Been dying to go to a Wingstop for months, finally did it, and it was worth the wait! We split a 10-piece lemon pepper w/ blue cheese and a 10-piece garlic parm w/ blue cheese, cajun corn and fries. The only two complaints I have is that I ordered a side of ranch in addition to the blue cheese, because I've heard amazing things about their ranch, but didn't get it. I also ordered voodoo fries and got regular fries. Staff were very friendly, just could be a little more attentive to the order details. Corn was great. Crispy edges, good amount of pieces, buttery and seasoned well. The fries were excellent. Handcut, crispy, really good amount, and had parm cheese on them. (Though I really wanted to try the voodoo ones!) I'm super picky when it comes to wings, and these were perfect. Hot, not too big, but not too small, crispy, I could go on and on. The lemon pepper were my favorite. I did like the garlic parm, but I do wish there was a bit more garlic. They look a bit dry at first, but the buttery sauce is on the bottom if the basket, just gotta toss em a bit! They also have one of those "create your own flavor" soda machines which give you more than the average amount of flavors! For two ten piece wings (one with a combo), cajun corn and an extra diet coke, the total was $38. Their wings are cheaper than the average and better than most. If I didn't order online already, I would have walked out. This doesn't look like a place where you should eat based off the following. The restaurant looked dirty. There were 3 unfriendly employees, one who was on their phone. All looked like they didn't want to be there. I stood at the counter making eye contact while no one said anything so I said I have a pick up order. It's a Saturday afternoon and it was not busy. Yesterday, i placed an order on their app for carry out at noon. I got there on time with only one other person waiting. I stood at the cash register for 10 minutes while no one spoke to me but saw me standing there. When I asked if someone one going to wait on my order the lady came up looked for my order and said they didn't have it, and walked away. I stood there another 10 minutes before I asked again if someone was going to see why they didn't have my order and that I wasn't leaving as I paid for it thru the app. The manager Keemie, standing there making orders the whole time came over and said he gave it to someone else and walked away. I waited for another 5 minutes and asked are you making it? The manager said give him a few. After another 15 minutes I was given my order with no I'm sorry or anything. The entire time they stood there making orders, seeing me waiting and said barely acknowledged me. The staff are rude and clearly dislike their job. This isn't the first time I've experienced their rudeness. They are more occupied with getting the DoorDash orders out the door than anything. The food is good but the staff have been unfriendly and slow three other times. Save yourself the headache and order from another Wingstop or order through a delivery app. I gave a 2 star because the order was right, the chicken was decent, the fried were soggy, and the soda machine had no ice. read more

As of today, Aug 11, 2025, I went to Wingstop at 1703 E Commercial Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334. I'm an app driver. I got the order request 10 minutes before I arrived to the store, since I was dropping a previous delivery. I asked the employees why I've been waiting approx 20 minutes for the order and in an nasty attitude, screaming at me, the store manager approached to me asking me that if I didn't want to wait just cancel the order. My cancellation rate would increase if I do. She said her name was NICOLE. I would appreciate if corporate would talk to her and 2 other employees that in the same way treated me. There is no reason to treat customers and drivers in a very bad maner. I hope you proceed with this complaint. it's not fair! read more

My lips are so chapped!!! We ordered pickup and swooped in to grab our order, that process was smooth and easy. We were in and out. The sad part is that the food was covered in salt. This is our second time here and the first time I thought it was a little salty but this time, it's even worse. We ordered 15 wings; Lemon Garlic and Louisiana Rub and an order of Fries. The Lemon Garlic was intolerable, I shoved the first Lemon Garlic wing into the ranch dip and I wiped the second Lemon Garlic wing down, that didn't help. I tried a Louisiana Rub wing and that was over salted too. Moving on, the fries were soggy and salty and I swear my lips started to burn at that point. We couldn't finish our food, this was a truly rough meal to get through. Bright side; ranch dressing and soda were fine. I don't think we'll be back, but there's a great Wing Stop near our Walmart, if we get the itch, we'll take the ride to that one. read more

I work at the Hospital and we order very often. The 5/24 order placed was Mix & Match 7x Spicy Korean Q (Boneless) 8x Lemon Pepper (Classic). I contacted the store (the online receipt states "Need to Change or Cancel Your Order? Please call your local restaurant" which I did). I asked for LIGHT korean sauce (the last 3 or 4 orders they are drowning and there was no way to specify online). The employee asked "the boneless ones?" I confirmed yes. When the order arrived, I received NO boneless - all original bone in- and so much over excess of sauce it was unreal. I then advised her I had also forgotten to indicate my suite number on the order.. She stated "well you did it online through Door Dash so.." I advised her I ordered it on WINGSTOP.COM and she clarified the delivery service was Door Dash and while she could write it on the bag and let the driver know, if he doesn't deliver it, there's nothing they can do. The driver was clearly frazzled when he arrived (EXTREMELY SWEET MAN, VERY KIND)- but stated no one advised him of the suite number and it was definitely not written anywhere on the bag. While this may not have been a requirement on her part, it is a customer courtesy. read more

