I decided to try the Torrance Buffalo Wild Wings on a Saturday around 1:30 p.m. There was only about a 2-minute wait to be seated, which was great for a weekend. The food had really good flavor, and I was happy that the wings weren't overcooked. They weren't extra crispy or hard to bite into like they sometimes can be. I usually go to the Carson location, but after this visit, I definitely prefer the Torrance location. The food quality was better, and the service was much better too. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took a while to pay the bill. Other than that, everything was a good experience. I'm including a picture of my receipt so others can see the prices. I also recommend signing up for the Buffalo Wild Wings loyalty program--the points add up over time, and you can earn free food, which is a nice bonus. I recently ordered bone-in wings. When my tray arrived, there were no celery or carrots. I asked the server, and she explained they'd noticed many customers ate the wings but left the veggies untouched. To cut down on food waste, this store now serves the celery and carrots only upon request. I asked whether this was something initiated by this franchise location or a system wide practice, but she wasn't sure. I emailed corporate to find out, but they didn't respond. Reducing food waste seems like a valid reason, but I can't help thinking it's actually more about saving money. And serving wings without the vegetables degrades the presentation. I'm not sure how long this has been going on, but I wanted to share my experience. read more

This is the second time I have dealt with awful service there. The supervisors are the worst. The one I dealt with this time was named Charles but I think that's a lie because when I spoke to a supervisor the next day about the situation he at first didn't know who Charles was. The day I placed my order on line it gave me two of the same items, so I called to have one of the items removed befor they started making it. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold. The supervisor who came to the phone answered by saying, "Yeah, What do you want?!" I asked him did he really just say that? He responded with, "Yeah and what do you want?!" I asked him for his name. He became silent and I asked him again. He told me he wasn't giving it to me until I told him what I wanted. I asked him if he knew how unprofessional he was being. I informed him that when he answered the phone he should have given his name and title immediately, and that I shouldn't have to ask him for it. I let him know my name and told him what the issue was with the order I placed on line. Due to his rudeness I became more and more frustrated and was full on yelling at which point he told I was going to give him respect. At no point was he ever respectful, he lied about his name, and he lied about the refund procedures. I had to go to the restaurant to put a request in for my refund. When I requested his presence he made me stand at the counter for over 15 minutes before he came out to help him. I politely gave him the information to process my refund, and said no more than I had to, to him. I found out the corporation that ownes Buffalo Wild Wings and I left them many messages requesting a call back. No one ever answered the phone or called me back. The restaurant called me the next day to discuss my refund and I asked for the district managers name but I was told that they would handle it. I never received a call and that person who called me probably was the supervisor's friend and was just lying to get information out of me to see if I was going to report it. The Torrance Buffalo Wild Wings has some shady supervisors there. I will never return to the Torrance restaurant again. read more

