There was no food available because although advertising as open no one was there and no-one answered the phone. Not acceptable.

I mean it's so hard to detach the cheese, which is good news. Also, I didn't add spice because I want to try the original first before getting into the spice. Honestly, they should just keep that item in the menu rather than it being limited time if it actually is. I recommend you get it while you can before it's gone from the menu!

Definitely eat at the restaurant if you can because it quickly gets soggy and cold. I always get the 2 slider combo which comes with a side of fries and one of their special sauce. Their sauce is seriously so good and a must with their sliders plus a packet of honey for the sweet and savory combo. I also have tried their loaded buffalo Mac and cheese which comes with a bed of fries and chicken bites on top. Super good but can get quite salty. Overall, definitely an amazing spot for good chicken sliders and fries. I love a good kick so I get their extra hot and sometimes even reaper, which fills my spicy cravings. Only con is that service is inconsistent. Some workers are super nice and friendly while others seem annoyed and bothered. It's also usually really hot inside the store, surprisingly. Luckily the food is worth it to me.

I have never been compelled to leave a review like this, but my experience at this Wingstop…read morelocation was so egregiously bad it deserves a warning to others. Tonight, I attempted to place a simple pickup order. It was 10:30 PM, and the store was clearly still open with lights on and employees inside. Not wanting to go inside in just my t-shirt and boxers, I decided to call it in. What followed was a masterclass in poor customer service. From my car parked directly in front of the store, I called the restaurant. An employee answered, only to repeatedly say "Hello? Hello?" and then hang up. Thinking it was a bad connection, I called back from a second phone number. The exact same thing happened: forced confusion, "Hello? Hello?" and a click. It became blatantly obvious this was intentional. Through the window, I could see they were cleaning and had already shut off fryers. Instead of simply informing customers they were no longer taking orders, they chose to pretend they couldn't hear anyone on the phone and hang up. Frustrated, I finally honked. When that didn't work, I had to reluctantly get out and approach the door in my sleepwear--the very situation I was trying to avoid by calling. The staff inside saw me and ignored me, continuing to clean. The most unprofessional part? After this charade, they left the phone off the hook so no one could call back at all. They decided to stop serving customers well before their posted closing time and chose the most dishonest and rude method possible to enforce it. There is no excuse for this. If you close your kitchen early, put up a sign, or have the basic decency to answer the phone and say, "Sorry, our kitchen is closed." What you don't do is play childish games, hang up on customers, and then disable your phone. Summary: They prioritized closing tasks over customers, lied by feigning phone issues, were incredibly rude, and showed zero respect for the people who pay their wages. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. Horrible, horrible service

The service is direct and to the point: you hand them cash, they head to the kitchen, and moments later, voila, your addictive tray of deliciousness is ready for takeout. That's it. No frills, no fuss. As for the ambiance, this isn't the place for a date night or a sit-down meal. You don't come here to linger or dine in--it's strictly a grab-and-go spot. Also, don't bother calling because they never pick up the phone. But when it comes to the salt and pepper calamari, they absolutely deliver. Crispy, seasoned to perfection, and ridiculously addictive. Just be prepared for cash-only transactions and the irresistible urge to eat it all in your car (but don't leave it in there unless you want your car smelling like a fish market). For a quick and satisfying snack or pulutan, especially to pair with a beer, King Calamari is hard to beat - so 5 stars strictly for the salt and pepper calamari but 3 stars overall if you want to factor in service and ambiance.

Compared to before, they put less per order too. In the past the container would not even close because of how full it is... so the restaurant would put a rubber band to try to hold it together. I still buy it once in a while when it is requested at a gathering, but I no longer buy for myself. The actual calamari is still okay. Although sometimes it would taste like old oil.

Right upon entry, you will notice how quaint this place is and on the right, you see a Tv monitor with microphone stands. They don't only have Korean food on their menu, but Japanese as well! It's a small selection, but you can have both cuisines if you will. There was a large party there so I'd like to think that's why it took some time for our order to be taken, and for drinks to arrive. Everyone who worked here was very sweet and friendly! They move quick too, as that should tell you how busy and popular they can be. Our orders arrived fairly quick considering the amount of tables occupied. We were sooo excited to dig in ...just look at the photos for reference, how can you resist! Portions are huge, and we def had leftovers for just two people. We managed to finish the mushroom soup with a bowl of rice. Our favorite entree was the japchae, very flavorful but not overly salty and the bonchon sides paired well with it. We probably won't order the k chicken again~ it was alright and goes well with the sliced cabbage underneath. We will chop up more cabbage at home since the chicken flavor is a bit more saucy. Before we left, one of the sweet ladies told us to come back next time and stay for karaoke. For the price, I think it's higher than other places but it's worth it. The flavor is obviously special and house made with love. I'm sooo fulll as I write this review right after that lovely meal. I cannot wait to recommend this gem to friends and family :)
