I was most surprised by the amount of beef tendon. In fact, I asked for a side of fish sauce to dip the tendon lol. On my second visit, I built my own phở bowl ($17.48). You get a choice of 3 meats, so I chose wagyu steak, wagyu eye round, and brisket. I thought the meat quality was great. The broth, on the other hand, was having an off night I think. But the reason this place popped up on my radar (been wanting to go since the Santa Ana location) was the Pho Brisket on Rye sandwich. I love me some pho and I love me a good deli style sandwich on rye. Glad to say I'm a big fan of this sandwich. Great flavors and love the dip aspect. The fry add on is very reasonably priced as well. It's a lot of good and I would say it would last almost two meals for a lot of people. This brisket sandwich was so surprisingly delicious, I was speechless! They note on the menu it is their famous sandwich and I DEFINITELY understand why. The brisket is so tender and very ample, but it's not fatty, it's very lean. The pickled veggies add that nice crunch and balances out the flavors of the meat and light mayo. The cilantro and greens are classic Viet additions and greatly appreciated! Add some pickled jalapenos and that bite is just HEAVENLY! 10/10 (note: the beef consume was just ok haha it was nice to have on the side but I didn't like the dip like I normally do with things like birria tacos) THE FRIES! I love these fries! I asked for light seasoning and it was PERFECT. The crisp was perfection (lightly battered) and the inside was still nice and soft. The flavors weren't unique enough for me to justify the hefty price tag. They were generous with the meat, but for nearly $30 after tax/tip, that's a bit too much for me. That request almost never comes out of her mouth, so we had to honor it before she changed her mind. & Broth is tucked inside the Glendora Public Market, easy to find once you're there. Sliced tender ribeye sits over garlic oil phở noodles on a bed of greens and fresh herbs, tossed with a shallot tamarind sauce, topped with crispy garlic, and served with a side of their 24-hour bone broth to sip or pour over. The ribeye was genuinely tender, the tamarind sauce had a nice tangy-sweet kick, and the crispy garlic tied it all together. Added some sriracha for a little more flavor and to give it a kick. Best phở I've ever had? No. But it's a clever modern take and I left very full and very happy, which is exactly what I needed. Understanding Pho in a way that Northern style pho is what started this craze just for the Southern style to be predominately eaten around the states if not the world. I can't speak to the service because I have never stepped foot inside this place and always ordered the food the Pomona but it never disappoints even with the travel. I make sure to add tripe and crispy flank I believe, tendon and meatball. Side of the chili oil Ofcourse, but xtra onion, and basil and all the things except sprouts go in a here. And, with the wings looking right at me I took a bite as I had to see if they were any good. They were spiced and cooked just right - perfect crispy skin, tender meat, and delicious flavor. Seeing how good they were I was excited to try the spring rolls. And, they were so hot, I had to wait a moment and start with the Pho. Important to note that And Broth makes their Pho with fire-roasted bone marrow broth without artificial additives and they use Prime beef. That made me even more excited to try it. Well... it was delicious. Gwen and I both loved it. And, we've been going to Pho restaurants on dates night since college - so we have quite a few to compare it to. The meat was tender and full of flavor. The broth was perfect. The noodles were just right. After adding in our sprouts and a tiny bit of spice and heat (Gwen doesn't like it spicy and since sharing I held back). Only bad decision was not ordering our own bowls. Splitting was enough with apps, but it was so good I would have ate more. Tiny criticism is the plastic spoon. You get a real bowl so I'd love a real spoon. The meat was insanely tender and flavorful, and the fries started off crispy then slowly soaked up all that sauce like they knew what their job was. I love the spicy broth and it hits the spot if you're craving soup. They also have a special pho dip sandwich $17.50 that has 1/2 a pound of tender brisket topped with pickled onions and fresh herbs on toasted rye. Very unique and captures the essence of pho. I had been wanting to try &Broth since I saw they opened in Glendora Public Market, especially for their fusion menu items making traditionally noodle soups into sandwiches with broth dipping. I ordered the BBH sandwich for takeout. The sandwich is put in a bowl container which is super nice so it stays put and the broth is extra wrapped with a small plastic bag. The cut profile of the sandwich is stunning. Layers of beef that are traditionally in BBH like brisket and Vietnamese cold cuts. They add the BBH flavoring paste as a spread which packs the sandwich with flavor, but in certain points can get a little salty. Veggies include pickled onions, cabbage, cilantro and pickles carrots/daikon given on the side. First bite I was so pleasantly surprised! Genius to make this into a dipping sandwich and it really worked. My only critique was that the bread at moments got a little hard to chew off. That outer layer that was a little tough. I was able to finish the whole sandwich and not feel bloated or overly full since it was mainly protein. Overall a win for me! read more

Wow! This place is a hidden gem inside the Glendora Public Market. We ordered the dry pho and garlic shrimp noodles and both were packed with so much flavor! The dry pho was seasoned well and had a great balance with all the vegetables. The garlic noodles were filled with umami - I just wish it had more greens but otherwise was very addictive. And Broth is located inside the Glendora Public Market, a food hall in SGV. To order, you go up to the counter and they will give you a beeper to let you know when your food is ready. My family all got the build your own pho. And Broth has Wagyu beef options which is a game changed in the pho. They have regular pho noodles as well as homemade noodles which are a little thicker than the regular ones. You can even add homemade pickled onions, chili oil, peppers, and more to your pho. Their sandwiches are a take on Vietnamese soups, such as Pho and Bun Bo Hue but make it French dipped. Flavor is all there, you're literally having the soup in sandwich form. It was worth a try! I've been eyeing the pho brisket for a long, long time now and my girlfriend wanted to try this place for her birthday. Say less, girl! Came here for lunch on a weekday and the marketplace was pretty quiet so no line and no wait. Plenty of seats. We got the house pho and pho brisket sandwich, came out to be $45. Yes it's pricey. House pho's broth is very clean! If you're used to the SGV msg broth flavor, this broth ain't for you. The dipping broth that came with the sandwich had the msg in it and it tasted pretty damn good. My only ask next time would be to put LESS cilantro and green onions in the sandwich because it overpowered everything else, especially the meat. Pickled onions was a nice twist though! read more

I ate here today with a friend in the Glendora Public Market. I ordered a build your own Pho with regular rice noodles. I had 3 items I put in here...Wagyu beef, tendons, and brisket. The broth was good and not salty. The noodles were cooked perfectly! The lady at the front counter was so sweet and helpful. They filled my request of no onions or scallions. The pho had great flavor! My friend ordered some plain wings which were really good and crispy. The Teriyaki sauce and the spicy red sauce were good items to dip the wings in. This is a very nice place to eat anywhere in this Public Market. I would order here again!!! read more
