for this review. What helped push it into the 3-star territory was the fact that I enjoyed the service here having eating in. My sister and I came in late night for some sibling bonding, also, we forgot where Steak-and-Shake was. We ordered the 2-person Combo of 15 boneless wings that came with a serving of any kind of their fries and two soft drinks. Not a bad price I must say as it came out to about $20 for all of that. The fries were okay, not my favorite. They weren't very flavorful to me or salty enough. As for the boneless wings, I enjoyed the juiciness of the parmesan garlic wings, but the parmesan wasn't really pronounced nor was the garlic. Meanwhile, the Hawaiian wings came out a little dry and chewy and almost a little too ginger-y. But despite that, my sister and I still had a good time and joked with the staff there whenever they passed by, so I definitely appreciate that. Overall, it's a fine late-night pit stop. Fries were crisp and seasoned great. First visit = 4.5/5 stars. Came here again because of how much I enjoyed it and got the same order but with lemon pepper and teriyaki this time. Lemon peppers was good... as always... teriyaki however was absolutely horrible. The flavor was hardly sweet or tangy enough, and it kind of just tasted like flat barbecue sauce. The fries, as many mentioned were extremely soggy and browned out, rather than the golden-yellow I received last time. Second visit = 1.5/5 stars To be fair, I averaged the two and it gets 3 stars. Best fries around! I haven't had fries that taste like fresh cut potatoes in so long - and the seasoning - there's a little sugar in it. Get them!!! I don't eat wings a lot. And I'm picky. I was impressed. We ordered a family pack so we could try the wings and tenders - you get to pick up to 4 flavors. The dry rub seasonings are fantastic. I highly recommend the lemon pepper (dry) -- we also tried the Louisiana rub (dry), bbq (wet) and spicy Korean (wet). Hands down, lemon pepper was our favorite. The meat is great though. I would visit here over Buffalo Wild Wings any day. Again, the fries - add the cheese sauce! I don't know what ranch it is but it's pretty amazing too. Almost reminds me of the ranch from Pickles. We've never waited more than 20 minutes after calling in or ordering online - and the food is always ready on time and perfect. I called and told them the situation and either I can drive across town waste gas and let me food get cold and basically waste more money or they can write my name down for a free ranch next time.
