Well, this was the first time that I have visited a Pick Up Stix. My first impressions, were not great as we saw the cook take back our order slip 8 minutes after we had ordered. We then waited about another 15 min to get our food. Now, I am a fan of Thai food, and these Drunken Noodles were lacking a ton of flavor. However, I did taste my friend's Grilled Bourbon Chicken which on the contrary had a ton of flavor. For as slow as this place was and us being the only dine-in customers, our food did take a long time. For as long as it took, we expected a lot of flavor but oh well. Julietta or however you spell that morons name, is not just the worst employee I have ever had the unfortunate privilege to work with, but she is a horrible person as well. I placed a doordash order and they gave the order to the wrong person. I called because the dasher was waiting for around 15 minutes at this point. Julietta picked up the phone and I asked what was going on with the order they gave to the wrong person. She laughed and asked if I still wanted it and if they should make it again. She then played stupid and said she didn't know what happened to the order and went on this tangent about things she doesn't know, I told her to shut up and she laughed again. We had an argument and I said I wanted the food refunded and her behavior is not ok, probably in some much stronger vocabulary. I don't care at this point, she drove me to this point. Didn't help that the guy in front of me ordered multiple dishes do I had to wait for my food. We ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and the Thai Curry Chicken with a pair of spring rolls. Kung Pao Chicken came out a bit vinegary tasting. My Thai Curry Chicken was ok but a lot of peppers and onions and not much chicken breast meat. But even the chicken was tough to eat.
