This is by far the worst wing stop that I have ever been to. I usually give them the benefit of the doubt, but today was the final straw. At 3pm I made an order for a 5pm pickup. Here it is 5:25 and my order is still finally ready. I get being busy but this is absolutely ridiculous, especially considering this place is always slammed and the dining area is always a mess. One of my friends had the chicken wings I tested one of those and they were absolutely wonderful. They have different sauces that you can choose from. Wing stop is always my go-to for wings now that it's in Everett. This location seems like it's mostly people doing takeout, but they do have a few tables in the back. They serve a bunch of wings (boneless and not) and fried chicken stuff (like tenders, thighs, and a new fried chicken sandwich). The normal hot wings have great flavor and are super crispy when they're fresh. Pro tip - if you don't like your wings getting soggy on the way home, ask to have the sauce on then side (and you can toss them in it or dip them at home). The cajun rubbed wings sound like they'd be dry and gross, but they're super crispy and greasy (in a good way). These ones travel the best BY FAR, so I highly recommend them. Every time I've ordered from here, I've done it online and picked up for take-out. Probably 50% of the time it's ready when I get there (ie: on time)... and the other 50% it's not quite done and I end up waiting a few minutes (no biggie). Well out of the blue my wife called to ask if I wanted anything from Wing Stop since she was ordering some wings for one of my granddaughters, I was watching the Mariners so it sounded like a good idea. I decided to try the Cajun flavored bone in wings looking back maybe I should've try a couple of the other flavors but oh well next time cause there's definitely going to be a next time. I'm SO happy we finally have a Wingstop! I used to be a fan of BWW but they've not been good the last few times we went so we stopped getting wings. But oh man, Wingstop is so much better! The chicken is tender, has better flavor, and the boneless wings are much bigger than they are at BWW. We've only gotten takeout twice since they opened but both times, it has been beyond delicious. Everything was hot, our order was correct, and it came out right on time! They have been busy since they only recently opened so I was expecting a little bit of a delay or even something messed up on our order but they seem to be doing great so far. Lemon Garlic is my favorite but the menu says it's a limited time flavor so hopefully it'll still be around for a while. We have ordered from here 4 times since they opened. The food is actually good for the fast food that it is. The problem is that out of those 4 times we have only gotten all of what we ordered 1 time. In addition to that we have ordered it as delivery because football was on and nobody had business driving. Their response was to come to the store and get what they left off after I told them we had gotten delivery because we were drinking. This last time I was told that they would replace the items for me on the next order. A new low. I went against my instincts and decided to give them a chance today, despite their ratings. Oppressive and sad energy in the restaurant, clean enough. At 3:53, ordered half hot wings, half mild, with fries. After I paid (keyword here being after) I was told that the wait would be 18 minutes. I logged into a 15 minute break 30 seconds before I ordered. I begrudgingly waited, hoping they were overestimating the time. I get to the 13 minute mark, ask for a refund since I wouldn't have time to wait, which was refused because "it's almost ready" so ok, I guess I'll just have one or two then heat up the rest when I get home from work. I am now putting my own job on the line to write this, as a service to my community.
