This compares favorably to other similar buffets I've been to in the state, hence my 5-star rating. There is, however, a caveat to this review: my rating is based upon my dining on a Sunday, arriving between 12:00pm and 1:00pm. This is when the "church crowds" begin to arrive. The equation is simple: more people = more demand = food is replaced promptly = better food and happy people. Do I care to visit at other days and times? Not really, I'm satisfied with Sundays.