So, why when I walked you was I asked are you picking up or placing?!?!? I hate wingstop I really do, the only one that does right is the one in margate. Everybody can have a bad day. I love their wings! We order frequently. Most of the time, I will drive over and pick them up. For me, the service has always been prompt and accurate. When I pick them up, the wings are hot and delicious. Sometimes, though, I will order delivery through their app (collaboration with DoorDash. I've never really had a problem with it--usually it arrives pretty quick and the delivery fees are pretty reasonable compared to other places. However, last night, I was waiting for an order. They texted me when the order left and said it would be delivered in about 1/2 hr. After about 45 mins, I called the "Dasher." At this point, the estimated delivery time was well over an hour after the order left the store. The dasher seems non-plussed and basically told me I could cancel my order. I told him not to cancel my order--but, about 5 mins later, I received notification that my order was cancelled. Oh well, we got Chil-fil-A--which is right by me. So why would I still give 5 stars? They refunded my money, the wings ARE really good, and it really was their delivery partners fault--not theirs. So, lesson learned, now I'll just go there to pick it up. read more

But was disappointed a few weeks ago we ordered online and that was great and convenient, upon arrival we had to wait 20 min for our food which was a tolerable of over 45 min , when we got home the wings had no flavor the fries were so soggy and undercooked. We called to speak to the manager and she said would call us back and never did ! Last night we decided to give it another chance , we ordered online and went to pick up when the time said it was gonna be ready again we waited for a long period of time , even the costumers before us were asking for a refund because of the wait time We finally got our food and the same issue. This Wing Stop used to be great and I even gave them a 5 star review. Online confirmation says my order will be ready in 16-21 minutes and it always was for a year. Now it's never ready and after 30-40 minutes they haven't even started making it despite my confirmation still saying 16-21 minutes. The last 3 times: 1. I was finally given my correct order after waiting much longer than I was told, but they charged me for someone else's order. I walked back in 2 minutes later after I saw the receipt. The lady said she charged me for a combo which was less than what I ordered because she "couldn't find my order in the computer ". I showed my online confirmation which was $3 less than I was charged. They couldn't figure out how to refund the $3 in a timely manner, so I left without it. 2. I showed up 30 minutes after placing my order. After 50 minutes I still had no food. I asked them to cancel the order because I had groceries in the car. I had already paid, so they finally just made my food, but the quality was bad. They gave me a bag with sauce leaking everywhere and the wings were dried out. 3. I showed up more than 30 minutes after placing my order and stood in line to pay. The employees were busy arguing about giving someone else the wrong food and ignoring the customers. A cashier finally came to the front, but she ignored the fact I was standing in line and proceeded to help people who were walking in the door. She then said she didn't see me. This place is on point! I never leave reviews.. but this team definitely deserves a good word. From the moment we walked in warm greetings from Crystal- who has a great and positive attitude... Which these days is much appreciated. I ordered the special of 25 boneless wings.. lemon pepper fries.. and veggie sticks. I ate in the restaurant so my food came out hot, fresh & well done just how I ordered it. Food was cooked and served by the manager.. my wings were huge & delicious! The second shift of staff came in while we were eating.. didn't hesitate to give us a warm hello and ask us how our food was. Honestly great team delicious food. I will definitely be back:) And for all these people giving bad reviews for being lazy and ordering service to ur home. Second time in a couple months at this location. Food is fine, but the children that work in the prepping area need to focus better. Last time, I was waiting for my order and when they finally brought it to the counter, the child kept calling out a name, but it wasn't mine. She looked at me like "Don't you know your name?" Finally one at the counter helped the other to comprehend how to read the ticket. This time I ordered online again, got there a few minutes early, paid and then waited. They were busy, so I didn't mind. But then others who ordered after me (walk-ins) got their food first. The person at the counter noticed, asked and told me they hasn't put the H on the ticket (whatever that means) and that it was being prepped now. The food was right, except no dipping sauce. Horrible service!! The store was an entire mess and the cashier was incredibly rude. Any little question that you would ask, she would immediately scream back at you and say To give her a moment! Very rudely in the worst tone possible. I placed an online order and it took me an entire hour to receive it. I noticed Uber Eats drivers also got treated horribly.
