First time here, literally never have we ordered from any Wing Stop before. As soon as we walked in, no greeting what so ever. Angelica who was the cashier immediately asked "pick up or placing" mind you no greeting just straight "pick up or placing" so it caught us off guard. We said "placing" and she immediately asked us for our phone number. Which caught us off guard once again. There are people waiting in the back of us to order and they ask you for your phone number loudly. It's just really weird. We ended up letting the people in the back of us order first because like I mention it was our first time here. Anyways my hubby ended up asking if they have the all in bundle because it wasn't on any of their menus that were visible. Angelica just nodded her head. I get that it's wing day but they could have adjusted the clock on my online order. Truly a place I'm not going back to. The website told me to make sure I'm there in 30-38 minutes and they're an hour behind. I'm glad I did not pay online and took the pay in person option. The wings (bone in and boneless) and chicken tenders were hot, the fries were a little soggy but that really can't be helped with delivered food, so no stars off for that. Crispy tenders were pretty dang fresh, I'd be back just for the chicken. I went with a large combo and now I know I should have stuck to the small. The service was good until we saw everybody else get their food when they ordered after us and it was past 17 minutes (21 minutes). The fries were burnt as much as possible. I liked the sugar on them but was sorta sad they were overcooked I didn't even finish them. They did have my favorite Flavored Dasani water, strawberry. :). I'd like to try the Mac & cheese but I'm sort of a picky eater. Oh I enjoyed the Garlic Parmesan sauce on the side. As a customer of the restaurant, I love the food. But it is my understanding that contracted delivery drivers such as Uber Eats and DoorDash etc. are asked to prepare drinks for the Togo delivery orders they pick up. That is a no no. As a delivery driver they are only responsible to pick up completed orders and deliver them to the ordering customer. In the state of Nevada all restaurant employees are required to obtain a food handler's card which approves that they have been trained on food prep and handling safety. An Uber or etc delivery Driver's DO NOT HAVE such certification. It is not in the scope of their job. (Per Uber Resources) Unlike McDonald's, who puts all of its order inside a sealed bag which covers the possibility of tampering... WingStop fails this safety issue by allowing drivers to prepare the beverages. Most delivery drivers are good people.. it's the small percentage of not so good ones that that kind of access I question. I just think they (Wingstop) should prepare their on own drinks and seal it up just like the rest of the corporate food chains. Or just sell bottle drinks. Not a good experience, not very clean, messed up my order the whole bone in bone out, don't think the guy behind the counter was listening to anything past the flavors. Rush to take your order and then pretty much ignored until they scream your name and throw your crap in front of you. This was the general consensus in our group of 3. Asked to have a table cleaned off cane with a dirty towel and paper towel and ran over it no cleaner on the towel just water. Wings were dry and the potatoes were not freshly cooked even tasted like they had been sitting and thrown back in to reheat. I've eaten at wing stop in Pasadena Ca. It set a ver high standard. One of the worst food experiences ever and this location should absolutely be ashamed. Was feeinin for some wangs and these guys just happen to be in the vicinity so off we went. I love the fact that their hours are 11 am to midnight everyday. I usually get the 8 piece traditional meal combo that comes with fries and a drink for around 10 bucks which is a good deal to me. When I say traditional I mean bone in. I have tried the boneless and honestly it just doesnt taste any better than bone in because I think the bone gives the chicken more flavor. Kind of like ribs. If you have ever had boneless ribs you know its just not the same. Anyways, for the 8 piece you have your choice of two flavors. I usually get the Garlic Parmesan and Lemon Pepper and sometimes the Mesquite Barbeque. This time around they had the Chile Lime wings as a limited time flavor so I got that and Garlic Parmesan. As usual, they always tell you it takes about 18 minutes for your order to come out regardless if you are the only ones in there. I guess thats a good thing cuz that means they cook it from scratch and not heat up precooked ones! While you're waiting for your order, you can kill time by deciding what flavor drink you want from the technologically advanced Coke machine. Want Diet Coke? How bout different flavors of diet coke like vanilla, raspberry, cherry , or lime. Yes, whatever drink you pick there is different flavors for it. I think even water has different options. This soda machine should be STANDARD in every restaurant. Whoever makes that decision this should be a no brainer. When they call you up to counter, make sure you grab a long strip of paper towel that is conveniently next to where you pick up your tray. There is also a ketchup pump machine there where you can pump some ketchup into little paper cups to dip your fries in. So me and the wifey dig in. With so much greasy goodness, you cant help but think of when the last time you had an appointment with your cardiologist. What is that saying? All in moderation right? Not sure if grease was included in that conversation. Speaking of grease, the fries are good with the skin on them. I wonder why they cant flavor them with the sauces as well? I have another wing joint I go to that has over 60 flavors and they can flavor their fries at your request. My favorite is sweet chili. You dont know what flavored fries are until you try them! Smoked BBQ Wings (boneless) - the chicken was very soggy, both times. Seasoned Fries - pretty soggy, some were not cooked very well. Sweet Tea - I usually love sweet tea, but this was very bland. I should have just filled up my cup with unsweetened tea! Also, I thought it was weird that when you dine in, the "napkins" that they provide is a community roll of hard brown paper that you have to tear off (located next to the drink machine) Really?!?!
