We went in for late dinner(around 1 am) ...restaurant was busy, inside and drive thru, but the crew workkng that night was killing it! -Great customer service -fresh food served up hot and exactly how we order it(we like to get our bread buttered on both sides) -restaurant was clean and tidy, well-stocked, and bathroom was kept impressively clean as well. Very young crew but all had an impressive work ethic, staying busy and finding things to do on downtime. Great location I'll be sure to revisit. read more

I've heard so many great things about Raising Cane's and have seen the line of cars backed up in the street for myself, but I can honestly say that I have never had any real unrelenting interest in trying it. However, my brother decided to take me today since we didn't have a lot of time and we were in the neighborhood and it is a favorite of his. First of all I was thrilled to see sweet tea on the beverage list and it did not disappoint. I'm also giddy when I watch that pebble/nugget type of ice fall from the beverage machine into my cup. I love that type of ice! So I was already happy to be there before I even received my food. We sat outside and it was quite comfortable. I was able to carry on a conversation with my brother even with the busy street nearby, it was quite impressive. Our food came out quick and although it was tasty, what blew me away was the amazing outdoor service from Gabby. She was super attentive without being overbearing with a genuine hospitality and friendliness that made you want to make her your friend. Gabby remained efficient & professional while balancing her warmth and charm (that smile is infectious). Outstanding service! Gabby could teach others a thing or two about proper customer service in food service :) I enjoyed the entire experience. I've come to this location multiple times and always have great experiences! The service is very quick and the food comes out ever quicker when we eat inside. Plenty of seating available inside. If I'm craving some tendies this is my go to place! I order the 3 piece combo and it hits every time! I always mix the cane's sauce with hot sauce ... yumm! Every time I go to this location the fries are always undercooked or soggy. They are almost inedible. I have never had crispy fries. I know it can be done because other locations do it. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but the fries here are terrible. The chicken is also just ok. It used to be very good. Unfortunately I will not return to this location. Very disappointing. Please try harder. Service is just ok. I don't usually eat in so it's hard to rate. However the last time my family did eat in, which was probably a year ago, the dining area was very messy. Yes they were busy but finding a clean table was difficult. I'm honestly beyond irritated after this visit. We ordered FIVE drinks, and every single one of them tasted absolutely disgusting -- like straight toilet water. I'm not exaggerating. It had this nasty, dirty, metallic aftertaste like the soda machine hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long. How does that even happen? Five drinks and not one tasted normal? For the amount of money you spend here, the bare minimum expectation is clean, drinkable soda. It completely ruined the whole meal. We had to throw all of them away because they were that bad. Raising Canes is the best fried chicken in the land the batter is light and fresh and not super seasoned, which is why the cane sauce comes in perfectly. The fries are nothing to write home about but the garlic toast is a nice compliment. It's the kind of chicken that the grease doesn't permeate and is like ripping chicken not dry but stringy in a good way I will never go back to Popeyes. This was my first time trying Raising Cane's so I was surprised to see that you have to order a combo (tenders, fries, Texas toast and a drink), as opposed being able to just get an order a tenders and an order of fries. Got a three finger combo and chose lemonade - a 30 cent upgrade (who knew). I would complain, but that lemonade was my favorite part of the combo! The fingers are ok. The breading isn't too thick or too greasy but the tenders have no flavor. They need some spices in that batter. I had to dunk them in their sauce to make them palatable. Luckily I liked their sauce, kind of like a more kicky thousand island - some people hate it. Fries remind me of Ore Ida frozen crinkle cut fries. Texas toast is buttery and would be better well toasted (which you can ask for). The lemonade wasn't too sweet or too tart. With that crushed ice, it was like a slushy. I added some vodka when I got home and it made for a boozy treat. At that point, my food tasted a lot better! This place has the best chicken, it's like nothing you've ever tasted everything from the breading to the actual white meat's pure perfection. Compared to other restaurants such as Red Robin's who's Cluck's N Fries, cluck's aren't cooked all the way through. That's not the case here with Raising Cane's. In fact , I've heard that some people have said that they're not that great but I urge you to try them you'll be glad you did. read more

I visited this location for evening rations the 10th of August 2025 after church. I had chicken fingers and fries and a soft drink. The Box Combo. Chicken Fingers were better than Chick Fil A in my opinion as were the fries. I would normally ding this establishment a point because the employees are not required to tuck their shirts in. Men's washroom was clean and had paper towels available... good. So why am I giving this establishment the lowest possible score? One reason only. There is no unrestricted access to the washroom. It is necessary to enter a code on a keypad in order to gain access to the washroom. That meant that I had to get the attention then ask an employee for the code. Fortunately I was able to make it into the washroom this time but sometimes I need to get to a washroom real quick and getting a code (or a key) then punching a code (or using a key) slows down my access to the washroom and sometimes even just a few seconds could mean the difference between me making it in time or not due to a urological issue that I have. It is my policy to award the lowest possible score to any establishment that doesn't have unrestricted and unlocked access to the washroom where I can just immediately enter without entering a code or using a key. This policy is absolute and applies even if everything else about the establishment is absolutely perfect. (NOTE: Last time I visited the Lakewood, California location of this chain, I had unrestricted access to the washroom so that location is worthy of a higher score.) If I was to assign a letter grade like is done in school this establishment would get an F. NOTE: If I had unrestricted access to the washroom without having to enter a code or use a key, then I would have awarded a 4 out of 5, the equivalent of a B.) read more

They had missed one food order completely and the two orders that they had given me were also wrong. I called and let them know the order was incorrect. They said to bring the food back and they'd take care of me. Drove all the way back and went to the registers which were also empty. The two front of house people at the registers, ignored me and took the order of the person behind me after I explained that I had called prior and that the food was wrong . Which I didn't mind at first since I didn't want someone to wait on ordering their food just so I can explain the situation and for them to mend it. However once they finished helping that customer out, I stood at the adjacent register and both FOH people looked at me and said nothing. So I had to be the one to keep pursuing the food get fixed. Which is incredibly irritating. Generally we're polite but the lack of mediation was genuinely super shitty and made the experience terrible. Mistakes happen, the order was terribly mixed up, driving back sucks, sure. However to go back, be ignored and then have no one want to help fix it after I had first explained what was wrong. It makes the customer feel like the odd one out when they're the one coming back after the store messes up. I've been to this location a handful of times and every time something is wrong or missing. I don't usually write reviews for fast food places, but my experience this time needs to be noted. Cane's has always been one of the go-to choices of fast food for me and I decided this time I wanted to cater some tenders. I ordered the 25 Finger Tailgate and was told it would be finished in 15-20 minutes. My boyfriend and I were there 10 minutes late and had asked the guy in the front counter if there was an order under his name to which he responds with "no" and that they were still "working on it". He asks the back where the cooks were and the girl looks up at the order (I'm pretty sure) and said that they have it and are still in the process of making it. After about another 10 minutes, we ask the guy again if they have it completed. He still responds that they haven't called us yet. At this point it's been 20 minutes since our order should've been completed. After about another 5 minutes, I noticed on the side behind the register that there was a to-go bag that has been there for a while. My boyfriend walked up himself to check the bag out and had to talk to another guy to check for us. Turns out it was ours and has been there since it was ready!!! We felt ignored when we asked them if they had our catering ready and they brushed us off saying that it hasn't been called and that they were still making it. Delicious golden crispy crinkle fries. Texas toast and a side of coleslaw. Bonus points because the coleslaw is never watery. Dip those tenders in the Cane's sauce and you're all set.
