This place has always been awful. They take about an hour to make a single order every single time. I've eaten here takeout (as the restaurant is dirty, filthy, you have bums hanging around outside harassing customers), a few times in the past few months just to see if it's bad. I can't do it, it's disgusting, the sandwiches are gross, the wings are greasy. You will have grease dripping through the bottom of the paper bags even. They always tell you it's going to be a 45 minute wait even though it takes 20 minutes. I do see customers leave because of that reason. The employees at Wingstop #413 were abandoned by their coworkers, leaving only two employees on New Year's Eve. The two employees that remained were amazing and stayed focused and calm even though people constantly badgered them about their order. The two employees that remained were extremely profesional even with rude customers. I hope Wingstop someway somehow rewards them for their service, they are not just amazing employees but amazing people. read more

Service is terrible, very rude girls in the front that act like they want to start fights. Management is MIA, food takes forever to come out. Also don't order on DD they tend to just cancel it. This place doesn't practice Covid guidelines as Ive seen other places follow (by choice). The dining room is open and it appears to be open at full capacity, which is ok since Texas is fully open right now. However, staff would clock in and begin working ASAP without using gloves or washing their hands (they go from handling money to packaging food). We waited for our order for about 20 mins and got to see so many awful things with this place. Majority of the staff was wearing their mask properly and about 2 of them had it on their chin/ covering only their mouth. This place was super busy and I understand that some might be vaccinated but the weslaco wingstop is way more cleaner and neater! The dining is room is closed so it's only to go orders. Can't order on phone unless you pay at the same time which eliminates ordering while driving. Service was very slow. They answered the phone a couple of times before taking my in person order. The lady at the register was so busy counting the register, she didn't acknowledge me or take my order. Now I'm waiting 20 to 30 minutes on my food because they couldn't take my phone order. Went in for lunch on a Monday. Ordered a 10 piece combo with bone in wings. When my order came up I got boneless. When i brought it up to them they quickly said they would take care of it. Waited, while watchin the tube and realized it has been a while. Went up and they realized they forgot to redo my order. No worries it was busy and I don't get mad at mistakes. They bring my food over, with a full refund. Manager apologizes and said it was a complete miscommunication and they were sorry. Oh hell no. My daughter is 20 and deaf. She was picking up our lunch order. She had written down the name the online order was under. She first wanted water for her combo drink. Then decided to get a fountain drink (since its paidfor anyway). She signaled that she is deaf. She pointed to the fountain drink she wanted. The lady behind the counter started talking to her. Really? She just told you she is deaf. (Pointed at her ear and shook her head no). Lady made a face, started to complain about her changing her mind, not realizing my kid can read lips. Ither employees came over to the counter trying to figure out what she wanted. The another employee stepped in and got it in order. I have been here with family that introduced me to this establishment and the atmosphere was quite nice and the food was pretty tasty so I had a nice out by myself and decided to go there for dinner. I went to pick up a phone order. Order was ready but they messed up with my order. They had given me double of the veggies and of course was being charged for it. I brought it to the lady's attention (older lady) attention so she pulled out the extras from my order and threw it into the trash can, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. I told her why did she throw it away? She answered, well, we can't re-sell them to anybody else. Told her she should've just given it to me and I would've paid for it if I had known she was gonna throw it away. As I was walking out, I saw an employee sitting at one of the tables and I stopped and asked her if the lady attended to me at register was the manager and she told me "no" that she was the manager.
