we ordered our food online, drove home and realized some of our food was missing. Called and they told us to come back with the food and they will remake the whole order.... not believing us? WE WERE MISSING 5 WINGS! Came back with the order and they started making the whole order as soon as we came inside. Started with decent service until we waited over an hour with no updates as to where our food was until I asked. We ordered before our friends and watched as 4 orders (including theirs) came out before us. We showed up an hour before closing if that's of any relevance but when we showed up there were about 2-3 people waiting for their food with none ahead of us. I was given disgusting rude service from the manager raul and the employee Jocelyn who referred to the manager as "papi fatty". I was there to pick up multiple DoorDash orders which were put on time before 11:59 but the ready time was 12:01 and they told me they cancelled the 3 of my four orders which made me lose money and that they were barley working on my order for savannah. it took one of my other DoorDash customers to call multiple times for them to give in and complete her order for rebecha which gave me the impression that they could've completed my other orders but were to lazy to do their jobs. it was a waste of time since the employee Jocelyn said her order was cancelled before she called and I had to unassig the order. Jocelyn had spoke to me and other guests in an aggressively rude way saying " I need to go to the club I just got paid so hurry and get your drinks I'm closing down the station" and in front of the manager raul as well and they both laughed about it. I understand fast food employees are on a shortage right now but it was a horrible encounter from one customer service person to another. I told the manger give me the corporate# and he just laughed it off and pointed at the wall and said he has been a manager for Wingstop for 16 years and that the owner owns 157 stores so he's taught to deal with customers this way. therefore his employees are trained to be rude to paying customers. Come here often when I'm in town and the food is always delicious. The wait time is sometimes long but I usually come in a Friday which is expected. The place is always clean, only thing the drinks are watered down a lot. read more

My favorite wing spot in Corpus! Delicious crispy wings always served fresh. But that's not the reason for four stars. The thing that truly gave me a five star experience was their ranch. Now hold up, buddy. This ain't no regular ass ranch dressing. Nononono. This is super ranch dressing. They always serve it cold really cold, which is my favorite. It tastes as if they blend it with tons of butter. It's very light and watery, which I'll admit, does sound gross. But it's not. I've never had wing dipping ranch that good. And don't ever talk bad about their fries. These guys add some weird sugar blend... Yup, that's right. SUGAR. Along with Cajun seasoning. It morphs into this delicious sweet and salty blend of crispy potatoes. And finally, as I said before, their wings are delicious. My favorite to get is half teriyaki and half Louisiana rub. All of their wings are crispy. I'm only giving it four stars because their food is rather expensive... For wings at least And their drink choice is mediocre. Went at lunch time was told the order would take 20-25 but after waiting 30-35 minutes. Went to counter to ask if order was ready the employee told me that it would be an additional 20-25 minutes. Went in today in a rush. I was told the wait would be 18 minutes. They have customers waiting in cars for extra precaution and which I am so happy with. When I walked back in for my order it was ready for me. The staff was kind and very helpful during the ordering process. As much as I love Wingstop the service for me this time was horrible!! I placed my order over the phone and ordered a simple meal, 10 piece wings fries and cheese on the side, when I got there I decided to purchase a large sprite and it turned out to be carbonated water and I almost threw up when I took a huge sip of it, when I got home I checked my meal and instead of the original fries with season the employees decided to just give me unseasoned fries with very little cheese on top i did not have a special order!! read more
