If I could I would put absolutely ZERO stars. The service here is horrible. We called ahead at 10:30 pm to place an order that was supposedly ready in 18 mins. We get there around 11:15 pm and the order isn't ready and not only that it is INCOMPLETE!!! By the time we got home we realized they missed a whole 15 wings .... we hopped back in the car and went back right before 12. They didn't even offer to complete our order ... the employees were on their headphones and doing their "own" thing. Ordered online for pick up last night. Ordered 2-10 pieces boneless wings, first 10 split 5/5 original hot and garlic parm me, with the other 10 split 5/5 smoked BBQ, and garlic parm for her, and got 1 lrg fry, 1 reg potato salad, 1 order of veggie sticks, and 2 ranches as our dipping sauces. Everything was cool, we showed about 25 minutes after the order was placed when we were told it'd be about 15 minutes online when the order was originally placed, but I didn't mind waiting a little longer. What makes me give them 3 stars is what happened when I was paying and when we picked up the food. The lady at the register really didn't seem to care at all to be there and it was very clear, and when she repeated my order to me, she said it really fast and borderline mumbled lol, but it sounded about right so I just went with it and paid. We waited another 10 minutes or so at the pickup area before we got our food given to us, but they had to swap out bags because one order was wrong, then they told us that our fries were holding it up the order being completed. The guy who was now helping us was nice so that was a plus. Once everything was given to me, we went home to enjoy the wings we had been waiting for, only to find that one order was completely wrong. One of the 10 piece boneless came bone in, and one flavor was wrong. We called and let them know what happened and they mentioned they'd take care of us next time, but it was a combination of things that led them to get three stars. My girlfriend and I popped in here one night for takeout. They were super packed (and loud!) because the Rockets games was on (Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals). Even though it was jam packed, we got our order in a timely fashion, the food was great (I had the Hawaiian and Garlic Parmesan, GF had the Lemon Pepper), and the manager was super nice. He was actually shaking hands at the door and greeting a lot of the regulars on a first name basis. Even though we got our food to go and didn't order and drinks, he made it a point to shake our hands and give us a couple of Rockets koozies for the road. Unfortunately the Rockets lost the series, but I will definitely be back. ;o) read more