When B-Dubs first entered my life, I was a fantastic--they had great food for a decent price, with a fun atmosphere. Unfortunately, I started noticing the food quality and service declining, as well as rising prices, so I stopped going about two years ago. I'm happy to report that this visit to B-Dubs restored my confidence in the franchise. First of all, ALL of the food my wife and I shared was terrific. The boneless wings, spicy chicken tenders, fries, potato wedges, and even the burger (who knew a burger from BWW could be so good) were delicious. The service from the employee who helped us with our takeout order was courteous and helpful. And the value is insane -- BWWs is currently offering a free burger (with fries) with any $15 purchase in its app; when you combine that with the brand's value deals, you can get a lot of food for a decent price. Well honestly can't be shocked at the abundant 1 star reviews here. Walked in multiple times and got ignored. Had to walk right out because nobody seems to care what I wanted. The same exact experience on EVERY visit. The only time I was ever seated was when a bartender finally cared to look up and said someone will be right with you. Ordered all you can eat boneless wings and a total scam! All deep frozen and microwaved nuggets and just lightly rolled in their signature sauces. All inedible and rock hard to the core. We attempted to have dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday evening. Upon arriving, there was a sign at the entrance instructing guests to wait to be seated. We did exactly that and waited for approximately 20 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging our presence. It was obvious the restaurant was short-staffed, and we completely understand that Friday evenings can be busy. We were prepared to wait and were patient. However, what was disappointing was the complete lack of communication. There were several open tables, the bar area was nearby, and multiple employees walked past us, yet no one offered a simple greeting, an estimated wait time, or even a quick "We'll be with you shortly." After 20 minutes, with several other customers waiting behind us, we decided to leave. Our decision wasn't because of the wait itself--it was because we felt completely ignored. A brief acknowledgment goes a long way and shows customers that their time is valued. I don't necessarily blame the staff. From what I observed, they appeared overwhelmed and understaffed. This seems more like a management issue than an employee issue. When a business is operating with too few team members and no clear customer service standards, both employees and customers suffer. I genuinely hope this location receives the staffing, support, and leadership it needs. The employees looked like they were doing their best to keep up, but the overall experience reflected a lack of management presence and customer care. Buffalo Wild Wings, please do better. Stopped in here to watch the hockey game one while my wife went shopping next-door sat down at the bar and had a beer they put on the hockey game for me. Had a really good beer. They got a lot of beers to choose from the bartender was super nice. The place was very clean lots of tables. The service from Yajaira and Chevanne Is amazing. These ladies smile all the time and take care of us with fast great attitude and attentiveness. They used to serve us at the location at the del amo Mall. I only go to the new location because of them. Because I'm closer to the Carson location. But they give great service. But this pass visit I was a little bother by the manager interrupting the service by taking Yaya to the back and now Chevanne was by herself so it was hard to get service, but she still did an amazing job. I love BWW but this particular location has dropped the ball too many times. Doesn't matter if you order online/take out or dine-in: the food lacks freshness and the service is even worse. Today was the final straw for me to leave a negative review. I placed an online order for pick up and put it under my husband's name. It's my account and my email but the order was paid with his card. When we arrived the guy at the take out counter gave my husband a hard time to pick up the order saying he needs to show the email for the confirmation number. There is no confirmation number on the email & my husbands name is clearly marked on the receipt / order. My husband even showed the guy his card/ID. That was strike one for today. When my husband came back to the car I noticed we were missing the ranch. He went back inside to get it and the same guy refused to give ranch and stated we needed to bring back the entire order to "prove" ranch wasn't provided. Like wtf who lies about not getting ranch? He only gave my husband two when we ordered four. Strike two. At this point my hangry a** wasn't having it. I went down and asked for the remaining two ranch that I ordered. We are a family of four and ordered 30 wings with carrots; wth are we going to do with only two ranch? Share? The guy almost gave me a hard time but I'm sure he could already see how livid I was. I purposely tipped over 20% because this wasn't the first time I had a bad pick up order experience. I wanted to make sure the order was complete & they STILL dropped the ball. I asked for the guys name because he had no name tag-- he seriously told me he doesn't have a name. So I went to the bartender and asked her for his name (I can't even thank her because she didn't have a name tag either). She told me his name is Sergio and she asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager since apparently I'm not the only customer appalled with Sergio's service. I told her I would just leave a yelp review and she recommended for me to speak to the manager. So then, I said ok. Some guy approached me- no name tag AGAIN- and said he was the manager. I explained the situation and he basically looked at me like I was foolish for complaining about ranch! It's not about the fckn ranch it's about the principle of customer service! And then he goes on to tell me that Sergio only works one day for 2 hours because he's had Multiple complaints against him already. So then WTH are you keeping a terrible employee then? I let the manager know that for all the customers placing a take out order and having to face that level of service upon pick up, it would not be good for business and he basically just shrugs and asks if I wanted more ranch. -_- wasted my time talking to him and lost a loyal customer. I guess I just have to travel farther to get a decent BBW meal/service. Also attached a picture of the worst "chicken wing" I have seen in history. Just sauce and bone with no meat to actually eat. There was a hair in my food and the waitress did nothing about it but remake. She was very unprofessional about it and didn't care.

I very rarely give a review this low and wish I could give ZERO stars. I came with my sister and children for a birthday meal and have regretted it and been mad for about a month. After being seated, we placed soft drink orders and I ordered a kid's meal. I had to place a $1 charge on my card to open a tab even though we weren't ordering alcohol. Since I was using Apple Pay, I had to go over to a hallway as it wasn't even conveniently brought to our table. Eventually the waitress came back and we ordered an appetizer and our meals. We were left without being checked on for a long time and eventually another person brought out our meals and appetizer all at once. I explained that before we ordered any of this, we had ordered a kid's meal and it hadn't come out yet. I asked if she could check on it and when I couldn't immediately tell her which item it was because my initial order wasn't chicken nuggets like I thought but more like strips she seemed extremely annoyed. Once I said it was a cheeseburger she informed us it was national cheeseburger day and the kitchen was backed up. Since my toddler was increasingly upset with it food, I asked if we could get the fries first if the entire meal wasn't available. She said no and I asked again if she could check on the order and it was again no so I asked to speak to a manager. She said yes, but then after walking into the kitchen area immediately returned and slammed the plate in front of my two year old. As one can imagine, the experience didn't improve from here. We still weren't checked on and had to flag our waitress down to ask for refills which also took a while. Then I was asked if I wanted the card charged without offering the bill for review so I declined and had to wait even longer for the check and then again to pay and sign the check. Had we been informed about the special for national cheeseburger day we may have changed our order whether that would have been to get another burger OR to avoid ordering it since the kitchen was backed up. Why would I order ahead for my 2 year old to have it not arrive first. Also when ordering an appetizer one usually expects it to arrive first. I do understand it was crowded for Thursday night football and there was a special but it took waaaay too long for mediocre food, multiple rude staff members, and not to mention the price isn't that reasonable. I'm extremely surprised to see it frequently busy and understand why they need to pre-authorize cards because I imagine people who are ignored for long periods would be inclined to walk out. 0/10 recommend. read more

