My attempt to resolve it. I also called the store... that was an experience....

We've been ordering from here a lot lately.... Until now... DO NOT waste your time & money. I attempted to reach out to the store without a response. I wanted to give them a chance to fix it. Unfortunately we were charged for multiple items we did not receive in our order. What we did receive went into the garbage. We ended up making Mac n cheese to go with the wings since they not only forgot our large veggie sticks but they also forgot the upgrade on the cheese fries! So we received soggy gross fries, no veggie sticks, the Cajun corn was overcooked but still edible. The boneless wings were really strange.... Maybe they're using fake chicken? We tried to eat them. I think between 4 of us we ate 6 wings.... Sounds odd but these so called boneless wings were chewy & stringy. We were also missing our dips.....

Stopped by for lunch to try the new chicken sandwich. They have a combo (sandwich, fries, and a drink) for $7.99. Cant beat that deal. I love their wings here so I had high hopes for the sandwich. It did not disappoint! I got buffalo hot but id like to tey this sandwich with other flavors. The fries seemed to be a larger cut than normal. They were really tasty as well.

Sorry to say, I really wasn't impressed with Wingstop. My order was six boneless wings, with original hot sauce. Seasoned fries, and a drink. The boneless wings were about the size of McDonald's chicken nuggets. On my first bite into a boneless wing, all the chicken came out of the encasement of breading. Definitely frozen, not fresh. Sauce was what I would say is medium heat and flavorful. The fries are freshly cut each morning, they're kind of like five guys fries. One big problem for me though, they have sugar sprinkled on them, together with other seasoning. Actually I couldn't finish eating the fries. Nope, not for this guy, don't like the taste. I will try them again sometime soon. I'll get the bone in wings with fries, but will be sure to tell them NO SUGAR on my fries!

^^ this is the trash that I took out with the WHOLE SANDWICH (minus one bite for taste test)

I ordered food because I was hungry... After receiving my order (a Cajun chicken sandwich, wings and buffalo fries) I am not only angry (because I couldn't eat it.... SPOILER ALERT FOR THE REST OF THE REVIEW.), but I am still hungry... the Cajun chicken sandwich is literally the WORST item I have ever ordered from any place that serves food. I'm not even kidding. Even the smell of it is p*ssing me off. I had to take out my garbage, and I HATE DOING CHORES. It reeks. It tastes even worse than it smells. How... is that possible? It smells like a deceased fish. IT TASTES?!?!.... bad. Why have you done this to me Wingstop? What did I do to deserve this?? I held open the door for TWO PEOPLE at a gas station... and then this happens. I'm sad. I'm mad. I don't think I'll hold the door open for anyone for at least a few days. Buck up and take responsibility, Wingstop. ABYSMAL SANDWICH!! Wings were aight. Lemon pepper = 3/10. Ranch is good. I like ranch. 9/10 for the ranch.

    The gross food

this place is the worst chicken i have ever had it should be illegal to call this edible. i got the nasty voodoo fries which was swimming in liquid yellow feces. the lemon pepper wings were the best thing on the menu. i asked for ranch and was never given it. the floors were covered in sticky sauce and looked like someone didnt make it tk the bathroom. i would enjoy gas station food over that. if it was an option i would give it 0 the veggies are alright.

It was lunch time and I happen to drive by and realized I haven't had any wings in awhile. So I decided to stop by this wingstop location. I've always loved wingstop and the lemon pepper wings. Definitely some of the best around. Usually I always have an issue with the service but today wasn't too bad actually. I ordered online and my food was ready when it was expected to be. It was not busy at all so I didn't have to wait in line and was able to grab my food and go. If you like wingstop then this is a pretty good location to stop by if you're in the Clearwater area.

Garlic Parmesan ... sorry dig in b4 could get the pic.

