Wing Stop has one of my favorite Lemon Pepper flavors with a delicious ranch dips. The French fries however are ok, they tend to be limp and soft for French fries and tend to have a lot of burned ones. Their rolls are normally just as you expected but every now and again I feel they may serve day old rolls as they are sometime stale. When you eat at the restaurant there is no service. This is one of the largest Wingstop locations I've ever been inside. They easily have some of the biggest televisions (45-50") that I've ever seen in a Wingstop, and they have three of them up around the place. They actually had my food ready on time when I swung by, which is an anomaly considering how I normally have to give other locations an extra 10 minutes. I had to dock them a star on two simple issues-- first, no one seemed like they wanted to be there. The cashier just seemed grumpy and short with everyone. Everyone's allowed to have a bad day at work, but that doesn't give a first-time customer a good impression. Second, the hickory BBQ wings were well-sauced, but the other wings were dry. They have good wings - but they very rarely prepare orders correctly, so just be sure to keep that in mind. We always order to go, and more times than not, our order is wrong. We are smart enough to check it before leaving the store (after a couple of screw ups), so they do resolve the issue, but that just means a longer wait. Most recently, we placed a to-go order on Christmas Eve. They were completely empty when we went to pick up our order. My husband paid for the food and then upon reviewing the food, he realized his order was incorrect. So, they put the new order in with their kitchen and we waited another 10 minutes or so. We did end up going home with the correct order and the item that was prepared incorrectly, but it was still an inconvenience to wait longer than originally promised. As we were leaving the restaurant, there was another customer that placed a to-go order that was walking back inside to complain about their order that was incorrectly prepared as well. I'm not sure if this is also an issue when dining in, but something to keep in mind if you are in a rush. They have pretty good wings (I like the boneless lemon pepper flavor myself) but the sides aren't that great. I usually opt for the fries, but they are on the sweeter side. I grew up in this area and have been to this location multiple times, but this experience made me have to leave a review! Stephanie was an amazing cashier. The line was getting kind of long and the other staff members were so she offered to take clients that at a side computer. I normally don't frequent this location due to the distance from my home. I called my order in. I arrived and waited. Finally got my order and went home to eat. I got all the way home to find out that my whole order was WRONG! I called and spoke with the manager Nancy who I felt had an attitude with me about the situation. I wasn't sure why when this issue was 100% their fault! I explained to her that this location is more than 15 minutes away from my house. I had gotten all the way home only to discover that my order is wrong. Now I have to drive over 15 minutes back there to get the correct order and another 15 minutes back home. This was a complete waste of my time and this could have all been avoided if they would have done their job and checked the order before giving it to me. I let Nancy know how I felt this issue needed to be resolved. I wanted my order replaced with the correct order, I wanted it made fresh and I wanted a refund for the inconvenience. I went back and got the replacement order. The food was not recooked. It was cold and soggy. Keep it mind, this was the same food from the order that I had originally placed which had to have been sitting there for over 30 minutes before I made it back plus the drive time it took me to get back home. So it's been sitting for 45 minutes or longer before I got to eat it. I specifically requested that it be remade for this very reason. I wanted hot fresh food not cold soggy food. So after having come here a couple of times, as well being that its one of my spots for my lunch hour, its time for a review. So the food here never disappoints. This is one of my favorite wing places for a couple of reasons: The convenience, you don't have to sit around and be waited on. You just order your food and sit down while they are freshly cooked for you. The wings are always big and meaty, as opposed to other places that give skimpy ones. And they are also reasonably priced. Can buy a filling meal for under $10. Lastly, who can forget those fries!! Salty, yet sweet, my mouth waters every time. However, what keeps me from giving them 5 stars or 4 even, is their customer service. Nowadays that is very important. Its rare that they warmly greet you with a SINCERE welcoming once you step foot. And some employees if not most, at least the cashiers, give the vibe that they don't care much for their job nor do they want to be there.
