Came here for lunch on a Saturday and they were not busy at all. My brother and I got the 2 for $25 special and options were limited. The deal comes with an appetizer and an entire, but there are limited choices available. Our waiter was attentive and other waiters even came to check on us. The service was truly great here. We were given our food and appetizers in a timely manner, drinks were refilled accordingly, and they were very nice. Overall, my total was $30, which wasn't too bad. Ate at this location many times, each time the food and service has always been top notch. Great place to take friends and family. Fresh and delicious. Sadly, now I've had to resort to ordering online through Uber eats. It seems like whenever I do, the food is delivered without any flavor. I used to love the Fourc Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper chicken tenders But now, every time I get it, the noodles are bland and tasteless. The chicken Tenders are small, I mean child sized small tenders that little kids get ordered. Haven't tasted anything remotely Honey Pepper on them in a long time. Tenders themselves are rubbery, chewy and crunchy. Makes you question if they were cooked thoroughly. If you plan on ordering this menu item, it's best to be in person so you can throw it back when they make it this horrible. Having it ordered to your home, means I'm now stuck with its tasteless dry noodles and bland chicken tenders. The breadsticks were amazing though. Thank you for not completely ruining the entire plate. Imagine reading the menu, reading how tasteful it sounds. Even the picture on the menu shows big tenders. Yet when it arrives, you're left feeling cheated and disappointed. $20 for the plate, $8 delivery fee, $8 drivers tip. If I could drive up there, I'd throw this back at the chef for making something so trashy. It's pathetic really, this used to be a great plate to order. Ordered a breakfast burger no bun basically a burger with egg and asked for something on the side other than hash browns, I got fries. The floor was dirty but they could have been busy. I could excuse that, however when my wine glass had lipstick on it and my water glass had little black dots in it I was more than a concerned how the burger was even prepared. Bartender was not happy except with her "regulars" we were treated like the step kids. It's outside of Fort Worth so I shouldn't complain about the smoke smell but... I am anyway. Decided to give it another try when my son came to visit, he got in late so there isn't much else open. We walked in at 1:22 am & yes we knew they closed at 2 but our plan was to order food to go. We waited a couple minutes when a unhappy looking lady approached us "three of you?" I said yes and she said we have last call for drinks and food at 1:30, which by this time was 3 mins away. So yes we left, no reason to be where we're clearly not wanted. Sadly this is the second Applebee's I have to put on the DO NOT RETURN list. read more

The waitresses need to listen and write down orders. It was my fault that mayo was put on my sandwich and all I could salvage was the meat, but I did say no croutons in my soup, which is nothing but mush!! With having to throw away all the vegetables and all four pieces of bread, it was not a very filing meal. I told my husband that there was a big chance that I would have still gotten mayo on my sandwich because again, nothing was written down and the croutons proved it. Now I am paying my bill and was charged $2.99 because I asked to substitute the fries for soup. She didn't tell me about not getting the fries and being charged for the soup. NO COMMUNICATION@! Came here mainly for the wonton tacos and that did not disappoint. The meal consisted of Caesar and side salads to start. Those were as expected. The entrées were the Fiesta lime chicken and a half rack rib with mashed potatoes, green beans, broccoli and fries. The food was bland and the service could have been better. We were seated right away however waited around 15 mins to get assistance from our server who was too busy playing with a child at table next to us. This was cute for the first 5 mins but we were hungry. She forgot our drinks due to her entertaining the kid so my husband walked up to the bar to pick them up we also got an earful about her personal life and struggles. This made our night out somewhat uncomfortable and it just seemed unprofessional. The manager was too busy chatting up with a staff member who had ended their shift to check on the customers. I have loved Applebees for years because they have the best wings around. Unfortunately, this location has some issues to sort with their staff. I've been there twice in the last month with very different experiences. The first, I came in alone and had a wonderful server. She was attentive and kind, recommended the best $2.50 Long Island I'd ever had, and was overall fantastic. At that visit, however, another server was seated in the bar not far from me talking very loudly on speaker phone. It was completely obnoxious and I had to put in headphones to drown her out. The last time I came in was a few days later. My family and I came to enjoy dinner after a crazy day. Our server was slow and inattentive, insisted the Long Island I'd had 5 days prior didn't exist, and then charged the kids' meals drinks as adult drinks and insisted that's how they have to do it. (It isn't. We called another location to check.) We wound up paying 1 1/2x what we should have for our food, likely because he was trying to pad his tip by making the bill more. It was totally ridiculous and the manager was no help. I'm not convinced I like the wings enough to return after that experience. read more

