I love wing stop to be honest, but the staff needs to make sure that they are putting everything together for online/pick up orders. Food is great and the Korean bbq is amazing, but customer relations is beyond sad... I ordered wings naturally, loaded fries, and rolls. I didn't get the fries or rolls, which was really annoying. Then when I called, they said they can't refund anything or willing to do anything for me in general... so I don't know what's up with that, but to forget half my order than not refund anything or even apologize is just poor service. Absolutely not the place you want to spend your money. They're rude, the food is usually cold if it's even the correct order, they yell at their delivery drivers to fill drinks for orders knowing it's against Uber and door dash rules and make them cancel orders on customers because they're too lazy to complete orders. The place is never clean! There's always homeless people and drug dealing and drug use right in front of the place. It's not safe, the food and service are complete trash, there's almost never a place to park because of the drug dealers that camp in front of the building. I never received an order cancellation to my email that day either. It's 7/7 and there's still no refund. So I call & they never even issued it. Went here for lunch today. Had the 10-pc Original "hot" wings combo. The wings were okay, but definitely not what I would consider "hot". Fries were good. The big takeaway from the visit was that the restaurant does not accept cash. This seems to be catching on in the area because this is the second place I've been to lately that does this. I've heard the arguments that this trend is due to COVID, but have yet to see any proof that cash is a great disease transmission medium. Seems like a bad business decision because credit transactions are not free and inevitably end up costing more money to process, which is paid for in higher prices to the customer. This is on top of the fact that it is a huge privacy issue. Who wants the banks (and the government) knowing what you spend your money on? That right is now being taken away from us. Came from marysville in the rain and I was highly dissatisfied with my meal. The customer service was okay, the guy who took our order was nice and did nothing wrong. We were told it would be 20-25 minutes so my boyfriend and I waited in the car and my boyfriend went in within that time frame. After a total of 20 more minutes or so of waiting I texted my bf for an update. About 8 minutes later he finally came back to the car with our food. We waited basically an hour for this. Everything we ordered was in there but the wait was not it. It probably comes down to low staffing, the fact that it was a Sunday and raining. In terms of the food the wings here are incredibly salty maybe it's just the boneless that are that way? The sauce on my wings wasn't tossed to properly coat each wing. The most disappointing part of all this were the rolls. I had been most looking forward to those and craving them but when I took them out of the bag they even LOOKED cold I didn't even have to touch or eat them. Once I picked one up I was immediately upset they were just as I suspected: cold, hard and difficult to eat. One roll had a huge center missing. Just a mess. Even when I attempted to reheat them at home they remained a bad texture compared to the other times I'd eaten them in the past. Idk if they were some rolls that had been sitting there for a while or whatever happened. Either way an employee had to have looked at those rolls and placed them in my bag without a second thought. If I had personally looked in the bag that contained the rolls instead of relying on my bf's quick check, I would've seen how bad they were and went back in for fresh ones. I'll definitely be reaching out to the store or even the franchise owner if necessary because this is ridiculous. This food from this location is straight up trash!!! I can't say enough about how truly disgusting my food was on the night of November 19, 2023. All of my wings were severely overcooked! Totally dry to a point where they were crispy like kettle cooked chips, dry and chewy. We could barely bite them. When we did get into them, the only flavor was old. They did not taste fresh at all. It truly made me wonder if the chicken was real. I've never had wings this bad. Are they gmo chickens?? I live too far away to take them back, but it was truly a waste of money. Well tonight I finally decided to go so i ordered some thighs and corn. Let's start with the thighs, if indeed that's what they truly are were were dry and except for less then a handful 90% of both orders were about the size of a piece of popcorn. And let's not forget the corn, to take 1 regular piece of corn, cut it into 5 pieces and then charge 4 bucks for it. Well at least I learned my lesson and won't ever make that mistake again. My main disappointment was with service, although nice, the manager/supervisor was telling the cashiers to "...like just don't answer the phone, like at all" because they were behind. As such, while waiting, the phone was just ringing and ringing and there were 3 cashiers mainly just standing around ‍. Service was a bit chaotic and you have to sort of hang out outside the front door for your to go order and hope you can hear them when they call your order out. I love Wingstop. I always hit up Wingstop when I'm close by. But this location is trash. If you want plain unseasoned wings than this could be your spot if they get your order right. I've ordered several times and given them more than enough chances to correct their mistakes, but it is the same every time. This is not a good representation of Wingstop. Normally Wingstop is amazing. This Wingstop is horrible. There's never enough rub on the Louisiana rub style wings. When I ask for more rub they overdo it. I've never once had an issue like this at any other wingstop. Not sure if it's a bunch of kids working there that just don't care or what. I've only ever ordered takeout. I really really hope they redo this location and get some trained workers in there because it would be flooded with business if they did. The front of house/handoff service is literally some of the absolute laziest I've ever seen in my life. Ordered to go, and while waiting for my food I saw four different people waiting for food that was ready and sitting on a rack, but the people working the front wouldn't call out a name or interact with any customers. One customer who was literally the only person dining in, brought back their fries because they were undercooked and asked if they could be re-fried. The worker said he'd just fry up some new ones and as soon as the customer turned away, he just dumped some fries into a new basket and let them sit there. A few minutes later, he put them in a clamshell to-go box and slid them out on the counter and mumbled "hey... guy... your fries. Hey guy. Your fries." Now... keep in mind there's LITTERALLLYYY only one single table in the whole place that has people dining at it. It's 50 feet away and around a corner out of view or ear shot. And all that customer got is a mumbled "hey guy" and fries that sat steaming (if they were even that hot) for at LEAST five minutes. I eventually offered to serve the customer his fries myself (HARD with the passive aggressive if I'm being honest) and he begrudgingly said "nooo... I'll do it...". He finally served his now cold fries and huffed the whole time like it was the customer's fault. I don't know why this irritates me so much, but good lord... not even the bare minimum of customer service. Wings were good. Fries were way undercooked. I lucked out in ordering them drowned in Buffalo sauce. Tldr: Food is fine. You may have to be especially proactive about actually getting your food before it cools. Even if you're literally the only person eating there. You may also just end up in a passive aggressive fugue state and use Yelp to piece things together and get some catharsis. read more
