I'm always a fan of dry rub wings since they usually get less soggy and have much more of a crisp to it. Blue cheese dressing is the way to do with these wings! I am always a fan of the Louisiana rub and the Lemon pepper so that's always my Go-to choice. Only critique with most of the chain restaurants like this is the maintenance and the management. The texture of the chicken was like that of rubber and hard to chew. It almost felt like you were chewing on rubber and you had to bite and tear off the chunks of meat just to get a bite. The rubbery texture can even be shown with me trying to stab the chicken with my fork, but it behaves like uncooked chicken. My girlfriend was complaining about the chicken sandwich until I asked to inspect the chicken and I found out the chicken wasn't cooked properly. A few different points to make here for the review. 1. The wings were really juicy which is fantastic 2. The hottest sauce isn't hot at all and probably on par with the BWW spicy garlic.
