I called the store right away to get it resolved and they had me drive all the way back to the store to pick up a new batch of wings. I guess that was okay but if I were the manager I would've offered a refund to my customer for the mistake. When we got home and opened the bag we were both disappointed at how bad the food looked, but decided to give it a try anyway. The taste was awful, it tasted like red cayenne sauce, mixed with horseradish, & a strong mustard which was heavily soaked in, and I couldn't even wash the stuff off, & it stank my hands up. It was (thrown away) money costing almost $23.00 I would never recommend anyone eating this food. The French fries were terrible also. They gave us three containers of some kind of dressings that went directly into the trash also. We threw it into the trash as we wouldn't even feed this to our dog. You have been truthfully informed! I've been to Wingstop many times but this was my first time at this location. I understand this place is new and that there may be bumps in the road but serving completely RAW chicken is unacceptable. This was not a situation where couple of wings might of been slightly under cooked, all 20 pieces we ordered were raw! When I came in to demand a full refund, they first tried telling me to email corporate because they couldn't do it and that it would take 3-5 days to receive it. One of the mangers, Lily, tried saying that it was tendon and not raw. It was laughable, there was no apology, and on top of that she gave me attitude and rolled her eyes at me. I kept insisting on getting my refund and finally they were now somehow able to do it. The customer service was horrible, one of the other managers, Tyrone, was kind and did end up saying sorry but they did not try and makeup for the inconvenience they caused and the fact that we could of gotten super sick biting into raw chicken. Ok, I understand just opening but seriously I went to this location today 7/2/20 around 1400hrs and man this place is way out of control! They had around 10 orders just sitting on shelves, no coordination on who was to do what and the two females working the counter seemed out of sorts. We spent $50+ on orders to have only 1 ranch dipping sauce (we ordered four combos) no bbq sauce for my daughters chicken tenders. One of the orders was supposed to Cajun and it wasn't and my 10 piece combo was supposed to be half classic half boneless and it wasn't! I shouldn't have to open each box to verify that the order is correct, they weren't even marked as to what was inside! We had to open them up to see who's was who's. Fries were lukewarm, the drinks had way too much ice. I should've drove the extra miles to Beaumont! Needless to say it'll be a very long time before I return to this location. This place keep operating this way they'll be out of business before Christmas. It seemed no one wanted to help the front staff, I had to wait for my drinks because again no one seemed to want that job which took one of the two working the registers to do which took away from them taking orders! I was truly looking forward to Wingstop coming to Hemet but my experience was horrible. Please think twice about coming here anytime soon. I get that it's their first week, but their customer service is bad! I placed my order online on "THEIR WEBSITE" and after I place my order, I receive an email saying the wait is 45-50 minutes. Ok, that's fine since I figured they would be busy the first week. About 10 minutes later, I get a text saying my order would be delivered through DoorDash (rolls eyes) if I wanted a DoorDash order, I would have placed my order through DoorDash (nothing against DoorDash, I just assumed the order would be delivered by Wingstop because it was not advertised they are partnered with DoorDash.) Anyways...my order was placed at 3:55pm. By 5pm my husband was asking where the food was. I called Wingstop and the girl states "I remember giving him your order about 20 minutes ago. Since you placed your order through DoorDash, we have no say in what happens to your food once it leaves the restaurant. If it hasn't arrived call back in 20 minutes. I tried to explain to her that my order was not placed with DoorDash, but through the Wingstop website. So my order arrives about 10 minutes later. My husband opens the bag only to discover the food is cold! Not warm, but cold...and the fries were soggy. It's like the food had been sitting for a long time. So I called back and explained how my food arrived, and the next girl I spoke to says "well the food was hot when it left the restaurant, our food is made to order. We can remake your food, but in order to remake the food you need to bring everything back and the wait for new food is about 50 minutes." I could not believe they would try to make me wait another hour for food. By this time it was already 5:30pm, almost two hours since my first order. I took the cold food back and was told by some girl name Antoinette that she had to "request my refund online." Mind you I paid with a debit card. I have filed a report with my bank and will be filing a complaint against them. While I was in the restaurant I noticed several orders just sitting (but my food apparently went out hot...yeah right!) another gentleman kept asking where his order was because it had been an hour and all he was told was "it's not ready yet." After today's experience, I'm not sure I'll be back. So just a heads up. If you've read this far, thank you. I normally never leave reviews but I had to speak on this experience. And no, no manager got on the phone or spoke to me in person.such a sad experience for a restaurant that has the potential to be great for Hemet. read more
