We really enjoy Wing-stop. Today I asked for a small container of fry seasoning and they wanted to charge me $1.50 !!!! I told the young man I've been a steady customer since they opened and they've never charged me for the little container of fry seasoning. The problem is: When I order fries I always request extra seasoning and when you get the fries there is barely any seasoning on it at all !!! We will continue to order from here and I will continue to order extra fry seasoning and request it when I go to pick up my order, but I will not pay for it when I already requested it in my order. read more

Ordered wings was told they would be ready at 615, got there at 615 told they were 50 minutes behind, waited in store, watched chaos. at 710ish go up to counter to see if my order was almost done, get old it would be at least another 40 minutes. Meanwhile I watched customers who acted crazy or knew the employees by name get their food even when they said they just placed the order or were told it would be ready after my order said it would be. Throughout it all no one thought to fix the order times online, to stop taking new orders, or to start calling new orders and notifying them of the issues. This Wingstop is exactly what we needed in this area. Not a lot of good options for wings around but Wingstop is both delicious and consistent. They were packed with both dine-in and to-go orders when we visited but they were efficiently cracking out delicious wings like pros. My personal fave is the garlic Parmesan but all of the sauces are good. I know we'll be eating a lot more wings from now on. Keep up the good work, new Wingstop! This is my first try of Wingstop. This one hasn't been open long. I'm not one for spicy so I tried the honey bbq and Hawaiian. The honey bbq was disappointingly spicy. So that was a bit of a let down. The Hawaiian was nice but I really wanted a bit more if a bbq tang just not the heat. The cost for 4 celery cube sticks and 4 carrot cube sticks was a bit crazy. And the cost for water downed ranch was too. I felt a bit taken advantage of given the cost of the wings. So I'd be back if I needed a late night option given they are open late but maybe not for a regular stop. :-/ Just wasn't for me. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I have had two horrible experiences with delivery and customer service with this store. I know, shame on me for giving them a second shot. Won't happen again! I placed an order for delivery and the estimated wait time was 43 to 53 minutes. After over an hour and no delivery I got a text message saying that the order had been canceled. I immediately called the store and spoke to the gentleman in charge, who apparently had no authority to help, but was going to reach out to Millie, the GM to issue a refund and that it would take five days. I asked why this happened again and he informed me that the third-party vendor they use for delivery, for whatever reason always gets sent to the wrong address for pick up. I asked him why they continue to allow customers to order delivery if their delivery services is not working properly. He said good feedback. I'll let my manager know. After waiting five days And still no refund, I called back and spoke to the assistant GM, who also had no authority to help, but assured me he would call his general manager Millie and get it taken care of, and it should take another five days. We are now on day 12 and still no refund. I called the store again and no surprise, still no Millie. I finally gave up with the store and called corporate and they took my report and complaint and surprise surprise said it would take another five business days to get my refund. I decided I had waited long enough so I called the bank and despited the charge. 3 minutes later, I finally got my refund. Clearly Millie does not prioritize her customers. The wings are very good and the service is very friendly. They're quick for delivery too. I have to say though dining is was very annoying because they have one song playing rather loud in the dining room and then also hear a different song playing in the kitchen, and then you hear the orders being taken and someone on the phone too. It's just very chaotic. Makes for an uncomfortable experience eating and trying to talk or focus. Other than that the wings are great but it is slightly expensive ordering a la carte. You're better off doing a combo meal. Also they only have one shared paper towel roll which is weird. They took 5 minutes to even acknowledging me walking in the door with no line in front of me. Although they were busy, they could have at least said hello and that they would get to me in a minute. THREATENED BY STAFF, FOUND HAIR IN FOOD. Walked in was told by staff will be with you shortly. Wait 10 minutes nobody comes. This was only my second time ever inside and first time ordering curbside, I saw my order on the shelf and grabbed it not knowing we had to wait for staff to grab it for us. Manager in his 30s with tattoos who smelled like weed walked up to me and yelled put that back right now. I being startled at the loud threatening voice said no and started walking away with MY FOOD I already paid for, he says "stop right now im asking nicely you dont want to make me ask you not nicely", this sounds innocent but his tone, loudness, and staring me down feet square with me was highly threatening. I turn around, see an incredibly angry manager staring me down looking like he wants to fight. He says come here right now, I said im not moving. He then begins lecturing me for about 2 about why there is protocol to follow and he doesnt know if im a thief. He continues to ramble and I interupt him asking "is this a lecture what is your point, what do you need from me". At this point im making a strong effort to desecalate because the manager is looking directly at me squared up 3-4 feet away looking ready to pounce. After I ask him AGAIN if he needs a photo from me showing proof of order he finally says yes. I goto my car find my phone and 1 min later walk back in show him the picture, and am on my way. My daughter and I open the bag of food excited to eat wingstop, we find dry wings, unseasoned fries, and find multiple HAIRS IN THE FRIES. My hope is somehow this was an accident or fell out of somebodys hair? But it felt retaliatory. Who knows, either way disgusting. Seldom leave poor reviews, but this wingstop location off ronald reagan earned it. To recap: threatened by staff, found 3+ hairs inside the food, seasoned fries had 0 or miniscul amount of seasoning, wings were dry, and everybody in the store looked up in discomfort while this interaction was taking place. Millie is a class act. After my visit and review she reached out to me and we spoke at length about the problems I encountered. She listened, took notes, and explained that there were several failures from her team and took responsibility even though she wasn't there. You can tell she wants her store to succeed and values the feedback especially the criticisms. She invited me to give them another shot when she was running the store. Tonight I visited again and the difference was night and day. I chose takeout again for a true comparison. The food was ready within 10 mins of the promised time and as far as I'm concerned I will wait a few mins to have my fries and wings to be pulled from the fryer and sauced/seasoned while I wait. Even after the drive home, fries and wings were HOT. Sauce was well balanced. Staff seemed to be working much better tonight and an overall better mood in the store. So the next time i come in I say hey they said I had a credit under my name for wings they messed up my order last time and the girl at the front grabs her manager and explain everything again to her and the manager is a capital B I T C H she has 0 costumer service skills doesn't say on I'm sorry for the inconvenience instead she grabs a clip board that has lists of names that is pages long and scans looking for my name then looks at me with attitude and says you aren't on here I can't do anything. Excuse me "I'm not on there" I was told by the person that was working counter last that his manger put a credit under my name.
