For the 2nd time in 2-months this Domino's location screwed up my order for a MeatZZa with two added ingredients (garlic & black olives). They informed me that they moved the kitchen staff to a different location, but apparently the "new" staff still cannot read an order correctly. This gets very old, QUICK! Our incorrect pizza order had absolutely no meats, just cheese and black olives. No ham, no sausage, no beef, and no pepperoni. Wow. read more

Ordered a Dominoes pizza online and everything went well until about 10 minutes later! Got an email that said they canceled my order!!! No reason given but at least provided a phone number. Called and they (the Walmart store) said we were no longer in their delivery area (I live in the Las Colinas subdivision and they've always delivered here before) and they were sending my order to the Sidney Baker store and gave me the number. Called them and Ashley told me she would call the Walmart store and then call me back to get my cc#. Long story short, never called back so I called them and oh...we don't deliver to your subdivision anymore! Never mind that they've delivered here the past 2&1/2 years!!! Anyway, nothing they can do. I ordered for delivery and checked the box for leave by front door. The tracking says that I have the pizza but it is not at my door. I look around and it is around the corner on my porch in a chair. No telling how long it had been there. I tried 4 times to call the store to give them a chance to make it right, but after being hung up on 3 times after long periods of being on hold, and when someone finally answered I was put on hold for over 10 minutes so they could get a supervisor, I decided to leave a review. read more

Something has changed with the crust and it's not a good change. Used to be better but my last 2 orders were not acceptable. 2 for $6.99 that ends up at $30.00 I could barely eat one piece. Placed an online order at 8pm to be delivered 2.3 miles away. I called at 9pm to check on the order, I was told because of only having 1 driver, they just put my $50 order in the oven and will receive at my location at 9:30. 9:30 I get a call from them that my order just came out of the oven and driver is there to deliver it to me. 9:55pm, still no food. I called to tell them to forget it because 1/2 the kids were already asleep. This was beyond ridiculous. read more

I ordered a carry out pizza, spinach feta thin crust. It was delish! Flavor of spinach and feta was excellent. But I was very impressed with the thin crust!! Light and flaky. This is the perfect pizza. And to top it off the carry out service was excellent! read more

Note: This is for the Dominos in Ingram Had a problem with my pizza. First time ever. Somehow from the time I grabbed the box to the time I got home (driving safely and no accidents mind you), the pizza got demolished. I was devastated. This was a joke - This gross young man who looked high as a kite delivered my items I paid him in cash - as he walked away I said hey I'm missing a 2 liter soda and he said ok - I said take it off the bill and he said ok as he was walking away with my cash and didn't give me back the money for the soda. lol!!! My boyfriend and I used order dominoes several times a month and it is NEVER this fresh tasting and great. Our last few experiences have been awful. We live in Houston, and order dominoes from the Galveston or Houston stores regularly, or at least we did. We have stopped because of how bad the Galveston store has gotten. We decided to take a chance and order dominoes while in town on business in Kerville. Great choice. You can absolutely taste the difference because it's honestly fresh for once!! read more

hey, corporate domino's, have i got news for you. i have just moved to kerrville from the edge of the known universe. i had never ordered pizza on line before today. (no domino's in deep space, you know) ya'll made it so easy. nice pictures, good descriptions, clear instructions, and well placed tabs. props to your designer. but here's the best part. when i went to pick up the pie, i was greeted with smiling faces and cheerful attitudes. the order was exact. the food was fresh. everything was precisely as it should be. currently, i am full of delicious pizza and pretty darned happy about it. sigh ....... Not very good pizza. Since Papa Johns was built I never eat here. It's barely better than frozen pizza. Delivery times are average. It's nothing too bad but it's not very good either. Average pizza not worth the price in my opnion. read more

The quality from the Kerrville store was phenomenal!! I do however think that it is ridiculous that you must order parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes and pay for it...this was a free condiment of long times past and with them charging a delivery fee of $3.00 why must we pay for the cheese and pepper?
