My order was ready in 13 minutes as quoted online. The place was clean and inviting with plenty of seating available and a coca cola freestyle machine which I love for customized sodas. Service was standard and sufficient with the employee handing me my takeout bag without any issues. I got an order of 15 classic style, selecting 8 garlic parmesan and 7 mild buffalo wings. And a couple sides of ranch, which are quite large in size, not those itsy bitsy 2oz cups other places give. The chicken wings were large with a lot of meat on the bone, and nice & juicy. The mild wings were tasty, doused in plenty of buffalo sauce which puddled at the bottom, so I could dip for more flavor. Wingstop is my favorite place for wings (tied with the Bonchon's in Sunnyvale). Food does take a while to prepare so I always order through the mobile app and pick up. If you don't, you're looking at a ~20ish minute wait. The chicken sandwiches are pretty good, but expensive for what they are. It's just chicken and 2 pickles for $5.99, but it comes with a dip as well. Compared to Popeye's $3.99 chicken sandwich, I'd probably go there instead if they had a closer location. I've been coming to this location since 05'; for the most part it has been decent but my more recent experiences have been pretty negative. It does take a while to get your food so I highly recommend calling in ahead of time otherwise you'll be waiting 35 - 40 minutes. The last time my friends and I dined in here, they undercooked the fries even when I ordered them well done. My main gripe with this place is the takeout/delivery orders. They have some serious quality control issues as they are 3 for 3 for messing up my recent orders. First time they gave me the wrong wing flavor. Second time they forgot to include the veggie sticks. Third time they forgot the order of corn. At this point it's obvious that someone is dropping the ball and not checking the orders before they are getting picked up. It's extremely frustrating and annoying how they consistently fck up something so easy. If you are doing a carry out order, CHECK YOUR FOOD before you leave. If you are ordering through Doordash and they mess up your order, file a claim until you are satisfied with the solution. Doordash initially wanted to refund me only $2 for a missing order of 10 corns which is less than what it costs. After watching Good Mythical Morning and saw that they rated Wingstop as one of their top wing places, we had to try it and our luck, we just were nearby one while out for lunch doing errands. In short, the boneless wings were small, juicy and crispy but the sauces we got were both a bit salty and drenched. The location is small with minimal seating, so if you sit in there, expect to smell a bit like oil. Not a bad option for a relatively quick meal. L O C A T I O N Located in the Pacific Commons Shopping area, this Wingstop is situated in the plaza with Gen, Total Wine, DogHaus, and right across from Panda Express. There's plenty of parking but again depending on the timing and day, you may just have to walk a bit to get to where you need to be. There's also a couple of electric car charging stations which say they're free. I N T E R I O R It's a fairly small spot with maybe 10 tables or so. There were a couple of TVs inside playing some sports channel. So it's not like Buffalo Wild Wings where there's like dozens of TVs playing all the different sports and games. M E N U The menu is more complicated than it needs to be. The bf was confused about whether or not there were boneless options or not. I don't understand why they have to separate "Individual Combos" vs. "Group Combos" as they're all in theory combos just some are larger portions. Also I didn't see clearly just individual pieces which is a good tactic as you're now paying a premium as you get fries or veggies and a 20 oz fountain drink that you potentially didn't even need. So after looking at the menu online, I see that you can just buy by the piece, which maybe next time we'll do. You have options to pick from various sauces from atomic to non-spicy hawaiian. You get an option of dip: ranch, blue cheese, or honey mustard. We purchased the Medium sized Individual portion of 8 boneless wings with lemon pepper and hickory smoked bbq sauces and ranch dip. So the lemon pepper came out looking like it was super oily but I guess it's just the sauce itself. You can kind of taste the lemon and pepper but the salt was dominating the chicken that it was unpleasant. No spice at all similar to the hickory smoked bbq. Although it was a 2 flame option, it was disappointing. Next time we'll have to try the spicier options as these two were nice to eat but lacks the tingle we wanted. The boneless chicken also was small but they were like juicy chicken nuggets. The seasoned fries were okay but what was the interesting part was the seasoning contained something sweet and I'm sure that it was granulated sugar. So there were bursts of super salty and sweet bites which was confusing. Thank goodness for the ranch dip because it helped kill some of the saltiness in the food. S E R V I C E There wasn't a line when we came so it was good to have time to decide what to order. After taking our order, the cashier mentioned it would take about 15 minutes or less, it was a little bit more than 15 minutes. The tables weren't cleaned up after groups came in and actually there weren't garbage cans visible or an area to know where to self bus tables. When we left the lines were long, but didn't see anyone cleaning the tables while we were there. Another part that was disturbing concerned the cleanliness of the fountain soda machine. You can see that the towel used to wipe it wasn't clean as you can see where they wiped. Also the forks are next to the ketchup and some of them did have some ketchup splotches.