When I go to eat wings I normally go around 11:30am. Before the major rush of the sports watchers. Every single time I have come in (even later in the day) I have received great service. We have our order the same every time, 20 bone in wings extra crispy, 10 lemon pepper dry, 5 mango habanero and 5 orange chicken. We always request blue cheese dressing and celery and carrots. Last visit we had cheese curds instead of the lemon pepper fries. The place is nice and lit well with lighting. The seats for the booth are very comfortable and not sunken in. There is plenty of parking, and lots of space to walk between tables. They also have a separate side for take out orders to be picked up. As well if you order online for pick up they have some great deals. This new location is a major step up from the old Del Amo location, I had refused to go to that one and can see why it closed. I'm all for this new spot on Crenshaw and PCH. My favorite part of the place is they serve Pepsi, not coke. I'm a die hard Pepsi drinker. read more

I was quite surprised with this location at how yummy it was. I hadn't had Buffalo wild wings, and some time. However, we decided to have lunch here because we try to stay away from seed oils and they use beef tallow so it's perfect. The service was a little slow. There seemed to be only two servers, but our server was also working the bar so it was not her fault. They had her in two places at one time it was definitely a vibe for a Friday afternoon. They had some nice jams playing. The food was actually delicious. I didn't get a chance to snap any photos. I opted in for the ultimate sampler and that was a great choice. I did onion rings, sliders, mozzarella sticks, and wings and like I said, everything was delicious and the mister ordered a bacon burger, which was delicious as well and we got the little one just plain wings with fries. I can't wait to go back without the little one and have a couple bruise and enjoy a happy hour. read more

Very upset with the service today, we usually have a decent server, right off the bat sitting down our server Arlene did not seem like she wanted to help. We had someone else that seems like they worked in the back bring our food and drinks he also seemed annoyed that he had to help us. Sat us down at a dirty tablet. Joaquin who was great and checked on us while Arlene was on break got our beers and waters out quickly... food was good but again our server did not bring it out so the guy that did didn't know what wings we asked for, he was just as confused as us. My husband and I have visited this location at least five times for lunch, and unfortunately each visit has been worse than the last. The sign at the door says "seat yourself," yet it often takes 10 minutes or more for anyone to even acknowledge that you're there. Drinks take another 5-10 minutes to arrive, despite the restaurant never being busy (usually only 3-4 other tables). Once food arrives, no one checks back to see how the meal is or whether we'd like refills. We've also repeatedly had to ask for silverware. On more than one occasion, our order was incorrect, and staff showed little concern--only mentioning that fixing it would take another 20 minutes. We also had to closely review the check to make sure we weren't charged for their mistake. Dirty, empty tables sit uncleared for an hour or more, and overall the atmosphere feels unwelcoming. Every employee appears unhappy to be there, which unfortunately shows in the service. We've given this location multiple chances, but we won't be returning. read more

The only positive thing I can say about this restaurant is the server, Adaly. She was so nice and sweet. First, she told us (party of eight) that she required a credit card on file before we receive our food. Of course, I gave the side eye and asked, "Why? Where is this written? I don't believe you." I know how. The chicken was dry as hell. Remember the scene in National Lampoon Christmas when Clark's mother swirled the turkey in her water? Well, I should have done that and I still wouldn't be happy. The mozzarella sticks were mediocre, my brother in law had the server return the pretzels, and my nephew said his fries were cold. There were other problems with the food but you see my point. I don't fault our server and the location looks pretty nice. I highly recommend you just go for the atmosphere, a cold beer and watch a game on their TV. Trash! Trash! Trash! It's Buffalo Wild Wings: as long as the food is freshly made and served, it's hard to really mess it up. We came for dinner on a Friday, and the place was very empty (no big games were on). Even though it was not busy, we were greeted cheerfully and allowed to sit in a comfortable booth right away. 30 bone-in wings ($48.99) : they were large, had been freshly deep-fried and there was plenty of sauce on each. The cook had done a poor job of separating out the flavors (you are allowed to pick 4 different ones (which we did: Medium, Original, Orange, Garlic))...they all kinda merged together. Plenty of leftovers to bring home. Chips & Dip Trio ($13.49): really loved the hatch queso. the house-made guacamole was old (it was already a bit brown before served). The salsa was mediocre, reminded me of the canned salsa from Red Gold: very tomatoey without much flavor. Next time, will stick with just the queso. Large Fries ($9.69). Shoestring, crispy, and delicious. Small quantity...pretty sure this is the amount I've gotten as regular at other BW3. Great service, our waitress checked on us a lot and everything asked for was brought promptly. The value is lacking though, and if you add alcohol, it would get quite expensive. read more
