Not a bad spot for wings in a pinch. Since it was superbowl Sunday, it was hard to get wings anywhere without a pre-order but we just wanted a 20 piece for 2 people. We waited until after 6:30pm to order since they were swamped with the game. They said it was 48-53 minutes and it was ready on a table when we arrived. They were not delivering that night which is understandable, because basically no one was. My favorite flavor was the lemon pepper, then mild buffalo, then garlic parm. The garlic parm was a little bland. Wings are a little on the small side and a few were overcooked. They did add a few extras wings into our order of 20 which I find they have done at other locations. There are better wings around but these will curb the craving. read more

Always had a positive experience-- fast ordering and tasty hot chicken and fries. Staff is cordial, not rude. One time, however, I did experience a septic-sewage-company-worker walking the dirty hose through the dining room and out the front door. The top of the hose had a ring of... something on it. Well!!!! The Wing Stop in Rochelle Park has proven to be disgustingly poor in regards to they're preparation time and delivery services, I found out why after paying them a visit and ordering. I had to stand there gor over a half hour to get an order of twenty wings. Disgraceful!!! So I tried the Little Ferry location and discovered that they were as horrible or worse. I went out to the Hackensack Brewery for a few glasses of beer and about an hour later decided to order thirty wings to be picked up. The girl on the phone stated the order would be ready in fifteen minutes and I said ok I left the brewery after fifteen minutes knowing that it was a ten minute ride to the Little Ferry Wing Stop and on my arrival I was told it would be another twelve minutes. After twenty minutes I still didn't have my order but one of the cooks was having an ass kicking time dancing and I might say horribly. I did take notice eighteen orders sitting on the "out going" rack that were there since I arrived, the finally after an additional ten minutes I hot my order. Both locations water down the Blue Cheese dressing for the celery that is an add-on. The hero shop next door Jersey Mike's filled nearly twenty orders while Wing Stop was obviously mismanaged severely exactly the same way the Rochelle Park location. I NEVER write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to write this after my recent visit. I will start with the fact that the food was delicious and can't complain on the quality of food. I walked into this wing stop tonight to order 30 wings and I needed to split the order between boneless/bone in and across 3 different sauces. The woman at the register said I couldn't do this. I explained I don't care how much it costs she just kept saying I couldn't do it (although I could on the door dash website). She could have just ordered me 3 10 piece mess. So I had to step away and order on the app and wait for the food. Then when I got the food I asked if I could get ranch and blue cheese as that is customary for wings and they said it is an additional charge bc I ordered wings only and not a meal?? Makes no sense to me. I think it's over priced wings and especially for the fact you don't get celery/carrots or ranch/blue cheese. I'd prefer to just support local wing spots like Nikki's Bar and Grill in LF. read more

I came on 4/8 and honestly I'd give 2.5 stars for the corporate response which was quick but at the same time lackluster (weird right?), 2 stars for their boneless wings, 4 stars for their chicken tenders, 3.75 for their bone-in wings and 3.75 stars for their fries but as long as it's without their regular fry seasoning. I'm kinda torn what to rate this place by itself so I guess I'd give it 3.75 stars, separate from corporates 2 stars. I've had terrible experiences with the corporate office in terms of their handling of my complaint of their pitifully tiny boneless wings in multiple locations. To be honest I'd rather have McDonalds nuggets (delicious and only $5 for 20) instead of Wingstop's overpriced little itty bitty nuggets ($11 for 10). I ordered here when they first opened and ordered the boneless wings with fries. They were ridiculously small and not good, but at the same time I didn't want to bad mouth this business as it's first review on Yelp at the time because it was new and wanted to at least try it one more time before a review, but when I saw them advertise on Facebook I decided to comment on the boneless wings instead on there and how disappointing they were. Someone from corporate, I think it was corporate asked me to come in again and try them again. I did and when I used my gift card during lunch online the app kept declining my gift card for some reason and said to call the store to place the order. When I did they said I have to place my digital gift card online. Can you Osee my frustration already especially if you add in my previous experience lol? To be honest I suspect it was because the location turned their online ordering off to call in only. Maybe it was busy there during lunch and they were overwhelmed or the corporate app just sucks or a combination of both. Finally placed my order about 2pm, about an hour and a half after trying around 12:30pm. No bueno. Anyway there is seemingly always something wrong with WingStop no matter the location. It's unfortunate because the second time I went to this location the food was better because I learned not to get the seasoning on the fries. In my opinion the fries with their regular seasoning is spicy and I love spicy but it was a nasty spice in flavor and soggy the first time. This time I ordered it no seasoning extra well done to get it crispier and it was better but still soggy. The bone-in wings are much better than the boneless and not even close. The sauces I ordered were their new limited sauces which were the lemon garlic dry rub and the hot lemon wet sauce. I liked both and would order again if it were a lower price but I can't say this food was worth the price of almost $17 for 10 wings, fries and a 20oz drink. My final verdict for the value of the food, customer service and corporate response a final 3.25 stars. The corporation needs help with it's pricing and its lackluster responses. I say if money is not an object order here, but I just don't think the value is there for the quality you get. But hey make your own opinion.
