We ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders meal. The tenders were thick and crunchy. They have about 6 different sauces to choose from. The fries were very good. I chose the carrot sticks as my side. That may sound boring but the carrot sticks were really nice and thick slices. The only improvement would be to have a side of extra sauce that we could order so that we would have extra sauce to dip our chicken tender in. There are just a few tables to sit at so it is more of a carry out restaurant than a dine in restaurant. The workers were friendly. Our orders were ready when the app said they would be ready. Wingstop is our new go-to spot for chicken wings. It's not an exaggeration to say that there are not any other spots that offer take-out wings that are this amazing and delicious. We have ordered meals from here several times and every time has been great! Not only is the online ordering seamless but the wait times are short (averaging only about 20 mins) and the prices are reasonable. Not to mention the food - outstanding! They offer a plethora of flavors on both traditional and boneless without the annoying hoops you have to jump through at Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings are then wonderfully paired with fries (that are amazing) and ranch that... while I don't think their claim as the "world's best" is entirely accurate... is very, very tasty. In all but our most recent visit the customer service has been on point as well - no issues. The last time, however, we were missing a large fry (the only one on the order) and we ran into a bit of a problem pointing it out. After returning home and noticing (partially my fault for not checking the bag upon pickup) we called and the woman literally argued with us saying that the fries were in the bag. She then said they had to check the cameras to verify... after a few minutes she came back on the line and said we could come pick up another fry, plus 10 boneless wings (complimentary), because they forgot the fry order... that's A LOT of back and forth for a simple claim of a missing fry haha. Anyway, I think the woman (manager?) was just stressed or having a bad day and I'll chalk it up to that (again, given that this is the first instance of something going south). I'm a big, BIG fan of Wingstop and could not be happier that they opened a location so near to my house. To say I'm looking forward to consuming a metric ton of wings over the near future is not hyperbole (ok, yes, it is...). Absolute worst service ever! Placed an order at 5pm to have delivered at 6:50-7:00. It's 8:10 still waiting on order from DoorDash and they say they are waiting and busy. Ordered 50 bone in wing. Picked 4 great flavors! Parmesan is my absolute favorite! The man that answered the phone was very helpful and nice to me. Along with wings we ordered grilled spicy corn (awesome, need to try) and veggies. All the wings were perfect, and I've had wings from lots of places over the years, wingstop beats them all out of the water! I hope you keep the spicy honey rub on as a regular! The service was not very good. Me and my friend went there to get food. Took at least 1 minute for him to order some food so a good time. Price was not the best and not the worst. We waited at a table for his food to be called. The space was tight and only three tables with 6 chairs at each table and one bench. They had a new soda dispenser so that was good. We saw 3 people who order online get there food before us. So I suggest getting pick up. We had to sit down and wait not 5 minutes, not 10 minutes, but we waited a total of 20 minutes just for my friend to get food. The problem was there was only 3 workers there. They had three doors, one of them had a lock on it ( might of been a fire exit ), the other one was on the side of the building that had a sign saying "not exit" so it was probably another fire exit. But who needs to doors locked and the last door was the entrance into the building. Besides all of that the fries taste pretty good and the garlic chicken tasted not that good. Placed an order on Saturday night went to pick it up and once i got home i was missing both ranches .took a bite of the garlic parm wing and it was raw . Not to say that the buffalo wings werent even tossed in the sauce they just poured the sauce on top of the wings , it literally got all over the place and Called and said the manager was going to call back but never did now is asking for proof as if i had a reason to lie . Bad service by the manager 'Darita', she didn't give me a complete order and did not honor a Val PaK coupon that we had for that order. We received only one ranch sauce for both orders or 10 wings. Also..... She was rude to a co worker during the time I was there waiting to get my incomplete order. She was so rude to him, no reason to be rude. At first I thought the guy who she was rude to was the actual manager there because he was very friendly and attentive, but she seemed to be careless and distracted. Never using this location again. I called to get my refund for my incomplete order and she decided to place me on hold and never answer the phone. Ordered my wings here instead of my usual wingstop over in oakbrook terrace. 20 wings all flats and well done. My wings were perfect and tasted amazing! Will definitely be coming here from now on. Ordered through the app. Got no confirmation email or real time updates on the status of the order. When the food got here, 3/4ths of the meal was incorrect. Got blue cheese instead of ranch, soda instead of tea (I don't even drink soda) and the fries were unseasoned and soggy. Only thing right was the wings. I called the location and talked to 4 different people while being put on hold multiple times in between. The first person said they'd give me a few free wings for next time I come in, which I won't do because I ordered delivery and what they offered to give me wasn't what I ordered. The second person said the same thing. The third person yelled a lot and said they basically can't do anything about it because they're partnered with door dash and they can't fix the order. The last person finally said they can give me a refund and it will take 3 to 5 business days. I said I'll call back if I don't see it by next week. All in all very unhelpful customer service and rude employees. I've worked in food business myself and when something is wrong with an order, you're to fix it the day of, not continuously say there's nothing you can do. I wanted to ask them if any of their employees could bring me my fixed order themselves, but didn't because I just lost hope that they could do anything better for me after being told multiple times there's nothing they can do. After calling them we were informed that our order was sitting there for 45 minutes waiting for door dash to pick it up. For some reason the fries we were given with out order were over cooked and had weird hard things sprinkled on them....it was like the burnt bits at the bottom of the fryer were sprinkled all over the fries instead of seasoning. This was the most excellent Wingstop I have ever gone by. The store was clean and see exceptionally wonderful. I am truly exceptionally energized since they open it in my area. It took me back to the first Wingstop back within the day when it utilized to be so great since the boneless wings I requested were drenched fair how most individuals like their wings right? Saucy! Not dry and scarcely any sauce to where you can't taste any flavor! Anywho the fries were the leading! They were not even burned and flavorless just like the rest. Most Wingstop these days you got to ask for extra sauce or season because they have become stingy with it.
