Stopped in at Wingstop because of their new promotion. I downloaded the app, placed my order and it was cool that my food would be ready "according to the app" by the time I drove there. After arriving I noticed that the board inside the restaurant said my food was ready. I asked the guy for my order and he said "A couple more minutes." I was like cool and had to wait 10 minutes to get my food. Why would my order be marked as ready and I still had to wait? Anyway I get my order and headed home. I ordered bone-in garlic Parmesan, atomic, and hot with an order of fries. I also received some boneless wings for using the app. The atomic was true to its name and had good flavor. The wings were a decent size and full of flavor. I really enjoyed them. The hot was good as well, but I should have gotten more atomic. The garlic Parmesan wings were good as well. But a little light on the garlic flavor. I wish it was more of a wet sauce. The barbecue boneless was good, but not really my jam. I think my big disappointment was the seasoned fries. They were crisp and warm, but I did not like the seasoning. I thought it would be closer to what five guys do. Overall, I was really pleasantly surprised by the flavor and the size of the wings. But they lose a star for the additional wait. I know now to give myself an extra 10 to 15 minutes, added to the time. read more

I've got nephews that are always giving praise to the Wingstop brand. So at times I'll take a chance to see what I'm missing out on. I've eaten at a Wingstop maybe five times in my life. Two of which occurred here and were enough to get the scope of things. As others have stated, service times to receive food is abysmally slow. The order process can go quickly and pleasantly but it causes wonder why the process is tedious. If the chicken were fried from fresh, then and only in that case would waiting twenty-five to forty minutes for an order be acceptable. What makes matters worse is seeing the dire circumstances of the dining area. It'd be passable if food was flying out of the kitchen in pristine form and tasting great. I am only posting after my 2nd visit because both visits were appalling. I called to order a 20 piece bone in well done.. The guy told me to show up in 15 minutes because It had already been precooked, partially and they will be perfect when I get there. While they weren't.. I decided to give them a second try, Yesterday I talked to the same guy who told me the last time that next time I called to tell them to cook them for 20 min. I went to pick up my order he said they were cooked well done perfectly and when I got home and opened up the package they were no better than the 1st time period. Basically the guy is full of it and did not actually cook them for any longer period of time judging by how the product was. Mango habanero and honey bbq are by far the best sauces, and the fries are really well seasoned and super tasty. Not sure what happened to this place, it must be under new management or something because quality and service is subpar at best now. Whenever I used to go, I'd always see this really nice African American guy. He was on top of everything, bathrooms would be clean, counter tops clean, everything fully stocked, and he'd always come by and greet us and ask how we were doing. He's gone and so is my love for this place. It's like ghetto 20 somethings have taken over. Every time I go in and place my order, I have to listen to them blast the latest rap song through some stereo or phone in the kitchen (in addition to the background music this place already has) and a few times have been subjected to them rapping along. I am unsure as to what happened to this establishment. In the beginning, everything was great, however last year is was things started to hit the fan. I don't know, if the place is under new management or what, but this Wingstop is not what it was in the beginning. For starters, the employees there are rather "ratchet" and young. While I have not received any attitude from these workers, they obviously do not really care. Secondly, every time my boyfriend and I have ordered take-out, he always likes to get cheese fries... Although, they always seem to forget the cheese. The last five orders we have done there, they have always forgot it. The first two times we did not notice until we got home and it was too late. The three other times we checked in the car before leaving (thankfully). The last time we went there, they did not forget the cheese, but they forgot the extra fries we ordered. Basically, we always have to double check before taking off. The employees should really double or triple check the take-out orders before handing them to customers... Since after a while, it gets pretty old making the same mistake over and over. read more

This place was good when it opened, now it's just trash. Customer service is very horrible. Placed an online order for pickup at this location and when I got there at the time it's supposed to be ready, the employees #1 look dumbfounded and never showed up to the counter. #2 say they don't have an order but never looked at the computer to say it and #3 some of the items they do not have. Ex. Dinner rolls they don't have for 2 months because the oven doesn't work. No callback after the order was placed only to find out when you get there. This place and customer service is horrible. This is probably the worst WingStop I have ever been to. This is also not the first time this has happened. I ordered our meal online. We go at the time it told us it would be ready. We get there, paid, and sat for TWENTY MINUTES! They never told us how long the wait was going to be, we just figured they were busy. We watched everyone else get their food, we watched people come in after us get their food. We go up to ask what's taking so long, and she says our food has been sitting here. Are you kidding me?!?!?! We get home and the fries were cold. The chicken was "okay." But the fries were cold.