I'm genuinely surprised to see such ratings for Indi's Chicken. I went in expecting a simple,…read moreno-frills spot serving good old-fashioned fried chicken and classic sides. That sounded great to me. Unfortunately, the food, portions, and pricing were all disappointing. A three-piece chicken meal with two sides runs around $13-$14, and the pieces are small. Two of my three pieces were very small drumsticks. The meal doesn't include a drink, and if you just want water, you have to buy a bottle. The sides also come in very small portions. I ordered the 3 piece spicy chicken with baked beans and potato wedges. The seasoning on the chicken had a decent flavor, but it wasn't spicy at all. The bigger issue was that the chicken was extremely dry. The larger piece of fried chicken was especially bad, there was barely any meat in it. Most of it was over-fried, hardened breading surrounding a lot of empty space. I kept biting into thick, crunchy breading and air while trying to find actual chicken. The baked beans were fine but nothing notable. I did like the potato wedges, which were probably the best part of the meal. You get three as a side, but they are at least fairly large. There are also several extra costs that add up. Sauces are sold separately, the meal doesn't include a drink, and there's an additional 3% charge if you don't pay with cash. All in all, I really don't understand the high ratings. You can get better fried chicken at plenty of fast-food restaurants, or even from Walmart or Publix, for less money, with larger portions and more options. Even if you're specifically looking for a no-frills local chicken spot, this doesn't feel like a good value. You pay more, get less, and, based on my visit, the quality isn't there. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I was surprised how far back the restaurant went; it was much bigger than it looks from the front and pictures I'd seen. We went to watch a night game. On our most recent visit, our waitress, Alyssa, didn't greet us when we sat down. We had to get her attention before she acknowledged us, and instead of taking our drink order, she commented that she was wondering where we were going to sit. This was the third time we've had her as our server, and each experience has felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. She never smiles or seems interested in providing good customer service, which makes dining there uncomfortable. What was even more disappointing was the overall atmosphere. As we were leaving, several employees, including the manager, were sitting together and didn't acknowledge us or say something as simple as, "Have a good night." We watched other guests receive a much warmer goodbye, which made us feel overlooked. Customer service and professionalism are what keep people coming back, and unfortunately, this experience made us feel like our business wasn't valued. I hope management addresses these issues because the restaurant has potential, but the consistently poor service and lack of professionalism make it difficult to recommend.

As always, a lovely experience with Tracy behind the bar. During this kinda quiet stretch, Denise…read more(aka Mrs Abe) was present working with the bar staff trying out recipes for new summer drinks. So she, Tracy, Verne and a couple more staffers were experimenting etc. I was particularly impressed by a comment made by Denise. When the ladies said one iteration was "good," she replied "How do we go from 'good' to DELICIOUS?" That says volumes about the care and the quality one finds here, at least in MOST instances; see below. It's plain to see that Abe and Denise still put their love into this place. Another example is a new app they had for summer. Basically they're hotdog sliders: 3 small doggies on buns drenched in ketchup and mustard with sides of relish and chopped onions. Tracey gave us one as well as some of the experiments from the summer drink files. Bottom line is the hospitable nature of the place, which is also reflected by the amount of regulars at the bar. Well enough of the backstory: onto other stuff I tried with my Queen Bee. After asking Tracy's opinion (yes: AGAIN) we chose fried pickles. It ain't hard to slice, bread and fry a damn pickle. These were the best fried pickles I've had in years though. I could tell the breading was a mix of cornmeal and flour, so it had a great consistency and ZERO grease! Add Abe's homemade ranch and there ya go; DILL-icious! As for real food...QB only got clam chowder and a house salad. I chose the medallion bites; latter is filet bites w. 'shroom and onion over rice. Filet cooked to order plain, blackened, garlic or teriyaki. I did half garlic, half teriyaki; meh...next time I'm go back to the blackened filet bowl. Chowder had waaaay too much flour and cream. Plenty of clams, but the poor lil bastards drowned by flour since, as marine creatures, they do not drown in water. It needed more bacon too, maybe a lil more tater also. QB wouldn't order it again and I wouldn't either. Meh! Salad was salad...bunch of iceberg with a lil tomato and some shredded cheddar. Ranch dressing is homemade, as we already have stated elsewhere. What sucks about so called house salads is that too many iceberg stems get dumped into the bowl...three in QB's case. Kitchen needs some better QC for my dear QB. I hope Abe and Denise pay attention to THIS so they can take care of THAT. The above won't stop us from returning, but it WILL help us quit ordering certain things and just stay with certain items despite a desire to expand the culinary horizons. If Denise can do it with BOOZE, she and Abe can do it with FOOD, too. Step it up!
