I recently ordered some bone in chicken wings from this location. They were fried so hard that they reminded me of a rawhide chew toy for a dog. They were completely devoid of moisture and tenderness of any kind. The wings were fossilized by repeated frying and resting. The meat was tough and flavorless. They obviously don't care about the quality and texture of their signature product. Chicken wings are pretty easy to make properly if you care even a little bit about quality. Let's start out with the obvious, you know what you're going to get wing wise when you go to a chain like Wing Stop. The reason this location has such bad reviews is because of it's employee's poor customer service. Specifically the girl with braces and her scrawny friend coworker. While I was there they mocked customers, were extremely rude and unprofessional (shocker I know). The girl with braces who doesn't even know how to work their own order system and has the worst customer service I've seen at this location, probably couldn't even spell customer service if the word was right in front of her. I get it, you're a low paid low skill worker who hates her job, but you don't have to act like that to customers. She gives off those "I'll spit in your food because I can" vibes. I wouldn't trust her or your food here. Their order system was down and they acted like it was my fault for putting the order in. How can you forget the one thing that goes with wings (Ranch dressing) after you made me pay for it? The Hispanic girl working on Sunday (02/25/2023) was more concerned about flirting with the cooks in Spanish (loudly) in the kitchen than serving the customers. There was only one table of three at that depressing, dark & disappointing restaurant. After I called them to inform them of their mistake her solution was: "come back & get it". The wings were barely edible, it goes to show how much pride the owner has of that place.
