If the lot is full, there is additional street parking around the corner. They do not have a drive-through, but they do have a walk-up window that you can order from if you don't want to go inside. Seating options include about ten tables inside, a long table along the front window with a bunch of chairs, and a patio with quite a few tables, but no umbrellas and not much shade depending on the time of day. I sat at the front window and enjoyed the view. The air conditioning was nice and chilly. They had good 1970s and 1980s music playing inside. I walked up to the register, placed my order, and it was delivered to where I was sitting about ten minutes later. I had the Oklahoma smash burger (double smash patty, cheese, sliced onions, special sauce, potato bun, $12.99). It was good, but it was a little bit on the bland side. It was an average sized smash burger, there were plenty of onions, and the bun was fresh. The flavor just didn't give me the "wow factor" I usually get from a great smash burger. I also had a side of onion rings ($6.99). These were great, with a good crisp and the perfect amount of batter. It was a good serving size also. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. They are a little on the expensive side, as I've had way better smash burgers for much less. If I could give half stars, I would give 3.5 stars. I'll round it up to four stars since the onion rings were excellent, and I enjoyed the view even though it was just of Newport Blvd.

The only good meat they served in this meal was the chicken in the nacho, which was juicy and not overcooked, but then the nacho really sucks for the reasons stated above. The saving grace is the all-you-can-eat salsa bar, which is way too small and always has a line, and the shared utensils for scooping the salsa just make me cringe. The experience and food were really bad this time.

Food- excellent as always! We ordered chicken sandwiches, fries, and the holiday peppermint shake. All were good except: the gluten free bun. Oh man. I'm gluten free and normally order the grilled nuggets, but I had a coupon for a sandwich that couldn't be replaced with nuggets. The cashier was sweet and knew I was gluten free, so he suggested a gf bun. I paid the $1.50 for the bun. Wooooof. It was drier than a desert. I took one bite and swiftly axed the bun lol It's cool Chick-fil-a has the gf option, but it's awful. Service- service was great! Everyone was so kind and helpful. I wish I remembered the name of our cashier because he was so helpful and also funny. Parking - not good. We had to park in a lot kind of a walk away. The parking lot is small and super weird to get into from the street. It's actually pretty inconvenient parking. Location- not good. It's complicated to get to the restaurant and hard to know where to turn into. It's also complicated to get out and get back onto the main street. Cleanliness - clean inside and out. Clean bathrooms. The last inconvenience is that there is no drive through. No biggie to eat inside, but if I need it to go I would go to another location.

From the moment I walked in, he brought great energy, was genuinely welcoming, and made the whole experience feel personal instead of rushed. You can tell he actually cares about what he's doing -- not just going through the motions. He helped me build the perfect bowl, gave solid recommendations, and made sure everything was dialed in exactly how I wanted it. On top of that, his attitude stood out the most -- positive, attentive, and just real. That kind of service is rare. People like Andres are the reason I'll keep coming back. CAVA is lucky to have him. Give that man a raise.
