Placed an order today (8 piece, fries, ranch and a roll) at 12:04pm. I didn't get my order until 12:44pm. Not only did I have to wait 40 mins for my order, the food was OVER COOKED!!! I ordered lemon pepper and Cajun, but instead I got lemon pepper and original hot. The fries were too hard to eat, the chicken was way over cooked and my rolls weren't even cooked. The food was uneatable. I didn't realize this until I had got home. I wish I had more time to take it back before work but I had to go. Customer service was good but it doesn't make up for the that I couldn't eat my food. I will be calling to speak to a manager because this is unacceptable. I wish I could give this place 0 stars, because they don't deserve one with that food that they're serving. read more

I can definitely recommend you not going here if a pro football game is on I don't know what was more annoying the five staff members behind the counter screwing around on their phones not paying attention or the other staff member walking around the lobby with his TV remote in his hand giving you commentary on the game the food was disgusting the table was disgusting soda station was disgusting! Bad service! Did a on line order and showed it would be ready in about 45 min, whe I arrived 55 minutes after placing my order they just started putting my order together. Had to wait 15 minutes. Ask the person that gave me my order if everything was in the bag and he said yes. When I got home they forgot my ranch dressing, the fries were soggy and the celery sticks were rotten. Unfortunately, I ordered 10 flat wings and they were not cooked well enough so I contacted the manager William who was so gracious and apologetic. He promised to refund my money and provide another order free of charge. When I finally went to pick up the order he had doubled the order and added enough sides and drinks for a meal for 3 people. I would like to start by saying that I absolutely love the food at Wingstop and I never thought I would be writing a Yelp review until today. However, I'm genuinely surprised at how horrible the customer service at this particular location is. Since the store is a 5 minute drive from my place, I put in a phone order as I planned to enjoy a quiet meal in the comfort of my home so that I can just walk in, pay, pick up and leave since I understand Wingstop, can get quite busy on a weekend night. However, that shouldn't be an excuse for not being able to greet a customer as they walk in. The cashier was already taking an order and I see a lady next to her stare and me and turn around as I walk into the store, only to see the there are a couple more workers preparing the food and even more in the back. I saw at least 6-7 people and not one person was able to say "hi" or "welcome". I wasn't bothered by it but having been working at a restaurant for 4 years, I noticed it. I waited in line for a couple minutes. As my turn approached, I finally receive a greeting from the cashier but she looked like she did not want to be there. An emotionless "Hi, how are you?". Again, this did not bother me since I'm only thinking I'll pay for my food and be on my way out in within a minute or so. The cashier repeats my order, which was a 8 piece classic combo with Original Hot and Lemon Pepper, fries and ranch, just as she did over the phone. I confirm, pay, grab my food and drink a drive back home. I arrive home and start to pull out my order from my bag. I noticed my ranch isn't inside but I was hungry and my meal without ranch wouldn't have been a big deal so I pull out the rest of my food. I notice my fries are ridiculously oily. More than what I'm used to seeing. So much that the paper underneath the fries was drenched, with no dry spots left for the paper to soak up. Lastly, I open the box to find out that my order was wrong. Mild and BBQ. Again, I ordered Original Hot and Lemon Pepper. Initially, this annoyed me since they have repeated my order to me three times, as they should. They said it once as I was ordering on the phone. A second time as they were confirming what I had ordered upon paying for my food. Lastly, they repeated it as they were handing it to me. Anyone would assume they have your order right if they had spit back the order 3 times. This annoyed me but mistakes happen. In fact, the same thing happened to me before but I just let it slide and ate what I got since they've managed to get half of the order right. However, I was craving a spicy kick and a salty flavor to accompany that and did not want to pay over $10 for something that I really didn't feel like eating. So, I drove back. I walked in and again, no greeting. This time, the place was empty. Mind you, I'm starving and I had driven back from my house because my order was wrongly made. It annoyed me but I did not let it get to me. All I really wanted was my food, correctly prepared. I let the the cashier know of my problem. The same cashier that said "Hi, how are you?" like she did not want to be there. She apologized but said it as she turned around, with her back completely turned to me. On top of that, there wasn't any sort of reassurance about how my order will be promptly and correctly prepared this time. You know, things like "We'll have your order ready as soon as possible". As a paying customer, it's nice to know that you're being taken care of. Especially when it's verbal confirmation. Anyhow, She took the food I brought back, hands the receipt I gave her with my order on it to another lady and she just stares at me, like I'm an annoying customer for giving her more work to do. Cool. I'll just sit and wait I guess. I wait for about 10 minutes and notice that the same lady that stared at me is behind the counter, just nodding her head at me like, "here's your food". Not a single word upon calling me over. I only noticed because I happened to be looking towards her direction watching the basketball game that was playing on the TV. I grab the food and tell her thank you nonetheless and I finally hear her speak. "Sorry about that. Have a nice day" she says but her back is turned to me by the time she says "about". You'd think it's over right? Since I did not want to drive back again, I checked my order on one of the tables. While I was doing this, I noticed one of the workers was standing in the middle of the dining area, watching a football game playing on another screen. He is talking to a father that had brought is two daughters for dinner. This worker is discussing the game, using inappropriate language in front of these children who are from what I can tell no older than 5 or 6. I knew right away that the children did not feel comfortable as I saw one of the daughters have a concerned look on her face, staring at her father. Management should reflect on their customer service and reconsider how this place is operating. read more

