The taste was as expected, juicy wings, good seasoning, and I like getting the lemon pepper sauce on the side too. The mango habenero wings weren't spicy at all (though my bf still ate them). Esteban was a great server! He was prompt, helpful, nice, and had a good attitude. Came on a Tuesday for their bottomless apps and the bogo 50% off wings. What a deal! This review is for primarily for this specific location. I've gone to this BWW on 2 separate locations, and each time was a disappointment. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The first time was on a basketball game day. It was, but despite how empty it was it took forever for someone to take our order. More than half the restaurant was empty and there were at least 3 servers for about 4-5 tables from what I saw, so I honestly don't know what took so long. Also, it was during a normal evening dinner time. We almost had left because it took so long. No one even gave us a menu when we got seated, so we just grabbed ones left on another table. FYI - I wasn't a huge fan of how BWW does the promotion in general. If I recall correctly, you had to order 12 wings with a max of 2 flavors only first and then the subsequent wings were in batches of 6 with one flavor. I wish you could split the wings up a little more, so you could try more flavors. These boneless wings were terrible. I couldn't really finish my first 12 since the sauce coating was more like a thick roux? It's like they purposefully make it thick and ridiculously salty (instead of thinning out to a normal sauce consistency and salt level) to prevent you from eating more. I had maybe a couple of each flavor, and they were all the same. It was basically inedible in my eyes, and I'm the type of person to like saltier foods. You have to scan a QR code to see the menu and order, but my elderly parents are technology illiterate so they like to get a physical copy of the menu (plus imagery on the menus help them when they order), but the wait staff was not willing to provide one, and gave a lot of attitude. I think there were 3 servers total on the floor, and the restaurant was moderately full, so staffing and management issues are definitely a problem. Granted, I was in a party of 6, but other tables around us also had issues with the wait as well; some had just gotten up and left. We THEN noticed on the receipt of the time stamp of our order being punched in, AND it was placed 30 minutes after we ordered. Here's the time line of food: Order made Drinks come out but no straws, utensils, or a cup of ice 30 minutes later - burger comes out I cancel queso bc it was taking too long Still no straw, no cup of ice, or utensils 10 minutes later - queso chips comes out 30 minutes later - wings come out Boneless wings were forgotten and we had to ask about it. Concluded to never being made. KJ compt out queso and boneless wings after I asked her to just cancel them. When she brought the food out since it was made I asked her to put it back on the ticket. This location seems to have missed everything in broad daylight. Walking through the door, you'll find a spacious dining area with a bar. However, it looks pretty dead. Should have been a red flag from the start. No staff to greet or seat you. You seat yourself and scan the table designated QR code to order your meal. Before it takes you to the menu, the system automatically request for your credit card information and security code. You cannot view the web menu without entering your personal info. Seems like you pay for the selected meal as you complete the order, before it is submitted and prepared. I guess I won't be eatting if I planned to pay with cash... The food came out pretty dried. Lack of sauce on the flavored traditional wings. Looks like they made a full batch of regular wings and just squirted a conservative amount of sauce on top. Now the sketchy part. When completing your order, there is no selection for tipping. I don't mind tipping if I'm asked on the receipt. The only thing is that, there is a long wait after you place your order and I am not sure if they are under staff.
