Service my 14 year old brother was in there ordering him a pizza and one of the employees called him a creep for no reason

This place is so frustrating. Came in around 5 PM for several Hot n Ready items, they were delayed for 1 item and brought it to me. When I got home I realized no sauce for the bread. I called and my options were to do without or drive back. Negative on both options. I am not sure if I will ever return. read more

False advertisement. It says that they deliver but when I called for a delivery I was told we don't deliver. About the first minute or so of the phone call that I made to place an order was prompted by a prerecorded message heavily pointing me in the direction of getting the application to place an order for delivery. If you are looking for pizza to be delivered go somewhere else. Now before I should continue, I should mention that Little Caesars has me addicted to their Italian Cheese Bread, but the problem I have with most Little Caesars is also the case here. While they get the Cheese Bread absolutely perfect when I first start going there, over time the quality rapidly diminishes. One more than one occasion, I had to give them back the Italian Cheese Bread they handed me because it looked old, hard, and crusty. Not what you want to be eating for your money. I've had to resort to saying, "I would like a fresh Italian Cheese Breed" or pointing at the picture of the Italian Cheese Bread on the menu saying I want my ICB just like the picture. To which they STILL find a way to get it wrong. On one particular day, it was pouring down rain on the day I came. I came here because I was already out an really was craving ICB. I make my order. There was a few people there waiting for food. I waited patiently for my order with my Emotional Support Animal in the car. I got my food and walked through the rain without an umbrella to chow down. The second I opened the box, It was old, crusty and hard... as if it's been sitting out all day when I requested it fresh. I also found SPIT in it. I went in and said in front of everyone "DOES THIS LOOK FRESH TO YOU?!" The person goes back to make a fresh one. No refund. No terribly sorry for that sir. So I wait for another one to be made... I open up the box of the new one, just to see it's just as bad as the first one. I finally said, "You know what? KEEP IT!" I walked out and went to go get some McDonalds. I've never been back since. One one occasion, they actually got my order WRONG. I've reported all of the above to the Manager and nothing has been done about any of it. To summarize, there are plenty of good Pizza places around here. This IS NOT one of them. DO NOT waste your time with this place. Dimmy's giving this place a 1 star out of 5. I'd give it 0 stars if I could, but sadly I cannot. EDIT: I had already given this place a one star review, but chose to keep coming here to order the same thing until I could get a picture of the kind of food they produce for this review. Now, take a look at the first picture. This looks like it's hard and was over cooked. Here's an honest question to the workers... compared to the cheesy goodness in the second picture, would YOU feed this to you family? If the answer is no, don't feed it to the customers who are paying you for a service. You know, the people who keep you in business? The people that give you your paycheck? The reason your families have food? This restaurant is the reason I have to order all my fast food fresh. In this case, this place is the reason I have to request all my Italian Cheese Bread fresh and out of the over... and yet they STILL screw it up! Their food gave me food poisoning at one point. They have changed all staff. I worked in Knoxville for 3 months. Other staff was great. These are nice but not up to par.

If I could give a 0stars I would. I'm from Michigan where Little Caesars came from. I would eat a pizza 2-3 times a week from there . Saturday I went to my local Little Caesars in Tennessee. I wanted the new Four-in-one stix to my horror they didn't have them and the employee just looked at me like I crazy. Sunday I tried calling to talk to a manager to ask why they didn't have the four-in-one. Me:Hello, can I speak to your general manager? Girl: Who's that? Me: I don't know. Do you not know who your manager is? Girl: I'm just trying to figure out who you want to speak to. Me: A manager Girl: Well I'm a manager. She was rude obviously because she didn't even want to say she was a manager. If you don't like your job get a new one. I then called another Little Caesars in my area. Guy: Little Caesars Me: I'm wondering if you can tell if I can get the four-in-one stix. Guy: No, I'm sorry. They're only being made in Nashville. Me: Thank you. I was very impressed with the service that I got I believe it was the manager that had waited on me and I thought that they were really doing a good job made my day a lot easier he was very polite and I believe that he had pride in his work . read more

I've been going here since I moved to the area. Super nice people. They always provide great service and a quality product. I literally visit here several times a month and they are consistent. The managers are really awesome. They go out of their way to show you they care. They also care so much about their customer that they hire exceptional staff. Food is always old, if ready at all. I have waited 10-15 minutes before on things that were supposed to be ready. The staff always seems more interested with flirting with each other than they are taking care of the customer. Someone needs to whip that store into shape. The one across town is so much better when it comes to taking care of the people who go in their building. read more

I went here well over 100 times in the past 3 years. I have seen turn over, in fighting, and poor management. But, what bothers me the most is the inability to cut a pizza correctly. Slicing a pizza is so easy a monkey could do it, yet they cannot. The pizza are not cut all the way through and the slices are always uneven. And if you are picking up for a school pizza party this is a huge inconvenience. Enough was enough. I do have to drive a bit further to a different location who stills fails to cut pizzas but, I see a lot of the same faces and they are friendly. read more

The current manager has a chip on his shoulder and refuses to train his employees properly. The food is sometimes undercooked, the pizzas are never cut all the way through. When you order crazy crust double check cause you pay but then they don't do it. The manager hides in the back when he should be scheduling enough people so he can move around the restaurant and train their new staff. He should make this a priority since they have the worst turn over I've ever seen. read more

You call the pizzas hot and ready that means they should be there ready pizzas should not have to wait for everyone in front of you for their orders to be complete before she handed you your hot and ready's! Totally ridiculous!! She needs to learn customer service a little bit better read more

The staff was extremely friendly and the store was immaculate. The service was quick and the food was hot.
