Every time i come in to the location on coffee i always see the manager standing around. tall skinny black dude. He always has an attitude when asked a question. Was also listening to him answer the phone. Cut the customer off and was rolling his eyes. When another customer and I noticed he tried to play it off as a joke "i hate when customers ask me a bunch of questions" that's your job. Dining area is always dirty and received uncooked chicken. I ordered online and my order still was not ready. I waited 30 minutes to check again and the manager said he could not find my order already after saying they were working on it. He said he never said it. He then looked for my order again and said they never received it. I showed him my e-mail order and he looked again and said they never received order. He then gave me a piece of receipt paper and a sharpie and told me to write my order out. He said if I wanted my order I would write it down for him and they would work on it. I place an order for two people, simple order 8 chicken strip combo and five strip combo with specific dipping sauces. So arrive 10 minutes after the high end of ready time but still not done, give cups for drinks but the beverage machine is not working, the one employee comes over to fix it and then walks off after fiddling with it but doesn't say anything to the numerous people waiting. After a few minutes walk to the counter and ask if the beverage machine is going to be fixed and the response, "oh no, it's broken you'll have to pick a bottled drink." Nothing mentioned to the 7 people waiting. Finally get my order and confirm the dipping sauces I ordered, get home and order is completely wrong, 5 strip combo instead of 8 and 3 strip combo instead of 5 and none of the dipping sauces I selected. We typically get boneless and bone-in chicken because I hate getting my hands dirty. I got the original hot flavor and my bro tried the Brazilian citrus pepper. As noted in my tips, my bro was able to sample the flavor before we put in the order. The worker indicated that that flavor is a "hit and miss" with people so she wanted to make sure that is what my bro wanted. We got a side of fries and ranch of course. The work stated that it would take up to 25 minutes before our order was ready. My name was called within ten minutes! My chicken was saucy. My fries were hot and seasoned and the ranch appeared thicker than what I remembered, but it was delicious. This place is noticeably cleaner than the Gosford location.