Yeah they check you out fast, but as far as food? The wait isn't worth it. Drive further to another location and you'll probably have better luck than we did. It was somewhat late Friday evening, my daughter and I were coming from Wal-mart, the store I love to hate, but that is something I will tackle another time. I see Wing Stop, and I was surprised to see they were open til midnight. My daughter passed on eating there(she is the obvious psychic in the family) and says she will take Whataburger instead. I order, number one and number two, for myself and my nephew, a 10 piece and 6 piece. Before I order the guy behind the counter, says it will be a few minutes the person who will take my order is in the bathroom, yes he said bathroom, not restroom. Anyway, me being the paranoid person that I am, thought damn what is she doing in there, it's taking a long time for her to come out of there, and is she going to wash her hands. Okay skip past that, she said it would be 14 minutes(why not 15, who knows). Well, 14 minutes must mean, 35 minutes in Wing NOT land and also everyone that ordered after you will get there orders before you, because that's what happened. Then off to Whataburger, and then home. Now, my nephew is 15, about 6 foot 2, and a healthy young man, me I'd say I was about 5 foot 10, and from the looks I haven't missed many meals. So when I opened up this box of CRAP, I felt like I had been screwed out of my little $15. Apparently Wing Stop has a pigeon coop out back, where they hack up the birds and push them off on the public, because that was the size of the wings. When I tasted this CRAP, it was so damn hard I couldn't bite into it and it was nasty. Believe me the only reason I didn't go back was, they were closed. My daughter enjoyed her food, my nephew, he is a teen and a boy so he ate his, said it was nasty, and went on talking on the phone to his girlfriend, all in one motion. So the only one who was pissed, was me. Wings were ok and was done in a timely manner. Fries were literally the worst. I must have gotten the bottom of the frozen bag but that was clearly not true. I looked at everyone else's and theirs were the same. It was literally the ends of the fries. The worst place to get a side of fries if you want them. Now onto the good stuff ... Service was beyond unprofessional. A worker clearly handed me a tray of food, but clearly wasn't for me. It was for the person behind me, but the tray pointed towards me. I accidentally picked it up and the worker laughed out loud bc it wasn't for me. Why would you hand a person a tray that was meant for the person behind you? Ordered through DoorDash. Took almost an hour to get my food. When I finally got my food, it was cold. Attempted to call to speak to a manager, kept getting put on hold waited almost 10 mins each time I was put on hold. Explained to the manager that I immediately got sick after eating the food, (was a little embarrassed to say diarrhea) and I asked for a refund. The manager asked what was wrong with the food, I explained that the food was cold, but other than getting sick immediately after eating it, it was okay. I actually love Wingstop wings. I've never had any complaint about the food! And honestly, even though the service was subpar I'll still come back just because I like the food that much. Called an order in over the phone and when I came in, I paid and had to wait. No worries because I had just called it in and I know they cook it fresh. But then I waited....and waited....and waited..... no one called my name, no one checked on my order or anything. And when I go to the front my order is just sitting on the rack for who knows how long because the girl at the front can't be bothered to check the orders as they come out. I had paid as soon as I came in so you know I'm waiting for my order. In fact three other ppl that ordered after me got their food first. I eat at this place at least once every other week. This time I ordered just the 8 single wings not the usual meal, which means I didn't get a drink. But asked for a cup for water and the cashier said no we don't have water cups so I said a regular cup is fine and he informed me that I couldn't not have a cup. I asked to speak to the manager and A girl dressed like a guy said "we don't give those cups because people steal drinks." I told her that's fine but I'm asking for free water in a cup and it don't matter what kinda of cup that I'm just thirsty for water and I'm not a thief. She said no! So you telling me if I was taking medication or in medial need for water and not soda or tea that I would not be served water and you're going to make me pay for a cup. I abruptly asked for my $10 back for the order I just made and took my money to Frenchys, where I got water with a smile. I spend at minimum $60 a month at Wingstop and you mean to tell me I can not get water. FYI owner of Wingstop and managers...everybody is not a thief. The majority don't steal and its insulting to customers to be treated like that patronizing in your establishment. I live less that 5 minutes from this location and today was the last straw. I ordered hot lemon pepper wings. I checked my order before I left simply because the last two times my husband forgot and the order was wrong. The hot lemon pepper wings were just hot. Went to this wing stop today 12/29/18 at about 730pm and it was an unusually unpleasant experience. I ordered online and after payment had been accepted it told me my order was not sent to store and to give them a call with the provided number. Before doing so I checked my bank app and sure enough they had taken the money. I called the store 4 or 5 times and after being hung up on (which I later found out was done purposely) and left on hold, I just drove to the location. Once there I waited in line until called on and made sure I had my bank app open. My turn in line comes up. I explain that I ordered on line, checked bank and tried to call. One of the girls says "oh you're the guy who called, she hung the phone up on you." Im like "okay" and show them my bank app where it says I payed. They say they need to go talk to the manager. I say ok. This is where things start to get a little uncomfortable for me. When he tells her the problem she immediately screams "TELL HIM HE DIDN'T PAY!! HE DIDN'T PAY!! HE DIDN'T PAY!! HEED NEED TO PAY!!" Mind you he hasn't shown her my phone. So he comes back asks for my phone to show her the transaction had been approved. She looks at it, walks around and shows my account transactions and balance to every fry cook while she's pointing at it screaming "HE DIDN'T PAY!! HE NEED TO PAY!!" At this point I'm incredibly embarrassed as her screaming had caused people to start quieting down and listening in. She then looks up at me and screamed "YOU DIDNT PAY!!" The cashier comes back and hands me my phone and says "they're going to put your money back in your account" not fully understanding I ask to speak to the manager. He goes to get her she turns and looks right at me and SHE IS HYPED . I mean charging. She comes up and all employees crowd around her like we're about to fight. She says "you didn't pay they put the money back on your card." I say "ok well I didn't see that" she says "open your bank app" and starts yelling at me the system is down. which Noone told me before that point. She scrolls down my list of purchases and shows me where the money was being credited back. Then says "I TOLD YOU, YOU DIDNT PAY!" I say "ok" and say "you don't have to yell and make a fool of me in front of the entire restaurant." She looks at the cashier and says "I don't even know why you called me up here to talk to him" and turns and walks off on me like I'm a bum. Now everyone in the store is looking at me like I'm some wing scammer". Based on the way she was talking to me, I really didn't want to eat anything that she was cooking but also didn't want people seeing me around thinking I'm someone who's trying to get over. So I re-order and wait for it. The whole time thinking how if she'd just come out and talked to me from the beginning with out screaming and explained the situation when the cashier went and got her,it could have all been avoided. It comes out. I accept it and Say thank you and the lady just looks away. Then I get home after all that and I'm a wing short. Hope that's the only thing they did. For sure the most hostile energy I've ever felt coming from a manager at any type of business. I wish I could give zero stars. They are totally unprofessional and I will never return. read more

I ordered online last night from this location the food was horrible and undercooked I threw the food in the trash. I called the location and spoke with a manager about the food she not once apologized but she sounded like she didn't care. Now I work in customer service and that's not how you handle a customer regardless if you care or not. She asked me to drive back up there to bring the wings back so that she can remake it I told her I don't want you to remake it I want my money back. She then stated that she can't give me a refund, she then asked where were the wings are I informed her I threw them in the trash I can't eat it. So with a very nasty attitude she said we are not going to remake it without the order I asked her who was the supervisor she didn't give me a name and told me I could call tomorrow to speak with some else then disconnected the call. I could have gotten very sick eating something like chicken that is undercooked at this point I'm going to the bbb and my local news station and I'm taking this to social media because this is absurd. read more

To start off the wings are good no complains fries and rolls are great. Food wise it's great. But when it comes to staff not so much, every time I order I order over the phone the girls they have in the front taking orders seem to be not in the best attitude. They don't seem to be enjoying what their doing so why even work here if you seem to be miserable. So once they take my order they repeat it to me and yeah over the phone it's correct but everytime we get home since we always order to go the order is wrong! I order as always a 10 piece hot lemon pepper traditional. And the mistake they have made time after time is they give me half lemon pepper and half hot. Which is not what I asked for and explained to them on the phone they always want me to go back but I mean it's not that close for me to just drive back. But in all I just have to stay the staff needs to be a little tidier and take orders correctly would hate to stop going to wingstop just because of the bad staff.
