How can you not love Chick-Fil-A? The employees are super friendly, the food is delicious and they offer some yummy healthy alternatives. Plus, hello waffle fries! I'm not even a huge fan of fries, but these I will eat! Plus, try their chicken noodle soup, It has magical properties, I swear! If you have a cold, or feel like you're coming down with one, go have their soup. It will cure you, plus it tastes dang good, sick or not! I've not had anything bad at this place, plus they really are super friendly; a co-worker went here on a busy weekday and when he realized an older couple was looking for a place to sit, he invited them to come sit with him. Not my go to chick fil a but drove through while working in the area. Drive through was super fast and employees were sweet and friendly. Chick-Fil-A. What more can I say about this restaurant. Their chicken nuggets are always delicious and I always look forward to their waffle fries. Sometimes I do wish restaurants would lighten up on putting salt on the foods, but in the end, CFA is pretty consistent with their output. Oh, and I love their commercials. read more

I came here in the middle of the COVID 19, I had a 40' trailer and was unable to go thru the drive thru, I also did not have a credit card so I was in able to down load the app, they are not allowed to take orders walking up in driveway, so the GM Antonio came out and took my order personally. Okay, so for some reason I have become addicted to waffle fries and Polynesian sauce! Besides the point, I was on the phone and dealing with my dog who was ready to jump out of the window when she smelled the chicken and the staff was still very friendly. I know it's rude when you come up to the window on the phone but they just kept smiling, and even kept my dog entertained while I got my things together. So if seven or eight months ago you would have asked me what I thought about this location I would have told you it was horrible. Now that they have new ownership it's fantastic. Not only is the mobile ordering a very simple process now. I don't have to wait for my order that I preordered on my phone. My order is always wrong here and I put it in on my mobile app so everything is on there to look back at if they need to. I didn't receive any straws after being told they were in the bag. The condiments I requested were also not in the bag I order unsweetened tea with sweet n low however that failed to be in the bag. Oh and they stuffed the soup I ordered grilled nuggets a sandwich and macaroni along with all of the condiments in one bag. The bag was so heavy it ended up breaking results in my food being dropped! Dirty, dirty, dirty. My gosh. I regularly go to the one in Clear Lake and apparently I have been spoiled! It was quiet when I was visiting the League City location this morning. All the booths were dirty. All of them. I spent some time trying to find a clean one and couldn't. When I threw out my trash there was ketchup smeared all over the bin where you place your tray, and I had just watched the girl wipe it down. She must have had her eyes closed. The one in Clear Lake can be jam packed with people and you will NEVER see it as messy as this place during it's slow time. I feel this is a very nice place to come to on a regular. I feel they have great customer service and they always make you feel welcomed at this location. I feel the food is half and half on the healthy side. Not really healthy however much better to eat then some other places around here. From what there manu offers it is simple and right to the point. I got the chicken soup today and I feel not alot of places like this even have soup. I feel the quality of the soup is spot on. I mean yes this is a chicken place and yes I think they only have one soup. All I am saying is it is nice to come to a nice joint like this and get some good ol soup that taste great and is not watered down.
