Came here for the first time at this location. Ordered the 30pcs crew deal which had 30 classic wings, large fries, veggie sticks, and 3 dipping sauces for about $40 after taxes. We ordered the Korean Spicy wings, Garlic Parmesan, and Hot wings. All delicious especially the Garlic Parm. Overall, not a bad deal and I always felt that these wings weren't dry like Wings 'N More. They're a bit more pricier than Wings 'N More, but they're waaaay tastier and juicier. The staff are fast and friendly. I probably recommend ordering via app or online. 3 strikes for this location! A couple of months ago we placed a large order for delivery. They forgot to put multiple orders of fries in it and when we called they said they realized that after the driver left. They didn't try to contact the driver or notify us and told us if we wanted the fries we could come pick them up. If I wanted to pick up the order, I would not have had it delivered in the first place. After some back and forth they said they would issue me a credit for the fries, never got the credit. Two weeks ago we placed a pick up order, they had not even started the order at the time it was scheduled for pickup. Unbelievable. First of all, it took 50 minutes for the order to be prepared. It was only 3 people when I got there so what's the hold up? They was back there laughing, horse playing, listening to loud music... this what y'all do instead of making my wings? I ordered a 10pc but y'all only gave me 8. I've been meaning to write this review for awhile but a couple months ago I went in and the lady at the register was on the phone, not particularly taking an order but no lie this lady had her shirt untucked and lifted up, her jean button was undone and she was scratching the inside of her belly button. It was super uncomfortable and unsanitary. She's usually always there on nights and is pretty rude and monotone. Absolutely trash service. I really wanted to give Wing Stop a chance, especially since there are so many better options in the B/CS area. I never should have given them a chance. I made an order on Super Bowl Sunday at 4 PM. They said the order would be ready by 6 PM. I get there at 6 PM (almost halfway through the game) and my order is nowhere to be found. Sure, I would be understanding that my order isn't ready due to the volume of orders on SBS, but they had 10-12 employees working! It was very frustrating since other people ordered around the same time as me, and they were getting their orders. They gave no good reason why my order wasn't ready. Next, there were around 4 employees working at the front of the store on the registers and the phone. They seemed to be doing a decent job helping customers and taking calls. I DID notice that each of them was attempting to hide their own PLATE of wings and veggies to eat during their shift. One plate of wings was right next to the register. This was just great to see since I had been waiting at the store for about 45 minutes to enjoy some wings myself. I made sure to pull out my phone and stream the Super Bowl at max volume (also since they weren't playing the game on either of their two TVs in the store). The time came, FINALLY, my order was ready. I am glad I could finally receive the OPPORTUNITY to enjoy the wings that I PAID for. But honestly, I made a dumb decision here. Wingstop at Jones Crossing was great on Super Bowl Sunday. I figured they would be busy so I placed my order online the day before. They called to get my charge card info so I would be a priority order. When I got there at the prescribed time, my order was just being put together. Great timing. They were on point. They had extra staff that were absolutely slammed busy. They were cheerful, professional and very attentive to everyone there. They processed a LOT of people in the short time a was there. Our experience started off poorly when we ordered earlier in the day for a pick up at 5 and still ended up waiting for our food for about 20 minutes. It got worse once we got to a watch party for the football game (20 minutes from location) and discovered we were missing some of our 50 pack of wings. After trying to call the store twice, and staying on hold with them for about 45 minutes, we drove back to the restaurant. The place was insanely packed, with lots of workers steadily working in the back. I explained my situation to the girl at the register and she got me someone, whom I presume is the manager. She was incredibly kind and apologetic and got me my missing wings (plus a few extras for my troubles) in a speedy manner. Cannot say enough about the excellent customer service I experienced when coming back for the missing stuff. It speaks volume when you're insanely busy, make a mistake, and then still manage to be kind and helpful rather than ugly. Need more people like her in the world! As for me and my family we understand that they are short staffed and will still eat there. Others that don't want to eat is less of rude customers for them. Only giving one star because the fries are delicious. Me and my boyfriend love wingstop so we order for pickup every now and then. We would definitely be a regular customer if it wasnt for the staff's extremely rude attitudes and the long wait times. Every single time we order for pickup we have to wait at least 30 minutes. I understand they are short staffed but when it is just us and another person, that wait is unacceptable. The staff also tends to just sit in the back and talk. If you ask them about your food, they are extremely rude and disrespectful. One time we waited for 30 minutes while there was a bag of food sitting on the togo rack. We asked multiple times if it was our food and the staff was very rude and would not even look. 30 minutes later and it ended up being our food... shocker. We have tried giving chance after chance hoping we were just having the occasional bad experience, but quickly learned that this is an everyday occurrence. Called my order in for pick up and was given a 20 min wait. Order was ready when I got there! Girl on the phone was very nice and explained the wing sauces as I have never been to a wing stop before. Decided to add fries to my order and they are hand cut and seasoned real good! Saw they had some fried corn on the cob so added that too on another order. Took two minutes to get them and they even brought them out to my car. Wings were tasty and big. The traditional hot was just the right amount of hot like you would get almost anywhere. I understand that they are new. The food was delicious but I am concerned with the way the food was handled. We placed an order for pick up and they gave us someone else's order. We turned back around, and called them when we arrived. The girl that answered the phone said they will bring us the right wings. When we explained the whole order was wrong the Manager got on the phone. He said it would be a 20-30 minute wait and he would need the order back so he could switch them. That is when I became concerned. We had touched all over the bag and containers. We definitely didn't want the Wings they brought out, but you are going to take that food back into the lobby that is over capacity and do what with it?
