Someone we know said we should check this place out because it was the best burger they'd ever had. We checked it out but have to disagree. Burgers were okay but not the best WE'VE had in BCS. A sign said be prepared to wait up to an hour on game days. Definitely would not be worth that wait! As it were, we were there on a not-so-busy Friday night and we still had about a 25 minute wait after placing our order at the counter. I can see the appeal for groups though. There's lots of room to spread out and since you serve yourself, the service you get isn't dependent on how many tables a server has. My tip?! When you place your order, give them an unusual name like Lady Gaga or Willy Wonka. It's very hard to understand the garbled names on the speaker. We went up twice for orders that weren't ours.

It was ok but not worth it. Ordered burgers medium all delivered well done. Fries better than the onion rings but Sysco not fresh.

The fried catfish is not very good. Overfried and not tasty at all. However, the half pound burger is great, worthing 4/5. Besides, the chicken sandwich is not bad. The fries is not looking good but the taste is just fine. Overall, I would like to give 4/5 in the condition that you order wisely.

If someone told you that you needed to eat at Koppe Bridge Bar & Grill and you thought you needed to read a review first, lemme tell ya something, you a damn idiot son! Stop reading my damn review and getcher ass on in to Koppes and order ya something good! Anything on the forkin menu gone make all the taste buds in yer mouth explode, just like the first time you tasted a titty! Shit had my knees weak i tell ya. I've been her four times, the first three were a couple years back, didn't yelp then, but I do now. This time, I'll say my grilled chicken sandwhich (I'm always on a diet) wasn't as great as it has been in the past. That's why the 4 stars, If I'd have rated it earlier it would have easily been a 5. Don't hold back like I do and get you a world famous Burger! And if you're gonna ask why, well shit, it's because STONE COLD SAID SO!!!!!!

Rustic out of the hustle and bustle place. Wonderful burger basket. This is a busy place so you may have to wait in line.

We split the 1/2# cheese burger. The fries were a little more cooked as requested. We ate every bite. Overall experience was very good.

Food and service is great but game room is lacking. Please fix Big Buck Hunter and pool table! We'd come a lot more often.

The burnt ends were tender, lightly smoky, and packed with flavor. One thing I really appreciated is that every meat ordered by the pound comes with pinto beans, onions, pickles, your choice of sweet or savory BBQ sauce, and white or wheat bread--a nice touch that rounds out the meal. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and there's plenty of seating, making it a great place for groups, families, or friends to gather. We'll definitely be back!

I brought the whole family and we left stuffed, happy, and already planning our next visit. The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth tender with that perfect smoky bark, and the burnt ends were absolute heaven, crispy, and packed with flavor. The sides were just as impressive: creamy, cheesy mac n' cheese that felt like a hug in a bowl, rich twice-baked potatoes loaded with all the good stuff, hearty beans with just the right sweetness and smoke, and everything complemented the meat beautifully. Save room for dessert because they do those right too. The banana pudding was silky, nostalgic perfection, and the cobblers were warm, fruity, and topped with that flaky crust and Blue Bell Vanilla Ice Cream that makes you want seconds. The service was outstanding and genuinely friendly from the moment we walked in. The staff made us feel welcome and took great care of our large group. The restaurant itself is fantastic , spacious indoor and outdoor seating, plus party rooms that make it ideal for family gatherings, celebrations, rehearsal dinners etc...or just a big Sunday lunch. Cooper's nailed every part of the experience: incredible food, warm hospitality, and a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere. This is Texas BBQ at its finest. We'll be back soon! I highly recommend bringing the whole crew! Rod Gray Cypress, TX

We were BLOWN AWAY by the number of college students, dressed in their Sunday's best, openly praying over their food before enjoying some awesome chicken. It was SO NICE TO SEE! We ordered a family meal (20 pieces), 2 sides of fries and a chicken sandwich meal. We paid around $40. Great value! The food came out quick and arrived hot and fresh. I had a slight "issue" where I thought my chicken wasn't fully cooked and the manager reassured me that it was just breading but happily remade my sandwich to give me peace of mind. I REALLY appreciated that. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals, literally leaving "not a fry left behind." The size of my chicken on the sandwich was HUGE- had to be hanging off the roll by 2" on each side! Staff were phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Love the laid back decor. Plenty of seating inside and some tables outdoors as well. Definitely recommend!

I chose the hottest seasoning they had--pretty sure it was ghost pepper--and yeah, it was spicy but didn't make me miserable. There was a lot of food, and it definitely filled us up. My wife got mac n cheese with hers and really enjoyed every bite. The cashier was nice and attentive. The atmosphere is great for a lunch or dinner date. Plus, they have large booths, which we really appreciate.

If this just happened once, I wouldn't mention it. But since it happened twice in a row, I would no longer recommend them. My rating below is from 2 years ago, and it has consistently been good for two years until recently. Not sure what changed, but something has. Frank's Country Store & BBQ is a hidden gem in the BCS area. Let me say right off the bat, as a native Texan who has eaten at a majority of the Texas Top-50 Barbecue joints, I judge all barbecue joints by their brisket. In Texas brisket is king, and if you can't smoke a brisket properly, you might as well hang it up. I really could care less about sides, as basically anything will do. And, I do like to try some sausage in most of Texas' good barbecue joints, as a lot of towns have different sausage recipes. I assume Frank's uses Slovacek sausage, since it's the king sausage of the BCS area. Frank's has some GREAT BRISKET! Nothing more to say.