Never any complaints about this Applebee's! Their speed of service is usually fantastic and the wait staff is great at spotting you when you come in. I usually order to go when I order here and my food is always hot and fresh when I get home and made in a timely manner. That's why I keep coming back. It's been years since I've been to Applebee's and recently received a gift card so, why not? They allow smoking inside this location, that's why not! The bar is located in the middle of the restaurant. As you can imagine, the stank smell of cigarettes can be enjoyed :-/ throughout the whole restaurant. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! Definitely not family-friendly. Omg, I saw a baby in the restaurant. Why, parents, why did you not walk right back out the door? Service was fair. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waiter was efficient and friendly enough. The food was ok. They don't have their veggie sides listed on the menu. Weird. I ordered my steak medium but it was more medium well. My experience while I was there, (on a Friday night), I would give it 5 stars. Sat at the bar and Sierra wad the bartender. I was surprised that she did not have a bar back to help her during the dinner rush. She did need the help. She kept her cool but you could tell she was overwhelmed. Kept a smile on her face and tried talking and joking with her customers when she could. Sitting next to the bar taps made it easier for ne to ask her for stuff like drink refills and my appetizer. For the space dip and it was awesome like always. I recommend it. While I was there I had 3 talls and a short of Shiner. Good a tap here. Was at the bar for another 3 hours before I decided to leave. Did take home the Trio Fajitas. Because of this food is why I gave three stars. The Trio comes with chicken, shrimp and steak. The steak was horrible. Lots of fat and chewy parts and was cooked rare. The other meays were good. The veggies were barely cooked. Had asked for jalapenos, was on the ticket but didn't recieved them. I was disappointed by the meal I took home. read more

Horrible customer service as soon as we walked in. Will never be back. There is zero common sense in today's world. You do not have to be rude to customers to enforce your stupid mask policy. Especially when the employee trying to force a mask on a person with a medical condition is not wearing a mask in a manner that covers his nose. There are exceptions to this mask mandate and people need to realize that. To stand and have a conversation, then try to force people to wear a mask that your staff is handling with his bare hand .... to walk 2 feet to a table to take the mask off. They held us at door maskless longer than it would take to go to the table. Zero common sense. Yes they can have their own policy..... but not be rude .... and not demand it when they are following it themselves. There is still a thing called "kindness". read more

Boyfriend and I went in last night for drinks and half price appetizers. Sat at our table for 6 to 7 minutes without anyone greeting us. Finally a server (the one who sat us) came over and asked if we had been helped. We ordered our drinks through him or at least tried to. He couldnt tell my boyfriend any of the whiskies or scotches they had. My boyfriend offered to just ask the bartender but instead followed nick to his computer to look at the drink list. After all that Nick comes back to tell us they dont have knob creek and back up to the computer they go to look at scotch. Nick brings my boyfriend a double scotch tall...with coke. Not what he ordered. When my boyfriend said that was wrong, nick snatched the drink off the table without saying anything..not even an apology. It was as if we were causing him an inconvenience. I then watched my boyfriends re ordered drink sit at the well for a good five minutes. I eventually got up and got it myself. Nick comes back to get our order. We ordered mozzerella sticks & 2 orders of boneless wings. Another server dropped our food off and i realized Nick didnt ask if we wanted any other dressing besides ranch. So we had 3 bowls of ranch...no big deal, ill just ask him for something else when he comes back. Except not, cause he didnt come back..until we tried the stupid call server button on those little ipads. Even then i think i had to stare him down as he attempted to walk by. He drops off the marinera and disappears again. The server who dropped our food off came and asked how everything was. This was great. He wasnt even our server but its as if he knew how crappy this Nick guy was. 10 minutes later i wave this server down and ask him for water which i think he went to tell our server we needed it cause thats when nick finally showed up again. Longer story short. I asked for the check right then and used the Ipad to run my card. The experience was horrible. I was a waiter/bartender for 8 years and an assistant manager for 2. I know what the service industry is like. i am usually very understanding but this guy irked me in every possible way. You want a good tip, then give excellent customer services. Even if you get a bad tip you should still give excellent customer services because its youre JOB! I really liked the mozzerella sticks and my martini was wonderful. The marinera sauce was watery, the boneless wings a little dry but these are things i can overlook. Sometimes t Food isn't always on point. The horrible service is something i can not over look. I love coming to applebees for late night snacks & drinks. Having just moved to this area i was excited to try this one out. Im dissapponted with the horrible service. Really disappointed in our most recent experience here. We had to complain to get our bill charged properly. We were charged full price for 4 kids drinks that were supposed to be included in the kids meals. Service and food were average.
