The bummer is that the food alwaaaays leaves me disappointed. The food never has enough seasoning. When I get the corn, I select the option to have extra seasoning, yet there's barely any. Tonight I got the bone-in chicken wings and didn't end up finishing them because they barely had seasoning. I typically make the drive to the Orange location because they cook their food to perfection, just a bummer that it's so far. This one does okay in a pinch, but i'm always disappointed with the food. It seemed like certain orders were being prioritized while others were skipped or left waiting without explanation. I was not the only customer frustrated by the experience, as several others were also waiting much longer than expected. Good customer service starts with communication, professionalism, and treating every customer fairly. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Management should take a closer look at the customer service standards at this location and ensure staff are properly trained and supervised. Every time I've ordered at the store, the food has been hot, fresh, and made right. But this late-night order was honestly a huge letdown. I placed an order for voodoo fries extra well done and well-done bone-in lemon pepper wings. What I received was far from that. The voodoo fries were undercooked, soggy, and completely missing the Cajun seasoning that gives them that signature flavor. The wings were cold, soggy, and tasted like they had been sitting around all day and not well done at all. They didn't taste fresh and honestly felt like leftovers tossed in sauce. Definitely not the quality I've come to expect from Wingstop. I still have the food because it was inedible, I can bring it into the store if I need to get refund at the very least. I understand it was a late order, but that shouldn't mean cutting corners on quality. I'm leaving this review not to bash the location, but in hopes that this kind of thing gets addressed. Maybe 3 minutes after, this other lady decided to help us and told us that our wings would take a few minutes. On the app, it said 3-6 minutes, so I obviously didn't mind. As we were getting our drinks, I noticed that other 2 customers were also waiting on their wings. We sat down and waited, and maybe 10 minutes later it said on the app that the wings were completed. I went to go ask, and they said it would take a few more minutes. I was already annoyed, and not pleased. 10 more minutes passed, and then they were finally ready. We waited 30 minutes just for our wings that I even ordered in advanced. This is not even it. So many other people were also waiting on their order, ridiculous. Me and my boo were driving back home, since it took alresdy to long. When we got home and opened the wings, IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER?! Like hello?! I waited 30 minutes just for the wrong wings?
