I ordered a 6-piece bone-in Hot Honey wings meal, and upon opening the container, I found that nearly half of the box was filled with grease. This made the food unappetizing and not up to the quality I have come to expect. When I called the store to report the issue, I was offered only a 15% discount and repeatedly told that I should have brought the order back for a remake. Unfortunately, I was on a 30-minute lunch break, and given that it takes me 15 minutes each way to reach the location, returning was not a realistic option. During the call, I was also told that there was a new employee and that what I was seeing was likely just extra butter mixture. However, what I received was clearly excessive grease, not simply sauce, and it significantly affected the quality of the meal. I later received a call from the manager on duty, whose tone I found unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, they continued to insist that I should have returned to the store, despite my explanation. This response felt dismissive and frustrating. I have visited this location before and have not had issues like this, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. 2nd time that we order and upon delivery We find that several items are missing. Don't bother calling the store, because they don't care, aside from being rude they think they are funny by answering with another business name and laugh as they are doing so. My combos were suppose to be all flats, they gave me all drums w/ the exception of 2 wings and said they're running out of chicken and couldn't fix what I requested due to them closing!? Then our fries were more so undercooked potato wedges, also the combos I ordered should have came with a total of 3 ranches plus 1 additional that I paid separate for yet I received NOT A SINGLE 1 and had an attitude when I brought that to attention. Ordered to go. Sat at the restaurant waiting (some of the tables very dirty) and finally got my food. Got home. My order was short. I ordered a family pack. Check your bags. Now I'm 15 minutes away from them and been sitting on hold for 5 minutes to ask what the resolution is and still waiting...... Immediately met with an attitude and disregard, the front desk girl who was on the phone with her mother more concerned about getting picked up than taking our order. I ordered boneless wings which I repeated 3 times seeing how I guess I was interrupting her phone call. We witnessed 4 orders sitting there while the customers sat and waited for them. Not at any point did anyone call out names for orders. The front desk girl grabbed her food and left. At this point I'm 37 minutes into the situation. After 41 minutes I get my order, 10 Peice bone in wings. At this point I just asked for a refund to which the girl cooking ( extremely rude as well might I add ) hands me a refund ticket for $0 told me to call her manager ! I placed a door dash order online. And unfortunately you aren't able to make modifications ONLINE. I always have to call in for modifications which is not a big deal. But everytime I call and ask for my meal to be WET with extra cheese they say okay and never fix it. Because I'm used The two days I called last night after ordering and specifically asked to speak to a manager the shift leader, Abbie she said her name is stated that yes they would make my order wet of course it did not come that way and it was dry. I wanted to replace the order today. I called and spoke with her again after asking for a manager and she tells me I need to contact DoorDash and put me on hold without saying anything gets back on the phone and tells me to contact DoorDash again but DoorDash has NOTHING to do with the modifications. if this is who y'all have as a shift leader, I feel bad for the rest of the employees the way she talk to me as a customer was very rude and saying she can't do anything about it is absurd! You must definitely can make modifications to my order as Bay Area does it all the time all I asked for what wet and specific drinks. I did not get that!!! She was soooooo rude and I want to speak with an ACTUAL MANAGER!!! Not a rude young shift lead. Because she isn't LEADING anything but attitude. I was really disappointed in this Wingstop today. I go there pretty often to pick lunch up for my husband. I always go at 11:00 so I can get his lunch to him by 11:30. However, today when I walked inside the girl told me she was sorry but they didn't open until 11:30. Which was odd, and I told her I always come in at 11:00. Again, she said sorry but she couldn't take my order until 11:30. I walk outside to call my husband and look at the door... Clear as say it says they open at 11:00am!! I walk back inside and say, Ma'am, your door says you open at 11:00, are you sure you can't take my order? To which she says she will. I did get the order done but if they truly don't open until 11:30 now, they should probably change the hours on the door and keep the doors locked until they ARE open! I did give 3 stars because she did eventually take the order, and like I said, I've been here many times before without any issues. read more

