Had one of the worst experiences ordering from a wing stop yesterday at 8:30pm (4/20/22), I placed an order online and came in 30 minutes later and got my food and drove home to realize it was the incorrect order. I called and confirmed I needed to bring the food back up there which makes sense, and she assured me that they would begin remaking my food. When I get there 30 minutes later, the counter service is extremely rude and I waited for a total of 45 minutes while I watched them hand out other orders and play on their phones. At the end of the experience, about two hours after I placed the order, they ended up handing me a bag that had been on the shelf since the first time I walked in. The food and wings were cold and soggy, barely edible. And all of this would have been made far less insulting if I had received any sort of apology or at least a hello.
