Busy or not, basic hospitality, you don't let guests sit that long without any acknowledgment. When the food finally came out, it was cold and you can tell it sat under a bad heat lamp. I say that because a good heat lamp keeps the plates hot... that was not the case for us. My husband's wings were over cooked and "lamp-burned".