I ordered 30 pcs wings online, went to the store and picked it up. The wings were already placed in a foil tray inside a paper bag. I guess whoever the employee who placed it in did not think that I would be counting my order when I get home. I counted and there were only 25 pcs. This happened more than twice before, but didn't bother to complain or call them because back then my orders were only missing either 2 or 3 pcs. I thought they just miscounted them. This time, I got really pissed since 5 pcs is way too much to miscount. I called the store and talked to the manager Aileen who offered me for a discount for my next order but I have to go back to the store for it. I only requested for a refund for the missing 5pcs but she can not give me a refund for those missing pcs. I don't like giving negative reviews but this has happened more than once. Never again will I go back to this branch. Either someone who is packing the order is stealing them or just does not know how to count. Either way, y'all should treat your customers right. I warn those customers ordering from this branch, either count your order in front of them which is too cumbersome to do since they are already packed or just stay away from this branch to avoid being robbed! read more

I just left this place! Jamie didn't even acknowledge the order I came in for as I'm doing doordash part time. And little receipt was on the bottom by the food didn't even look at it, some kid said " oh we're working on that now" as he picked up the receipt to do the order..and so I told him I'll be back as I was on another order.. for specs right around the corner!! The food here is never ready so I decided to wash my car at the car wash next to wingstop... came back and order still wasn't ready!!! A few dashers came in after me and got their order right away! Not sure what the deal was but they seem to NOT care. I told the customer what happened as I'm saying on here. She called the store and JAMIE "TEAM LEADER" sat there and LIED!! And said I left with out waiting when I came back twice!!! Coward move dude!! As a " team leader" you don't coward out on anyone! And you don't lie but take it as your service sucks! He tried to make me look bad but customer was real cool with me understood my situation as well. This wing stop is horrible. Customer service lacks, food will be wrong 80% of the time, and there is always a wait even when it's not busy. I signed up on the wingstop website and was supposed to get a free large fries. I showed the manager my coupon and she said it's not valid because it isn't from wing stop. BUT, it was. I showed her the whole email and she kept arguing with me saying she can't honor it because it isn't valid. Then she finally said okay I can honor it. 2 minutes later she comes up to me saying "actually it's not printed so i can't give you free fries". My first visit will be my last! I ordered an 8 piece meal which is $9.99. When I got home I only received 6 pieces ($8.59). When I called them they told me that they could give me a 10% discount on my next order or that I could drive back and pick up my 2 wings. That's really ridiculous. If I ordered the same meal I would only get a $1 discount and not make up my loss. It's also ridiculous to think that I would make the drive back on a Sunday to pick up just two wings while the ones in my home get cold. The wings were not seasoned properly and were bland, considering they are garlic Parmesan. Also, the blue cheese dressing tasted off. I will not be returning to this establishment as they obviously don't care for their customers. Offering someone much less than they lost as a "discount" is insulting. I love wingstop, let me clarify, ever other wing stop. This one is awful. Limon pepper wings shouldn't be in the same box as BBQ wings,and dry and over cooked. Well what can you say. It's a wing place. Value wise you can get some good deals with Mon and Tue 50 cent boneless wings and 99 cent draft beer. They have a ton of flavors to choose from and they cook them to order so be prepared to wait or call in your order. I like that the fries are fresh and real but the "seasoned salt"seems to have some sugar in it? To me this is a mainly to go place since there are only a few tables and it is usually pretty dead inside. They have sports on a couple of TVs. The staff here is super friendly and takes great care of you for sure. They are open late so if you have been out and had a few this is a good place to stop into for an alternative to BK or Jack in the box. We picked up some boneless chicken wings to go from this restaurant and they were raw. When I called I was told that is the way they cook them and if I wanted the chicken to be cooked all the way through I had to ask for them "well done". I asked for the manager and was connected to a line supervisor as there was no manager on duty. She confirmed that if we wanted our chicken to be completely cooked we would have to ask for it to be cooked "Well Done". Seriously? I have to ask for chicken to be cooked well-done in order for it to be thoroughly cooked? Wow. I just wanted a quick bite and it turns out they have Cheaper wings on Monday and the lemon pepper were delicious but the award goes to the fries!
