I don't usually leave reviews, but the people who work at this wing stop from 7 to 9 pm provided some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered pickup through the phone at 6 pm, then came to pick up the food two hours later at 8. When I came in, they told me that I would have to wait 10 minutes. I didn't have a problem, but twenty minutes later, they told me that the order still wasn't ready. Minutes later, a girl in red hair dropped my order. Everybody laughed at it. Ever customer's bag of wings on the floor, then laughs about it. I'm sure she'll laugh about losing her job as well after management realizes how incompetent of a worker she is. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a Wingstop. Placed my order and arrived twenty minutes later as the app requested. The line was out the door. I waited another 45 minutes before finally leaving. No way to request a refund through the app. I felt bad for the staff but they weren't doing anything to really help themselves. The line was about 15 people deep all waiting for their online orders, and they continued to answer the phone and take every phone order that came in. This makes no sense to me when you have a lot of people waiting to get their food. I've now tried calling a few times request a refund, but I imagine my order will eventually make its way to the counter and stay there indefinitely. read more

Why I go back to this store, I still don't know. I am typically very relaxed when complications happen at restaurants since I have been in restaurant management for 6 years at privately owned and franchise restaurants. That being said I understand the difficulties of the industry but to consistently be terrible at customer service or quality there is no excuse. Last time I tried to call in an order a week or so ago I was put on hold for almost 15 minutes. I showed up to the store about 25 minutes later and the order still wasn't ready. I waiting another 10 minutes or so and it was finally ready. I got home and my wings were burnt beneath the sauce and some were extremely hard to bite into. So after almost an hour I got burnt wings that were barely edible. Today I didn't want to wait on hold forever so I decide to walk in and order instead. I walked up to the counter and the employee working did not acknowledge my presence at all. The phone rang and she picked up the phone and proceeded to take their long order without acknowledging me still. (In my experience you should always take care of those present first and foremost and make them feel appreciated after picking up the phone as asking then to hold). I finally got to place my order. I went to go get a few things at home depot while I waited. I got back to the store 25 minutes later and walked up to the pick up area. 3 cashiers behind the counter and not one of them came to see what I was waiting for with my receipt in hand. I moved over and stood behind a customer ordering and waited for them to finish and then told them I'm here for pick up. They had given my order away to some other person. They didn't verify if they were handing off the right order. Instead of instantaneously ordering a refire the cashier was more concerned with who to blame for the mistake. I wait yet another 10 minutes for my order. So after 45 minutes I got my order. The what looked like supervisor said sorry and nothing else. In my experience if someone waited twice as long for food due to OUR screw up I would comp their meal. I was in no way asking for a free meal but just though they would be more appreciative of my patience. When I got home all my fries were the tiny little pieces probably from other batches that they refried and over cooked and the few that were whole were undercooked and cold. The rolls were cold as can be and not warmed at all. If you are truly hungry and want your food in under an hour you might want to go elsewhere. read more

Food was solid nothing to complain about however I did encounter an unpleasant individual by the name of Leslie. To start off Leslie didn't acknowledge me and my friend and skipped straight to the person who was behind us. Despite being ignored her demeanor was unwelcoming and blatantly rude. The entire process she acted as if we were the being bothersome to her and her time I took an additional 15 seconds to pull out my exact change from my purse she took no time to start huffing and puffing and even began to tap the cashier as a form to "rush" me I suppose. I read a few bad reviews while I waited for my food. I'm giving them four starts for the taste and quality of my food. The boneless wings where no different from other locations. We had original hot, Louisiana rub, teriyaki and the Parmesan. The fries were just right with the right amount of seasoning. We did wait 20 minutes for our food, but they were taking out orders as they came in. I also did notice the manager taking care of some complaints over the phone while I waited. read more

Decided to try Wingstop's Lemon chicken sandwich. The bun was stale & old. The chicken has bland taste of lemon. The fries were burnt brown and looked like it's been sitting on the fryer for a long time & then sitting on the warmer waiting for a customer that seldom comes. Mistakes happen, I called and they asked if we were able to come back and I said yes. This place has completed been ran to the ground. Two huge disappointments are how terrible the customer service of these young people they have working here. After a long day in L.A. of conducting business me and my brother were really hungry and decided to go to our favorite spot, Wingstop. We live closer to 3 other wingstop locations but come here because this is the best one...or so we thought. Me and my brother were the only people inside We ordered 2 6pc meals to eat inside nothing crazy we waited around 20 minutes, which seemed a little long for the amount of food we got. At around 11:05 the asian cook called my order up and i realized why it had taken long, He put my order in a bag implying I should leave. I was very furious especially since I was very hungry. Me and my brother left and as soon as I started driving off the asian guy started putting all the chairs on top of the tables, He bagged my order because he wanted to leave early. I have to mention though that charging $1.19 for a container that holds 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing is an absolute rip off. They don't even include 1 ranch per order of wings. My husband and son ordered 10 habanero and 10 something else and each requested a side of ranch. The girl advised there was a charge for the dressing.
