First time there... Loved how it had a bar feel to it... It kinda reminded me of a toned down Buffalo Wild Wings.... I was very impressed by the customer service. Cannot recommend this place at all. Yes, the service was fine... but I have a real problem with their math: 6 wings should mean 6 wings. To me, wings consist of two parts. Wing Stop breaks wings in half and counts each half as 1 wing. So when you order "6 wings", you really get what most people would consider 3. Are they good? They're fine. They're okay. They are absolutely nothing special. There's no basic fried wing. Just lots of rubs and spices which they hope will make up for the lack of quantity. It doesn't. I've given Wing Stop a chance... And it comes with the good and the bad. Good - the wings themselves are crack addicting. Sauces are delish. They have a Coca-Cola freestyle. Bad - they are stingy with those side portions -- except for the fries but probably because they are soggy. They've been known to f@&$ up an order -- so check your bags on the way out. I swear they raise the prices every month cause my bill always seems higher and I get the same combo each time. And do call ahead unless you want to be waiting around for 30 minutes watching NBA basketball. Overall I roll with these guys. And they are truly nice kids that work there too. read more

The customer service was great, the facility was very clean, and the food was super hot and fresh. I tried several wings and an order of fries; however, the fries were disguisting. The fries had a sugary taste to them and they were too dark....eww. The chicken was the BEST and cooked well...I think that my favorite may be the Louisiana Rub Wings. The cashier was wearing dirty jogging pants and a dirty gray t shirt and lets not forget the rindstone covered skull cap. Today I had a serious craving for some simple chicken strips and honey mustard. After two stops at the nearby Petco and Meijer, I thought I would be on the verge of satisfying my craving at the Wingstop in the same shopping complex. Boy was I wrong! My girlfriend and I walked into the store and stop at the counter to place a take out order. The only acknowledgement we received was a hello from the cashier as she counted down her drawer. We waited for her to finish her count while the rest of the staff looked over at us but offered no help. The staff sang along to the song on the sound system and even turned up the music, but still offered no help. The store manager came up front to collect the drawer but still we were ignored. After 5 minutes we left the store as two customers walked in. Once I was stewing in the car for a second I went back in to confront the manger. This time she acknowledged us but when I informed her of lack of service she seemed indifferent, but the staff that was singing was quickly taking the order of the two gentlemen that walked in after us. After this situation I will never return. I am always looking for a good take out spot but this will never be one! This store needs to focus on more customer service and not the impromptu karaoke sessions! read more

Their internet and phones were down, but it didn't stop us from trying WingStop for the first time. As soon as we arrived they apologized about their phones and online ordering being unavailable and thoroughly explained the menu. We got there during their 50 cent boneless wing special which is featured regularly on Monday's & Tuesday's. We only had to wait about 12 minutes for the food to be ready and we tried three different flavors: Hawaiian, Hickory Smoked BBQ, and Original Hot - All of which were excellent. I love love love boneless wings! This place is at the end of my street and for some reason it took me a long time to try them out. I finally did and I was very happy with the service, atmosphere and taste of my food. I tried smokey bbq and Hawaiian sauce. The pop machine is pretty sweet with just about any flavor you could want. My only gripe (I always have one) is it's kind of expensive and the wings are on the smaller side. Not crazy expensive but count on at least $10 a person. Will I go back? Yes I will. read more

I love Wingstop wings. Always have, always will. However, this location needs a change in management, and some general customer service training. While my last encounter here was fairly painless (but not really enjoyable), I had the misfortune of witnessing a situation between customers and staff that seemed to require management involvement, and there were none present.