The BEST Wingstop location by far! I drive the (short) extra distance, just to go to this Wingstop. It's worth it! Their customer service is top notch and the employees are always attentive - even when it's busy. The location is spacious and always spotless. You definitely can't complain about the food; it's always consistent - fresh, piping hot and crispy, just the way wings should be. I love this location and I hope that the team behind the counter there keeps up the great work! From reading all the other reviews, it looks like a lot of other people feel the same way. Always a treat to come here. Converted vegan so I'm pretty choosey when it comes to my meats. I actually thought I would never for the life of me consume "fast food" of this quality, definitely had a really bad image of Wing Stop. Until one crazy night when I had that one Louisiana Rub Classic Wing dipped in their honey mustard by weird chance, and holy holy oh! I have been grubbing here ever since. Even tonight of the Super Bowl when they are so busy that tables have been converted into a holding station for pick up orders, this Wing Stop is the best service I have ever been too. Always good quality always hot and always pretty dang quick. I'm obsessed. Straight up. These fries are to die for. Best flavor for sure Louisiana Rub with honey mustard, original hot, garlic parmigiana, lemon pepper and hey the extreme hot ones are not even unbearable to eat. I ordered online for pick up for the Super Bowl and the food wasn't ready. When I asked how long they said they just put the order in. I pointed out that I had ordered days in advance online and their response was "it's better just to come in or call in." I have to agree with a lot of the other reviews both about the cleanliness of the location and the ridiculous overcharge for extra sauce!! I usually order original hot or bbq wings and they're always on the dry side, the original hot especially! They taste like they were powered with the sauce instead of dipped and its basically an extra dollar for a small side of sauce, no thank you. I'd rather find a location that the wings aren't as dry. This review is mainly directed at the cleanliness of this location. Everything from the door handle to the floors is disgustingly sticky - I wouldn't be surprised if they never wipe down anything in this restaurant. There is no trash can inside (not kidding) and all trash must be handed to the cashier (who also prepares the meals) which is unacceptable and unsanitary. Half eaten food and trash littered at least two of the tables for 30 entire minutes as I waited for my meal - no one had bothered to clean it up, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. You can't blame the customers, as there (again) is no trash can. As I was finally walking out with my meal, unable to stay in this nasty excuse of a restaurant any longer, my sandals stuck to the concrete sidewalk with every step because of the dirty, sticky grime on the floor that seeped into my footwear. I will never return - when I want wings I will go to either another location or try another brand altogether. Shame on you, Wingstop. read more

I used to visit this location all the time but after they couldn't get my order right every single time that I've gone; I decided it wasn't worth the frustration. I drove to another location three miles away versus going to this one that is literally a block away, up until recently. After avoiding this place for over a year , I visited about a month ago. It was a very pleasant experience. The food was hot, fresh and cooked perfectly. I had no complaints. I went back the following week and the service was sub-par and so was the food. My last experience a week ago was unsatisfactory. I ordered my food online at 9:08pm and the website said it would be ready at 9:28, so I arrive and pay by 9:22. I had to ask the cashier for my cup, got my drink, and took a seat. I waited and waited , at 9:40 a cashier comes up to me and asks what was the name on my order. I tell her and she goes to the back. She then returns and says that they will be calling my order next. Within that moment another customer walks in, pays, and leaves within one minute. Then I get my food shortly after and leave at 9:43. I get home to find that my fries were abnormally oily and overcooked as if they were re-heated. They were not fresh so I threw them in the garbage. Next, I discover that they gave me NINE flats and only ONE drum. I contacted corporate about this and they said that they would forward my message to the store's manager because that location is a franchise. It's been a week , and I have yet to from the manager. STOP!! NEVER WILL COME HERE AGAIN! Really horrible customer service. Walked in stood in line for 5 minutes until they acknowledged me standing there. Two cashiers were trying to figure out how they messed up someones order. A white tweeker looking girl and a mexican little man arguing how 2 punch something in the computer. Til they looked @ me and then kept on doing what they were doing. Until the man looked @ me again and and saw my frustration n said oh someone will be with u and said something in Spanish 2 another chunky girl in the back. She then proceeded 2 ask me how can she help me. I told her I had an online order she said ok let me check went 2 the guy that was cooking with alot of acne on his face- I hope none of that on his face goes on the food ugh. Then he said that they were out of one of the wing flavors I ordered. I said wish you guys would have called me then the white tweeker girl says with an attitude they don't show ur phone number online. I said well they ask 4 it she then rolled her eyes.
